LLidia EssenJ'ai séjourné régulièrement dans cet hôtel depuis plus de dix ans.
L'avantage principal de cet hôtel est le personnel, qui ne change jamais.
Cette fois, j'étais ici pour mon anniversaire, et c'était si gentil de recevoir les plus chauds félicitations de tous !
L'hôtel est impecable, mais le seul élément est que le petit déjeuner, qui devrait être chaud, est tout à fait froid.

IInvitéJe suis super heureuse avec littéralement tout. Je réserverais certainement. L'appartement était super propre, spacieux et confortable. J'ai senti en sécurité et le service d'Aya (réceptionniste) était excellent.

SSulleyALe petit déjeuner était inclus et je me suis tellement heureux de choisir. Le personnel était super amical et la chambre était nettoyée quotidiennement. Je n'avais pas la vue sur la mer, mais j'avais une vue magnifique sur les palmiers de ma chambre qui avaient toujours une belle vent venu. Merci pour le service incroyable 4R Playa Park Hotel.

Personnel accueillant dans l’ensemble.
Propreté globalement présente avec ménage quotidien.
Chambre spacieuse, lit peu confortable car ressorts + roulettes, Tv smart, frigo à disposition, espace de rangements. Par contre, prenez des boules quies si vous êtes sensible au bruit car pas très bien isolé.
Buffet matin et soir très bon avec beaucoup de choix (viande parfois Halal, à demander au chef mais n’est pas tout le temps sur de lui).
Espace bien être payant, à faire 1 fois si mauvais temps.

IInvitéOn arrival the holiday centre was as photographed on the website, fresh, bright, airy and modernised. Apartments are spacious with 2 wide single beds pushed together in the main room which leads off on to an exceptionally generous size balcony. Plenty of room for kids to play, loungers and table and chairs etc. the bed in the hallway (pull down from wall) was comfy and great for my 9 year old son. The livingroom couches were also single beds and of good quality and wide enough, seem some very slim, thin ones before - these were very comfy although never slept in by us as my daughter had a cot.
Check in and out was seamless but be aware a deposit is taken (around £10 per night and given back at end of apartment is left satisfactory) so factor this in to your spends needed initially.
The thing that stood out for us as a family was the lovely man and his assistants who ran the kids club, entertainment, pool games and really engaged with the children despite his obviously long days. They are a credit to the hotel and I don’t think it would attract as many families if this small but important team weren’t on board - my son Jacob loved kids club and made some great friends for the week.
Now is still recommend this hotel with given some recommendations to change things. The hotel caters to very large, roudy crowds of preteens/teens on school holiday stays. They are chaotic and woke our toddler several times, running through corridors screaming, taking up lift where pushchairs and wheelchair users should have priority and teens/groups managed more carefully as they would be if from anywhere else. Called to reception to complain and inform but was pretty much brushed off as they’re excited. Just not great for the rest of us also wanting to enjoy our apartment, sleep and have children. We waited an incredibly long time with 20-30 teens in front of us. I called down to reception one evening as they were shouting, banging and screaming in the halls. Some hotels do not cater to exceptionally large groups for this reason, especially when catering to family holidays also - I’d only stay again if I knew there was no large groups such as this booked to stay. We only ate breakfast the last morning as we preferred to go out to dinners etc as a social thing in the evenings with the children as we don’t drink alcohol much when have young children with us. Food was as expected in hotels, nothing bad to note and plenty of options which are the norm.
If you like quiet this hotel might not be for you. Po. Kew is loud due to entertainment although this didn’t bother us with it stopping at 11pm but the ‘quieter’ side facing out to the road/side was filled with already mentioned large groups of teens shouting back and forth to each other continually. Highly recommend checking if these school trips are on when booking if you like a quiet, relaxed family holiday (most of us do when we have young children).
All in all the hotel is great location, good sized rooms and entertainment for much younger children but would be put off returning due to the issues mentioned.

IInvitéLes chambres très belles et confortables, l'hôtel était bien, les garçons quelques plus sympathiques que les autres, mais le repas du restaurant congelé et assez mauvais pour ce qu'ils te prient, à part que tu demandes Coca-Cola ou Fanta et ils te apportent le verre déjà servi. (sans bouteille ou bouteille) et clairement cela n'était pas de ces marques (et ils vous en paient aussi, très cher). La position est très bien, presque tout. Le buffet n'avait que le petit déjeuner et un peu peu, sauf avoir à faire assez de file pour entrer parce que la salle de repas n'est pas assez grande pour couvrir tant de gens. La piscine est bonne, mais il n'y a pas d'organisation avec les hamacs, chacun la met où il veut quand il veut et c'est un peu désastreux. Je le recommande, mais avec peu d'espoir.

Es cierto que estás en el parque prácticamente.
La entrada y llegada a la recepción un poco lenta. Grandes grupos que dificultan el check in y únicamente 2 personas en recepción.
El acceso al parking estrecho y poco señalizado. El coste es de 18€ la noche, algo excesivo, pero las plazas son amplias

IInvitéoverall good experience but some things could have been better english breakfast was abismal worst i have had in 20 years of staying in salou hotels they need to get a chef who knows how to cook a fried egg and sorce some english bacon they were cold and hard the yolks were solid like they had been sitting in the kitchen for 30 mins before they brought them out lunch and dinner were ok however had to pay for water and soft drinks not something i have come across before and place was overrun with school kids at meal times not a plesent experience room was ok but locking the fridge thats a new one on me car parking was an extra of cource and vastly overpriced at 20 euro a day half that at 4r hotels also you couldnt use the lift to the parking you had to get out at reception and get a key or use the stairs again a pain the hotel was clean and reasonably quiet exept the resturant but definatly geared up to charge extra wherever it could would i stay there again probably not and thats just down to crapp breakfast and little things like chargeing you to use the fridge safe and rip off car parking
