IInvitéC'est tellement beau. Le vieux manoir a été récemment entretenu. Chaque recoin de l'intérieur m'a surpris. Il est plein d'odeurs de livres. Nous avons bu le thé de l'après-midi lentement et lu des livres au B&B pendant tout l'après-midi. vraiment satisfait. Nous avons reçu un invité de bienvenue à notre arrivée. Fruits, café, thé, thé de l'après-midi, vin rouge, soupe de poulet à la noix de coco, petit-déjeuner, souvenirs. Merci frère Ours pour votre hospitalité chaleureuse, en nous aidant à récupérer et à transporter nos bagages. , nous présentant et nous conduisant au restaurant, le plus beau B&B.

IInvitéI am absolutely in love with this hotel! First of all, the hotel is located inside the scenic spot. One of the staff called me in advance to arrange a time to pick me up at the entrance of the scenic spot. My Chinese is not good so normally it's very awkward for me to speak over the phone in Chinese but she was very patient with me which I appreciate. Not only did she escort me to the hotel but she also carried my luggage for me.
The decor inside the hotel has a beautiful, rustic asthetic which matches the feel of the ancient town. I really like table and chairs in my room, overlooking the pond. The pond also has koi fish and turtles! It was a beautiful touch that added to the overrall feel of the hotel. I loved these little details such as theovely traditional Chinese tea set (with a variety of complementary loose tea leaves), and the stylish coffee mugs.
Unfortunately I came to Zhouzhuang during a severe typhoon which caused a leak and power cut in my room, so when I alerted the staff, they immediately gave me a new room. They even helped me pack my things so I can change rooms as soon as possible. The new room I went to was equally as beautiful.
Not only is the hotel beautiful but it also has great amenities. Both rooms I stayed in had a stone bathtub which were both very deep -you could float it in! If you come here, I would recommend you bring some bubble bath with you like I did for maximum relaxation. I also made good use of the pool. The pool is a little small and a bit too shallow for an adult, but you can still have an enjoyable swim. Lastly, the tea room and cafés are also a nice addition to the hotel. My second room didn't have a table and chairs like the original one I booked, so I went to the tea room to eat my breakfast. It's also a cozy and comfortable room just to relax in if you're feeling lazy.
As I have mentioned throughout this review, the service is second to none. Not only did the staff help me get to the hotel, but after I checked out they also carried my luggage and escorted me to the taxi. Throughout my stay I was offered fresh fruit and coffee several times, and as I mentioned earlier, I was immediately helped when I had to change my room. Whenever I struggled to communicate in Mandarin, the staff would try their best to speak English or would be patient with my hesitation or mispronunciation in Mandarin. This is probably the best ever service I have experienced on my travels.
In summary, it's a beautiful hotel, in a convenient location with great facilities and helpful and kind staff. Not only will I come back again (and with my family next time) but I will recommend all my friends and colleagues to stay at this hotel if they ever plan to visit Zhouzhuang.

PPangpangpianzidebabaLa position est très bonne, à l'autre côté de Wanxiang, le shopping est très pratique à manger et à acheter à moins de loin de la station méridionale, à 15 minutes de route, la seule est que la terre est faible, j'ai entendu dire que l'eau accumulera, je n'ai pas encore trouvé, c'est le goût d'un chemin de la rivière dans la chambre ce jour-là, écouter les gens locaux pour savoir, La maison de 50 000 par plan est maintenant tombée à moitié, et c'est dur. Il y a 5 magasins de pain, c'est maintenant la maison, le goût est en général. Le train est toujours délicieux.

EELStravelOur time at Hotel Zhaoye was lovely! The homestay staff were kind, communicative, and accommodating. They offered Chinese and Western breakfast options, including meatless options for vegetarians. The beds were comfortable and the room was cozy. The location of the homestay was perfect for those visiting Zhaozhuang. The staff recommended local restaurants and activities. It was easiest to communicate via Weixin/Wechat or in-person. Would recommend!

IInvitéI took the train from Shanghai to Kunshan. Need to take a taxi which is cheap to the hotel from the train station (about 12-15 minutes). The hotel room is very spacious, the toilet is very nice and clean with a heated toilet seat. The breakfast choices is alright. The hotel is about 5-10 min walk to a shop center. There is a convenience store (Family Mart) beside the hotel thus you can get snacks, coffee and drinks easily. Overall I had a good experience staying here, will definitely consider staying in Mercure Kunshan again if I were to have business here.

IInvitéThis is my second time here in the hotel and Ali and the staff have been amazing. Aron helped me so much last visit with internet issues. The staff are so incredibly helpful and kind. They helped me with didi rides and cabs several times a day. The hotel is new, modern, and the rooms large ! Internet speed is a bit slow. However , it's an excellent place to stay if you are visiting DKU or the city center which is a 10 minute taxi ride away.

Environnement : Très agréable et calme. L'hôtel lui-même est un petit jardin. Le service est également excellent. Nous sommes arrivés à 22 h. Un employé de l'hôtel est venu nous chercher à l'entrée du parc pittoresque. La chambre est spacieuse et confortable.
Wansan Xiaoyan : Les plats sont frais, le goût de la cuisine locale authentique, et les prix sont très abordables. Le restaurant de l'hôtel est à votre disposition.

ZZhizi1202房間收拾的挺乾淨，酒店位置也比較便利，靠近雙橋以及燈光秀舞台。若車子停的比較遠，老闆娘説可以接送。但我們是自己走過來的，因為景區5:00之後免門票，所以傍晚的時候會比較擁堵，故在看到第一個停車場的時候就先把車停下了。之後老闆娘為了讓我們玩的痛快，幫我去把車子開到了最近的免費停車場！非常的熱情周到，不然我自己走過去開再回來，怎麼著也要浪費半個小時，這是我沒想到的。所以對服務非常滿意。唯一美中不足的是，由於木製的房屋結構隔音會稍微差一點，不過晚上大家都要睡覺，我們睡得也比較晚，影響倒也不大。店內有兩個小庭院，也適合打卡拍照。

SShireen Renu from IndiaTrès bon hôtel situé près du centre d'exposition Kunshan.Grand lobby avec look moderne.Contrôle et vérification était facile.La chambre était propre et spacieuse.La salle de bain était très confortable.La pression de la douche était très bonne.Mon numéro de chambre était 1222.Breakfast était très bon avec trop de Options.Buffet de dîner à 158 yuan était un grand plus.C'était un superbe buffet avec diverses options alimentaires.Poisson chaud, nourriture de mer, nourriture chinoise,contrôle vivant pour le poisson,le pamplemousse,le steak,etc,la nourriture occidentale et les désserts.C'était un grand dîner.
Le campus est très spacieux et les étrangers sont principalement venus quand il y a une exposition à Kunshan.
La chambre est très confortable et dispose de Wi-Fi.
Juste de la route il y a un lac avec un parc bien organisé.Il est très bon de marcher.
