Hôtels à Birmingham avec petit déjeuner

L' hôtel est situé dans une grande position pour la conférence au point du millénaire . Je pensais que les produits étaient probablement aqueux et le rouleau de la loo était la sorte brun crachée. Un silence peut être un bon remède. Le personnel est très gentil et utile.

I recently stayed at your hotel and unfortunately left feeling quite disappointed with several aspects of my stay. Upon arrival, I noticed what appeared to be blood stains on the curtains, hair left on the towel/flannel in the bathroom, and marks on the table surfaces. I have attached photographs for reference, as I feel these are basic housekeeping standards that should have been checked prior to a guest arriving. I also experienced multiple issues with food and service during my stay. I ordered a charcuterie board, however the Parma ham and other cured meats appeared dried out, discoloured and no longer fresh. Unfortunately, after eating it, I also felt unwell afterwards, which was particularly concerning. Later, when ordering dinner, I asked for a croque monsieur but the staff member repeatedly did not understand the order, despite me explaining it was a toasted ham and cheese sandwich. I was eventually advised to order a panini instead. Additionally, I ordered truffle fries but was informed they were unavailable. I agreed to normal fries, however what arrived were heavily seasoned thick-cut chips which were completely different from what I expected and unfortunately not enjoyable. Another issue was the iron provided in the room, which had black residue/staining on it and ended up marking my top, which was very frustrating. As I had booked the stay primarily to relax and enjoy a quiet evening in the room with room service, it was disappointing that the overall experience did not feel comfortable or enjoyable. What disappointed me further was that upon check-out, nobody asked how my stay was or whether everything had been satisfactory, despite the multiple issues experienced throughout my visit. I wanted to bring this to your attention as I do not usually complain, however I felt the overall standard of cleanliness, food quality and service fell below expectations. Kind regards, Karolina

Hotel is in a great position at the top of Broad Street, greeted with a smile at reception and the room was ready early which was a bonus.  The twin room was on the 15th floor with great views over Edgbaston. The only fault was the bathroom door was very heavy and wouldn’t close. This was reported and reception did offer to move us but we had already unpacked.  The biggest disappointment was breakfast - we saw photo in the lift and it looked great especially as my daughter is dairy free. However there were no blueberries or raspberries or strawberries or blackberries and when we pointed this out the lady behind reception said it was a case of false advertising - nothing was offered as compensation so all in all very disappointed.

Emplacement idéal pour un week-end à Birmingham. J'ai beaucoup apprécié la piscine et le sauna, qui étaient propres et bien entretenus. Je reviendrai sans hésiter.

La dame à la réception était vraiment adorable. C'était la journée la plus chaude de l'année et nous nous sommes plaints de la climatisation ; elle a rapidement changé notre chambre. Lorsque nous avons eu d'autres problèmes et avons appelé la réception, elle est venue rapidement et nous a apporté une aide chaleureuse. Un excellent rapport qualité-prix.

L'expérience globale de l'hôtel est plutôt bonne, l'environnement est propre et bien rangé, l'agencement des chambres est simple et pratique, et bien que les installations ne soient pas particulièrement nouvelles, elles sont fondamentalement complètes et il n'y a pas de problèmes majeurs à les utiliser. L'attitude du service à la réception est correcte et l'enregistrement et le départ sont relativement fluides. L'emplacement est acceptable et les transports et la commodité de vie environnants sont moyens. Dans l'ensemble, il convient aux courts séjours ou aux nuitées temporaires, avec un rapport qualité/prix raisonnable et aucune insatisfaction évidente.

Really unsatisfied with the cleanliness of the room, there was a huge amount of dust anywhere that I was sneezing continuously. Also, the most disgusting thing were the bedsheets, stained with yellow spots! I asked for a new set of bedsheets and the reception gave them to me and I had to put them on, because there was no one of the cleaning team to do it. Very very very unsatisfied.

Meilleur séjour au Royaume-Uni jusqu'à présent, c'est abordable pour les familles et mon séjour a été très confortable… la réception était très serviable sur TOUT 💙 le parking était pratique… Les commodités 11/10🤩 tout était inclus lave-vaisselle, plaque de cuisson, casseroles, cuillères, la climatisation et le chauffage étaient dans l'unité… INCROYABLE💌 et pour couronner le tout, étant un créatif, j'adore absolument l'attention portée aux détails et le design de l'endroit😌↕️ je réserverais certainement un autre séjour avec Staycity😊

I stay here once a year as it is not far from the NEC in Birmingham. The location of the hotel is perfect as so close to the motorway but feels like you are in countryside as so quiet and relaxing. It could probably do with a little TLC as the some of the furniture in my room was looking a little tired but still very clean. The staff are lovely and helpful with good service. I have been to this hotel many times over the years and only used the swimming pool once which is the only downside to this place. I would not use again as not the relaxing hotel experience I anticipated as was very busy. Priority appears to be given to the paying public over hotel residents and the changing room was disgusting with used towels piled high on the floor. Staff were stood around having a laugh with their mates and had to interrupt to ask where to get towels then had to ask another member of the public how to open the lockers. I would continue to use this hotel but wouldn’t risk the swimming pool again.

5 étoiles. Salle exceptionnellement propre, personnel exquis et un emplacement invincible. Tout ce dont vous avez besoin est à une distance de marche et les boutiques et équipements environnants le rendent le lieu parfait. Personnes amicales tout au long et un séjour tout à fait excellent. Recommandé.
