Hôtels à Xinyuan avec petit déjeuner

Leaving this review in English to help out the foreign folks. I travelled from Singapore and absolutely got amazed by the su xin homestay. The place is a mix of excellent staff service and homestay quality. You will be welcomed by the down to earth homestay owner and the friendly homestay staffs(+ cat staff). He gives a hearty welcome to every single guest to make sure that you are well taken care of, regardless like about service or food provision. When possible, he offers you a proper intro of the place. If you need any help or travelling advice, reach out him. Not forgetting to mention, the chef is great! I love the local potatoes and eggs and other fresh ingredients procured locally.It is also of prime location, within minutes away from food and amenities in town but you get to enjoy the tranquil and simple beauty of nature. All the rooms have floor to ceiling windows, direct view into the amazing greenery. I stayed in the room with skylight where I got to star gaze late at night while lying on my bed. It’s abit chill at this time of the year but you can also walk down slope from the homestay and enjoy the night stars while standing beside the small river! The river is just walking distance. In the courtyard，covered with tulips and resting corners to sunbath and enjoying the scenery with tea. I’m lucky and got to enjoy the afternoon with awesome weather, clear skies! The homestay is also growing fruits and vegetables for their own consumption. Adding on about the prime location, from the homestay to Narati sky grassland entrance and tourist centre is just within minutes drive. You can enjoy the homestay breakfast buffet and place orders for dinner when you return from the grassland. Hope you enjoy as much as I did!

Un grand peuple, le patron est très enthousiaste, le service est très intime, le repas que vous avez brûlé est très délicieux, le poids est très grand, très proche de la zone de paysage, la porte est très enthousiaste, le café supermarché de l'hôtel devrait avoir tout. Le type de chambre de l'hôtel est très aimable. Le petit déjeuner est fabriqué avec du bon bébé et il est recommandé à ses amis ～

Propre et confortable, l'établissement est tenu par un propriétaire très aimable et attentionné. Situé à seulement dix minutes à pied d'un site pittoresque, il dispose d'une cour magnifiquement aménagée, idéale pour prendre des photos. Le petit-déjeuner buffet est excellent. À recommander.

Venez ici pour accueillir le premier Chow Shale, la plus grande surprise de voyager dans le nouveau-né! La population s'est fusionnée avec l'esthésie nomadique, l'architecture et la montagne de neige de prairie, et l'atmosphère est profonde. Le panorama est désert et la fenêtre de la terre est désertée. Vous pouvez regarder le gazon sur le lit, la terrasse regarde le soleil et le soir. Les matériels de la chambre sont en ligne, les lits sont confortables, lave-linge de haute qualité, propre et propre. Le service est attentif et vous pouvez également prendre des photos gratuites avec des vêtements nationaux. La position n'est pas loin de la zone de scène, le parking est pratique et le bar est calme. Venez à la lati doit vivre ici, l'expérience est pleine et la prochaine fois sera encore là! La configuration de la chambre est très soignée, les lits sont doux, la configuration de la garde est hautement adaptée, il y a une vie confortable et tranquille.

Nice accommodation with mountain and river view run by a family. They were very helpful to arrange transport to Nalati airport (NLT) and even fetched us by car to the nearby passenger terminal. Daily breakfast is lovely. Fantastic stay! 客栈设施俱全，周围就有山有水。客服帮忙安排交通去机场而且还帮忙载送去附近的客运站。每天的早餐也挺好吃的。非常棒！

來那拉提玩必須誇誇民俗管家小馬，人真的太靠譜貼心了！我們出發前他就主動提醒穿搭、防曬和景區注意事項，剛到民宿就早早在門口等候，主動幫忙拎行李，熱情又實在。 給我們規劃避開人流的遊玩路線，還推薦本地人常去的美食，幫我們預約騎馬、民族服飾體驗，省去超多麻煩。路上車子小出狀況，也是他第一時間幫忙協調解決，隨叫隨到從不敷衍。待人真誠有分寸，不會過度打擾。全程遊玩省心又舒服，沒有任何隱形消費。來那拉提想玩得自在省心，找小馬絕對不踩坑，下次再來還找他！

L'environnement est fantastique, l'endroit est immense, avec une vue imprenable, et un lac de marais juste à l'entrée. À quelques pas de là se trouve la rivière Gongnaisi, où le propriétaire élève des chevaux. On a l'impression d'entrer au paradis, avec ses montagnes, son lac, sa rivière, ses forêts et ses prairies. Cette maison d'hôtes est immense, un véritable jardin de cent hectares, et le lac offre un cadre idéal pour de superbes photos. Les chambres sont dotées de baies vitrées, offrant une vue imprenable sur les prairies de Narat depuis le lit. Le propriétaire nous a invités à être autonomes, à nous sentir comme chez nous et à nous servir nous-mêmes – une gentillesse incroyable ! Ils nous ont même offert une bouteille de bière Wusu. Siroter une boisson et bavarder sur la terrasse était tellement relaxant ! J'aurais aimé pouvoir rester plus longtemps et ne jamais repartir.

I had an unpleasant stay at this hotel at Nalati. When I arrived at this hotel, I was welcomed and recommended by the hotel staff to liaise with a travel agency if I required any transport for tour at Nalati (the hotel staff pointed at a banner which was set beside the front counter (picture is attached). As this is the recommendation by a trustworthy 5-star hotel, without hesitation I contacted the person in-charge of the travel agency (Mr *** at hp: ***********/ ***********) via WeChat . Finally, I booked a travel tour with this guy 贾 i.e a 7- seater MPV to send myself & my wife from Nanati hotel to 奎屯市via 独库公路。 I was charged ¥498 per person for the trip and I paid ¥400 for the deposit. I told 贾that I needed a good view seats for the MPV. He acknowledged . The next morning , the travel transport MPV came to my hotel to fetch us to 奎屯. When we boarded the MPV, there were already 2 customers inside the car (one seated next to the driver & the other one was seated at the middle row). Immediately I chose the empty seat at the middle row and my wife went to the back seat at the last row. To my surprise , I was shouted by the MPV driver to move back to the seat at the last row because someone had booked the seat at the middle row. Prior to fetching us on the day before , I had spoken to the MPV driver and told him that my wife & myself preferred to sit in front of the car for better view of scenery . However , the driver replied that there is a first come first serve by the company policy . We were very unhappy and upset with the arrangement made by this travel company. I spoke to both the driver and Mr 贾 over this issue . Unfortunately, my request was turned down and they even threatened to forfeit my ¥400 deposit if we refused to take the back seats . After which , Mr 賈 didn’t want to speak to me at all. To this, I got no choice but to cancel my trip with this company. My deposit was not refunded . I felt we have been cheated and unfairly treated by this travel company just because we are foreigners? Finally, I lodged a report with the local Police. The Police attended the case and took statements from me. They also spoke to the travel agency over the phone. After much persuasion from the Police, the travel agency agreed to refund me the deposit . I’m putting up this review as to praise the Nalati Police for their prominent & effectiveness in handling the case. As for the front office manager, Mr 王， please be impartial and handle the issue with responsibility . Anyway, I wished to thank Mr 王for calling the Police which he initially reluctant to do so. 酒店緊鄰那拉提遊客中心，步行約150米。是鎮上離景區大門最近的酒店。 我8月3日下午到那拉提路上，看到去哪兒定製平台幫我預訂的民宿竟然離景區大門10公里遠，且一路堵車，我無法忍受之下，自己用攜程定了這家。 一是政府背景，信得過。二是竟然這麼近，還有空房，那必然不能錯過。 結果服務十分令人驚訝，前台羅靜和迪娜辦事迅速效率非常高，態度熱情且耐心，把我的無窗房免費升級了有窗，本來早餐卷衹有兩張看到帶了孩子（超齡超高）又多送了一張。 真挺滿意的，下次有機會還會來這家。
