A Wonderful Stay at Guohui Hotel – Highly Recommended! Our family had such a lovely time at Guohui Hotel! From the warm welcome (complete with a fresh fruit platter!) to the spacious, clean room perfect for our kids to play, every detail was thoughtful. The huge, spotless bathtub was a bonus, and our little ones had a blast! A special shout-out to Mr. Lihuihuang (Culinary Manager, Floor 32) for his outstanding hospitality. He ensured every meal was delicious and satisfying, with a rich variety of tasty dishes. And Mr. Da Fei (Customer Service Manager) went above and beyond, texting us breakfast reminders and providing instant, step-by-step guidance whenever we needed help. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ service! The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, even before my arrival. They tried to contact me in advance, but as a foreign guest, I do not have a Chinese phone number. It would be more convenient if the hotel could ask for guests’ WeChat IDs through the Trip.com messenger instead. Upon arrival, the staff created a WeChat group and added me in, which turned out to be very helpful. Through the group, they assisted with all kinds of questions, such as recommended places to visit, how to rent an e-bike, and where to eat nearby. The responsiveness and service were excellent. The room was awesome — very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bed was especially comfortable, and the view was fantastic. I also really loved the projector screen in the room, which allowed me to watch WeTV shows and other content. It made relaxing in the room even more enjoyable. The hotel provides e-bike rentals, which is a great feature. However, I was personally under-geared for the weather. It rained the day before, and the entire day was cloudy with temperatures around 11°C. The sea breeze was very strong and cold, especially when riding the e-bike with the wind blowing directly at you. Proper winter gear is definitely needed in such conditions. If the hotel could provide glove and jacket rentals, that would be an amazing improvement. In the evening, the staff even brought a small gift to the room. The gift was thoughtful and practical, and I really liked it — it was a warm and welcoming gesture that made the stay feel extra special. Breakfast was okay. Guests are seated on Level 2, and the meal is served to the table. As I come from a place where some Chinese do not consume beef, it would be great if there were options such as chicken or beef. That said, the beef noodles were actually very good. The Western-style breakfast, however, was quite average.

Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our 3-night stay at this hotel. • Location: The hotel is ideally situated, surrounded by plenty of great dining options and just steps away from a major attraction—LongWangTou (Dragon King Head)—along with a vast and beautiful beach. • Staff: Everyone was exceptionally friendly, especially the manageress. She was not only present at the reception but also in the breakfast hall every morning. Her professionalism and constant smile made our check-in and check-out experiences seamless. • Room: Our room was clean and comfortable, though the newly installed projector had some issues: the image was too dark, the startup time was slow, and it lacked TV functionality. Despite these minor drawbacks, we would definitely return. We truly appreciated the genuine warmth and honesty of the staff. Keep up the great work, PingTan!

來平潭的第一晚住在温德姆，體驗感一言難盡，完全不值得。第二晚選擇了這一家，能明顯感覺到酒店的用心與精心，體驗感很好。一入住就提供了免費停車的地方，送了孩子做工比較好的牙刷和拖鞋，還有小玩具，還升級了房型。温德姆價格貴了幾倍，在郊區，馬桶是普通的，吹風也很老舊，連洗衣房都沒有，周邊也是一無所有。而這一家智能馬桶是温暖的，吹風也很給力，周邊很多吃的，掛衣區設計也很合理，退房走的時候前台又送了小零食。感覺很暖心。温德姆製冰機沒有鏟子，咖啡機沒有咖啡，而他家一應俱全，五星的服務與細節。 洗衣房使用的人特別多，排隊排到很晚還沒搞好，是前台主動幫忙半夜烘乾的。非常棒的體驗。

Si vous voulez expérience de la vie du village de Matao, ne manquez pas ici! Les anciens villages cachés dans les montagnes, il n'y a pas de développement excessif, les peuples autochtones vivent encore, les fumeurs sont particulièrement fumés. A quelques minutes de marche, vous pouvez attraper la mer pour attraper les petits moulins en plage, vous pouvez attraper le champ de vent et le paysage de la montagne, et vous pouvez également boire du café sous les arbres de la montagne pendant des centaines d'années. Mes deux enfants ont pris le petit déjeuner et ont parti à la plage. La chambre a reposé après-midi et ont parti à la plage le soir. Notre chambre parent, la chambre est super grande et un bébé de 2 ans peut courir dans la chambre. Le beau frère de la réception de l'hôtel, ainsi que la garde-fourte de la chambre d'hôtes sont très bien attitudes, ils peuvent sentir qu'ils essaient également de servir leurs clients. Il n'y a pas beaucoup de choix pour manger à côté de l'hôtel. Nous avons apporté à la chambre un repas de la mer à côté de l'hôtel pendant deux jours. Il y a des enfants qui peuvent commander son œuf de pamplemousse, œufs de pomme de terre, fruits de mer, et les enfants aiment manger.
