IInvitéHow do I even put this amazing trip into words? I’m an exchange student studying Chinese in Hangzhou, and I was totally hooked after seeing photos of Shenxianju’s breathtaking scenery online.
I searched a lot of hotels and homestays near Shenxianju, but here’s the thing—most hotel staff couldn’t speak English. That’s when I found this homestay! The front desk team was so friendly, answered all my questions in English, and even took my special requests super seriously.
Once I got there, I was blown away: the place was quiet and peaceful, and the room was spotless. Every staff member was warm and welcoming—whatever I needed, they had my back right away. The front desk attendants were always there when I called. At night, I got to stare up at a sky full of stars and really feel nature’s magic.oh,and their food? Really Delicious!
And it’s so close to Shenxianju Scenic Area—only a 15-minute taxi ride!
If you’re looking for a great homestay experience like I was, this one comes with my highest recommendation!

UUtilisateur anonymeIt's a pleasant surprise when we entered the hotel. It's a brand new 4 star hotel with a 5 star standard. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Superb location on the famous old street. The whole area is tastefully lit up. The seafood hotpot meal at the restaurant is out of this world with very freak ingredients. Outstanding

Особенно приятно, что отель находится совсем близко к Shenxianju Scenic Area – хозяин лично отвез нас туда, а потом забрал после прогулки, что очень удобно! Хозяйка – прекрасный повар, кормили нас очень вкусно. Красивый интерьер. Еще нас угостили свежими сезонными фруктами – персики были такими сочными и сладкими, просто объедение! Рядом с отелем есть ”Тропа здоровья” – мы с удовольствием прогулялись по ней, насладились природой и увидели две красивые плотины. Очень живописное место!

IInvitéMy stay at Le Pavillon Eternel Hotel was fantastique! The hosts were very hospitable and friendly, a charming husband and wife couple; the hostess was quite a chef. I really liked how she cooked my meals, after visiting the Grand Waterfall of Tiantai and the Qiongtai Fairyland Canyon, perfect places for me to visit at the end of the year. Both are highly recommended. And this hotel is highly recommended because the entrance of these stunningly surreal, spectacular, and serene sites - all at once - are just about a 10-15 walk from the hotel. I visited the famous Buddhist Temple a few years back, so it was all about taking in this amazing waterfall and exploring this enchanting water canyon in between soaring mountains that kiss the sky. Descending back to my hotel room, it was quiet, and the bed comfortable. The heater and the wifi also worked well. The water was nice and hot in the middle of winter. The hotel is not very far from the Tiantai Shan Train Station, which is about 15-20 by taxi and costs only about 25 yuan. When I get another chance to come to Tiantai, I'll definitely come back here.

RRASHEED CHINAL'hôtel était à l'évidence le centre de notre vacances à Rome, et les membres du personnel étaient utiles et compréhensibles pour nos besoins en matière de recommandations de restaurants et en donnant des orientations aux plus hautes zones touristiques pour visiter et comment y arriver. Le petit déjeuner était magnifique et a été servi avec une sélection de plats doux et délicieux pour vous permettre d'entrer, ainsi que de fruits et jus frais. Je reviendrais à l'hôtel dans mes efforts futurs à Rome, car il fait mes trois jours de vacances avec ma famille extra spéciale. Je le recommanderais très fortement et, à mon humilde avis, je le donnerais 10/10.
Nous sommes juste de retour à Rome et notre séjour à l'hôtel ne pouvait pas être meilleur et si agréable. Le personnel est utile, nous avons eu un check-in très tard et l'homme à la réception était si gentil et utile même à 23:45. La chambre était spacieuse et nous avons également réservé une chambre avec mini bar gratuit – Fantastique et recommandé !! Le petit déjeuner était très bon. There are so many hotel choices on Trip. I'd like to share why Yunman becomes my final choice.
1. The pictures shown on comments.
- From those pictures, I can learned so many things, like cleaness, small designing ideas. They told me many about how serious the hotel owner take this business.
- Because I can feel the owner's attitude via those pictures. I can sure the other parts will be no problem also.
2. The descriptions other guests said about the staff
- For me, although I don't have many requests to the staff, just hope they can help me checkin well. But the staff in Yunman Hotel, they did great job. Checking-in well is one thing, they introduced me a lot for Taizhou local traditional foods and where I can go for looking. That really satisfied me well.
3. No so chain hotel
- Actually I don't like those chain hotel. They makes me feel cold. I don't know how to express this cold feeling.
Anyway, all in all, Yunman Hotel is an ideal choice for me.

IInvitéWe just checked out today, and honestly this was one of the best experiences I’ve had in China. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming from the moment we arrived. He even upgraded us to a bigger room with a beautiful terrace, a higher floor, and an amazing view, which made our stay even more special.
What touched us the most was how they treated us like guests, not just customers. They invited us to have dinner together, and we spent the evening eating, chatting, and playing games. It felt very warm and authentic.
They also paid attention to every detail. They asked us what time we usually wake up and when we would like breakfast, and in the morning they brought a delicious breakfast directly to our room.
As a foreigner who has been living in China for two years, this is honestly the first time I have felt so comfortable, welcomed, and connected with local people during a stay. It was a wonderful experience that we will remember for a long time.
Thank you for your kindness and hospitality. We will definitely come back again and highly recommend this homestay to anyone looking for a warm, genuine, and memorable experience.
