Hôtels à Shantou avec petit déjeuner

We chose this hotel primarily for its proximity to the Shantou railway station. The night prior, we stayed at a nearby Hampton but had a disappointing experience, so this was our first stay with a local Chinese chain brand. Check-in was smooth and efficient, although no English was spoken at the front desk. We had requested a higher-floor, quieter room via WeChat in advance and were initially assigned Room 602. Upon entering, the room appeared clean and well-maintained. However, we encountered an unusual and inconvenient issue with the Wi-Fi. Guests are instructed to turn on the TV to access the Wi-Fi password, but we discovered that the TV must remain on in order for the Wi-Fi to function. This was confirmed by multiple staff members, including what appeared to be a front desk supervisor. This setup was quite disruptive, as the TV screen is bright and cannot be dimmed, and the work desk is positioned directly in front of it. To their credit, Ms. Lin—responded promptly and offered to move us to another room (also 602, but with a different layout). The new layout was more practical, with the desk positioned at a 90-degree angle from the TV, which helped mitigate the issue somewhat. That said, the second room had its own drawback: there was a noticeable gap in the window, which allowed in road noise. Since we stayed over the weekend, traffic noise and honking were quite noticeable at night. In addition, we heard neighbors chatting and laughing past midnight. Lotion could be a nice addition too. A small humidifier with scented oil definitely gave a zen touch. Aside from these two issues (Wi-Fi dependency on the TV and sound insulation), the overall stay was comfortable. As a gesture of goodwill, the hotel provided complimentary breakfast. While we are not typically breakfast eaters, we did try the noodle station. The offerings were entirely Chinese-style. One suggestion would be to label the protein options more clearly (in Chinese or English), as we observed multiple guests asking staff about them—one of which turned out to be pig’s heart. Overall, this was a good introduction to a Chinese domestic hotel brand. I learned that they got a few locations in Europe. While there are areas for improvement, particularly in technology setup and soundproofing, the service recovery effort and general room quality made for a satisfactory stay.

La propriété est fraîche et possède des caractéristiques très cooles, comme le robot qui fournit de la nourriture directement à votre porte-passe, un touche très confortable et cool. Remarques : Aime les options de double couture (soft/hard) et le bureau frontal 24-hour qui vous aide à gérer le lavabo. Nous sommes également reconnaissants pour l'extension de la chambre libre jusqu'à 1 pm. Le service de l'hôtel est très bien situé, mais il est très bien situé. Hume: Vous remarquerez l'odeur humide du marché de l'extérieur et le fort oxyde d'essence dans le lobby, mais il est géré car vous n'êtes pas au lobby de l'hôtel toute la journée.

Installations: expérience d'hébergement globale au-delà des attentes! La position géographique de l'hôtel est excellente, l'entrée est très pratique, le voyage est en voiture et le repas est très pratique. La chambre est soigneuse, il n'y a pas de poussière dans l'angle de la chambre, la séparation est propre et propre, le lit est doux et dur, la nuit est calme et le sommeil est le matin. Le personnel de la réception est enthousiaste et amical, il est facile de s'installer et de répondre à la demande en temps utile. Les installations sont complètes, le réseau est à vitesse constante, le rapport coût-efficacité en ligne, la première option de voyage, fortement recommandée, la prochaine fois de voyage est la priorité de la réservation. Cette fois, nous avons choisi de séjourner au Sheraton Shantou Hotel. Nous sommes arrivés relativement tôt. Le directeur Wang, du service d'entretien ménager, nous a réservé une chambre rapidement et a suivi l'enregistrement tout au long du processus. Il a été très prévenant. Après notre arrivée, nous avons constaté quelques petits problèmes dans la chambre, qui ont été rapidement résolus et nous ont changé de chambre. Cette fois, nous avons séjourné à l'étage du salon exécutif. Le personnel du salon était très attentionné. Rebekah et Clara nous ont présenté avec enthousiasme la restauration et les installations de l'hôtel Shantou. Zora a également répondu à nos questions sur notre itinéraire. Le voyage s'est déroulé dans l'ensemble dans un environnement confortable, avec de nombreux restaurants délicieux à proximité et des installations complètes. C'est un hôtel idéalement situé !

What an excellent hotel. It appears to be relatively new, so it was a real treat to sleep in fresh, crisp sheets, and I loved the supportive, firmer mattress. The blackout curtains and double-glazed windows were excellent too, making it easy to get a great night's sleep off the plane. Unfortunately, I missed breakfast, so I can't comment on that, but the Italian drip coffee bags provided in the room were more than enough to get me caffeinated and ready for my meetings. Room service being delivered by a robot was an unexpected novelty and definitely added a bit of fun to the stay. The front desk staff were exceptional. They went out of their way to help me order takeaway and organise a DiDi to the nearby train station, making everything effortless despite the language barrier. The weather outside was hot and humid, but it never affected my comfort inside. The air conditioning worked brilliantly, cooling the room with a natural feel and without the usual noisy rattling that many hotel units have. The DIY laundry was another unexpected bonus. With the humid weather requiring more outfit changes than I'd anticipated, being able to wash and dry my clothes was incredibly convenient. The gym was also well equipped and a great alternative to running outside in the heat or getting lost. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be staying here again on future trips.

I had a wonderful stay at Yuhouse High Altitude Sea View Loft Apartment (Shantou High-Speed Railway Station Branch) with my family. We booked a total of six rooms, and all of them were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The facilities were excellent, and the breathtaking sea view made our stay even more enjoyable. Even though we never met the staff in person, their service was still excellent. They responded quickly to our inquiries via WeChat, which made the check-in process and overall stay smooth and convenient. The only slight drawback was the location, which was average in terms of accessibility. However, this did not significantly affect our overall experience. Overall, we truly enjoyed our trip as a family and would highly recommend this place for those looking for a clean, well-equipped, and comfortable stay with a beautiful view!

Charming hotel decorated in a style reminiscent of the early 20th century. Location is great for exploring the old town and the harbour. It is surrounded by numerous restaurants and cafes. Room was very comfortable and well appointed for the price. Although at level 2 and facing the street, the noise level was acceptable. It peaks in the afternoon and gets quiet at night. Must add that the staff have been extremely helpful. Will return in future.

J'ai été ici pour cinq nuits, la nourriture était grande mais même récipe tous les jours uniques .  cet hôtel a juste rénové il's nice. Mais dans la chambre a vraiment fort fumeur qui est la même que d'autres hôtels autour de nous. The maid was really nice.

La position est excellente, le voyage est très pratique, le calme dans le peuple, la conception est différente, le service de la petite soeur frère est très attentif et très satisfait d'une expérience de vie, vous présenterez à vos amis. Le peuple est également très aimable pour les chiens
