Il est revenu à un endroit connu, à un environnement familiar, à des personnes familiarisées, comme si tout était encore bien ... bien que quelques années plus tard, toutes les installations, toujours comme une âme nouvelle, la plus importante, sont toujours le même patron ...

Great experience, great service. Buggy service bring you to your room, restaurant, and even to 观音法坛 for morning lesson. I love their lobby, sandalwood, calm. You may consider this accommodation if you have budget.

I enjoyed staying at this hotel with my family and friends. It is situated on top a small hill on one end of Shengshan Island. Staff can pick you up from the island’s dock and drive you to the hotel - which is great if it is super hot or if you get seasick on the ferry ride (1 hour from Shanghai, 3.5 hours from Ningbo) from the China mainland. The hotel has impressive rooms with large bathrooms / a tub, showy / “baller” furniture, and thrilling views of the sea. Our room had a 270 degrees view - we received a free room upgrade from the generous hotel. The hotel has a solid morning breakfast (not buffet) included in the room rate. Soft drinks and beers can also be bought. The hotel has an outdoor pool and it is next to a seaside road that can serve as a running route (there is a running path part of the way). One length of the island, from the hotel to the East Cliff, is about 5.25 km one-way. The run is more undulating (hilly) than you might expect, but it is not too bad. Bring suntan lotion if you go in the summer. I’d say 2-3 nights is enough to get the full experience. This is a really strong hotel considering that it is in a small market and that the whole island is a bit isolated. I am glad I went and am happy to recommend if you decide to give it a try.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour au Sea Cliff Hotel pour les vacances du 1er mai. Voilà ce que j'ai aimé : - acheter un billet de bateau pour les vacances de mai était une mission impossible, à commencer par le fait que Tickets App n'acceptait pas les passeports étrangers. L'hôtel m'a aidé à organiser les billets dans les deux sens, même s'il n'y avait pas de billets en ligne (épuisés en 20 minutes). - ils ont organisé une prise en charge à notre arrivée et nous ont ramenés à l'embarcadère au départ - l'hôtel bénéficie d'un excellent emplacement avec vue sur la mer, de chambres très silencieuses et centrées sur la mer, idem pour le restaurant - tout est moderne, j'ai particulièrement apprécié la possibilité de partager les écrans Apple sur la télévision dans la pièce, un excellent moyen de revoir des photos et de regarder ses propres films le soir - un bon petit-déjeuner de 8h à 9h, vous pouvez venir à 8h45 et profiter également d'un petit-déjeuner tardif ; nous avons également déjeuné tard au restaurant de l'hôtel à notre arrivée, bonne nourriture, super pour s'asseoir dehors, horaires de travail flexibles (pas fermé de 14h à 17h !), en fait, j'ai plus aimé leurs repas que ce que nous avions au restaurant principal de la plage, enfin la réception je peux te préparer un café bien qu'un peu chaud - il y a 20 minutes à pied de l'hôtel pour une superbe baie et un café pour admirer le coucher du soleil, une excellente expérience et pas besoin de se lever tôt - l'hôtel était toujours en ligne sur WeChat pour répondre à tout problème ou question, y compris comment organiser une journée, des services fantastiques ! - l'hôtel possède sa propre plage, ça a l'air bien pour nager, j'envisagerai pour l'été, l'eau est propre sur l'île, et ce n'est qu'à quelques heures de Shanghai - petit inconvénient : les bateaux de pêche passent dès le petit matin, cela peut perturber votre sommeil matinal ;) - autre chose, le lit est un peu trop dur pour mon dos, mais où as-tu vu des lits moelleux en Chine ? Dans l'ensemble : fortement recommandé !

We love everything about Healray Collection. Our flight arrived late, and took a late ferry over to the Island. Luckily they had shuttle service from and to Ferry, which made it so much easier than calling a car service. When we arrived, they assisted us unloading the luggage. Our room got excellent view and could see the Guan Yin statue from our room. I'm OCD, so cleanliness is very important to me and I approved. We booked two nights, sadly we were only able to stay one night due to a Gale warning. The hotel had such a great customer service, when we were sightseeing, they gave us a call to inform us that they received a Gale warning and that the ferry will not operate the next day. They gave us an option to stay or refund us the one night if we wished to checkout to catch the ferry. They were very helpful and resourceful in that respect. The manager Zhou Min reached out to our online booking to verify our refund. We were very pleased and amazed with their extraordinary service. I personally would definitely refer and book with them again. I care about service and they have one of the best service I've had experienced.

L'un de nos meilleurs séjours en Chine! Cet endroit était absolument étonnant. Les dames qui l'ont couru sont amusants et nous ont toujours fait rire. Les chambres sont très confortables et sont très confortables. Il est également convenablement situé à côté des magasins, cafés, restaurants et la plage, tout en étant un peu loin de la route de la boulangerie et de la boulangerie. La cuisine est très bonne ici aussi - le petit déjeuner (inclus) ainsi que ce que vous pouvez acheter pour le déjeuner/la dîner est vraiment frais. En raison de la barrière linguistique, ils ont essayé de nous accueillir en nous proposant plus de petits-déjeuners « de style occidental », mais quand nous l'avons réalisé et nous l'avons demandé, ils nous ont fait un deuxième petit-déjeuner qui était comme celui que tout le monde ait. Ils nous ont aussi aidé à sortir avec un chauffeur pour nous emmener dans le village abandonné et nous ont réservé nos billets à Shanghai. En outre, l'aircondition ici est FAST et fiable que nous avons réalisé n'est pas donné après quelques semaines en Chine. Alors c'est un autre (petit mais important) plus certainement! J'aimerais généralement explorer des endroits différents et rester dans des hébergements différents si/quand je visite des endroits, mais je ferais probablement une exception et rester ici encore si je reviens à visiter l'île!

Service by the guy who picked us up from the airport is excellent. 10/10!!! Our luggage was damaged during the flight, he called someone to help us repair it. We were short on time for the ferry sailing to Mt Putuo due the weather conditions, that day sailings will be cancelled, (we got to chat in the van when he picked us up from the airport), he said we can just leave the luggages at the front desk and then hurriedly sent us to the port, good thing we made it. That's superb customer service!!! He didn't even want to get a tip, eventually we gave him some dried mango packs from the Philippines. The front desk guy though is a different story, he was super slow, did not know how to handle checking in of foreign passport holders I think. He has our passports and had to ask us our birthdays!! It was also difficult for him to understand the visa dates (expiry and issue dates), and he kept on asking when we arrived, it is just there stamped opposite the visa page, we just actually arrived that day, this is our first hotel. Anyway, free pick up from the airport is best and free sending to the port and then lastly also to the bus station. Great service.

L'expérience est inacceptable. Il a été dit que le climatisation ne serait pas fermé pendant la nuit. Lorsque nous sommes allés au comptoir pour demander de l'aide, on nous a dit que l'hôtel ferme l'air conditionné parce que « la plupart des clients préfèrent un environnement de nourriture ». Si certains clients veulent des températures plus chaudes, ils peuvent le régler seuls. Au lieu de résoudre le problème, le personnel a fait des coupables, évité la responsabilité et nous a finalement offert un fan comme une « solution » , après avoir déjà payé le prix complet pour une chambre qui devrait être adéquatement réfrigérée. Si vous voulez que vous me battiez pour obtenir un climatisation normal, quel type d'hôtel est-il ? Cette expérience a complètement ruiné mon voyage. Le service de bureau avant était tout aussi décevant. Ils étaient inamicals, irresponsables et dissuasifs. Ils nous ignoraient en discutant entre eux et ne répondaient qu'à mon vocation. Ce comportement est bien inférieur aux normes professionnelles. Je suis resté dans de nombreux hôtels et je n'ai jamais connu un service aussi irresponsable et non professionnel.

Service was good, from the helpful shuttle bus drivers to the prompt service of the technician-we had difficulty turning on the TV initially. However, we were confused about the shuttle bus stops stated by the hotel as there are designated hotel shuttle bus stops which are different from the different temples stops where only the public buses can go. The breakfast spread was not big but adequate. The hotel room was comfortable although not big. I like the Zen design. The windows were open when we entered the hotel room, hence there were two flies in the room. We turned on the electric mosquito repellent. Luckily, they did not disturb us. The attendants should not open the windows when doing room cleaning lest insects go into the room. The island has many trees so there are insects-mosquitoes, flies etc around. The room walls are thin though. I could hear the neighbouring rooms talking along the corridor and the room attendant coming by to their rescue saying he is the room attendant. The hotel is a few minutes' walk from the sea, good for an evening walk. Overall, the quality is good and the hotel room was comfortable. Definitely a hotel I could return to.

Le patron est très en colère. Les produits de bain sont tous des produits occasionnels, ce qui est bon. Les installations de la chambre sont complètement propres et le repos 😴 est relativement calme. La prochaine fois, vous choisisserez cette maison. J'aime beaucoup la lumière de son lit 😁
