Hôtels à Birmingham avec petit déjeuner

I recently stayed at your hotel and unfortunately left feeling quite disappointed with several aspects of my stay. Upon arrival, I noticed what appeared to be blood stains on the curtains, hair left on the towel/flannel in the bathroom, and marks on the table surfaces. I have attached photographs for reference, as I feel these are basic housekeeping standards that should have been checked prior to a guest arriving. I also experienced multiple issues with food and service during my stay. I ordered a charcuterie board, however the Parma ham and other cured meats appeared dried out, discoloured and no longer fresh. Unfortunately, after eating it, I also felt unwell afterwards, which was particularly concerning. Later, when ordering dinner, I asked for a croque monsieur but the staff member repeatedly did not understand the order, despite me explaining it was a toasted ham and cheese sandwich. I was eventually advised to order a panini instead. Additionally, I ordered truffle fries but was informed they were unavailable. I agreed to normal fries, however what arrived were heavily seasoned thick-cut chips which were completely different from what I expected and unfortunately not enjoyable. Another issue was the iron provided in the room, which had black residue/staining on it and ended up marking my top, which was very frustrating. As I had booked the stay primarily to relax and enjoy a quiet evening in the room with room service, it was disappointing that the overall experience did not feel comfortable or enjoyable. What disappointed me further was that upon check-out, nobody asked how my stay was or whether everything had been satisfactory, despite the multiple issues experienced throughout my visit. I wanted to bring this to your attention as I do not usually complain, however I felt the overall standard of cleanliness, food quality and service fell below expectations. Kind regards, Karolina

Hyatt Rengency Hotel Birmingham is a very nice and cozy hotel with great facilities. It offers halal food, and prayer mats are available upon request, which I really appreciated. The leisure facilities are lovely, with a heated swimming pool, steam room, sauna, jacuzzi, and spa. However, my stay was let down by the fact that the room did not have a smart TV as mentioned on the website, which caused a lot of wasted time considering that I planned to stay in most of the times. The hotel eventually upgraded us (to a similar room just a few floors higher) after several contact made to reception and a long wait, but I’m grateful to Kenza for her assistance. On checkout, Nandini was very kind and offered support for my next visit as a gesture for the inconvenience. There's also an issue with parking, which operates on a first come first serve basis. So if you park your car on day 1 and say you're staying for 3 days, you have to pay for the parking for 3 days ahead which is £27 for 24hr. During these days if you happen to take your car out and come back with no free parking space, you lose your money. Your slot is not reserved. It would be better if they charge us for parking when we are leaving the car park rather than making us pay in advance. Overall, a comfortable hotel with excellent amenities, but clearer information on room facilities would have made the stay much smoother. I would have come better prepared.

Clean, agréable chambre. La location de la ville est très confortable. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas si grand; la variété est limitada d surtout croissant le jour 3 séjour n'est pas une fraîche et ne peut pas se diviser et se nourrir. D'une manière générale, il est bon de rester là

Au centre de Birmingham, en face de Chinatown et derrière la gare, vous trouverez de nombreux restaurants et des transports pratiques. La décoration semble assez neuve et propre. Le climatiseur de la chambre était en panne et l’éclairage était faible. J'ai commandé le petit-déjeuner, mais je n'ai pas remarqué qu'il était 10 heures. Je pensais que c'était à 11 heures. Puis je suis allé là-bas à 10h30 et ils m'ont dit que c'était fini. Je pensais que ce serait bien de leur donner des œufs et du lait à la fin, mais il n'y avait rien et j'ai juste gaspillé mon argent.

La dame à la réception était vraiment adorable. C'était la journée la plus chaude de l'année et nous nous sommes plaints de la climatisation ; elle a rapidement changé notre chambre. Lorsque nous avons eu d'autres problèmes et avons appelé la réception, elle est venue rapidement et nous a apporté une aide chaleureuse. Un excellent rapport qualité-prix.

Really unsatisfied with the cleanliness of the room, there was a huge amount of dust anywhere that I was sneezing continuously. Also, the most disgusting thing were the bedsheets, stained with yellow spots! I asked for a new set of bedsheets and the reception gave them to me and I had to put them on, because there was no one of the cleaning team to do it. Very very very unsatisfied.

la chambre est assez bien pour 3 personnes, bien que les canapés-lits soient en fait plus petits que sur les photos. bien équipée avec 2 plaques de cuisson, petit réfrigérateur, lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes avec fonction grill et ustensiles suffisants, et aussi du café instantané étaient fournis. la pression de l'eau de la douche est super bonne et l'eau est assez chaude mais les toilettes sont un peu petites, il faut se cacher juste à côté de la cuvette des toilettes puis on a assez de place pour ouvrir la porte. Le point négatif est le service de l'équipe de réception et d'entretien ménager. Après avoir reçu les cartes de chambre, nous n'avons pas pu accéder à la chambre et avons dû descendre pour demander à la réceptionniste de réparer les cartes et de revenir pour ouvrir la chambre. Après être entrés dans la chambre, nous avons constaté que l'eau du lavabo des toilettes ne partait pas, nous avons demandé au personnel d'entretien qui travaillait juste dans la chambre voisine d'y jeter un œil mais qui a dit que nous devions aller voir la réceptionniste (comme il n'y a pas de téléphone inter-chambres, nous devons redescendre). Ensuite, la réceptionniste nous a arrangé une autre chambre qui était en bas. Nous avions réservé pour 2 nuits, lorsque nous sommes revenus à l'hôtel le lendemain soir, les cartes de chambre ne fonctionnaient pas, encore une fois. La réceptionniste a prétendu que cela pouvait être dû au fait que les cartes étaient collées avec le téléphone portable, ce qui risquait de les endommager. Cependant, nous étions sûrs que les cartes n'étaient pas collées avec les téléphones ! Ce serait parfait si une petite boîte de mouchoirs pouvait être fournie.

I stay here once a year as it is not far from the NEC in Birmingham. The location of the hotel is perfect as so close to the motorway but feels like you are in countryside as so quiet and relaxing. It could probably do with a little TLC as the some of the furniture in my room was looking a little tired but still very clean. The staff are lovely and helpful with good service. I have been to this hotel many times over the years and only used the swimming pool once which is the only downside to this place. I would not use again as not the relaxing hotel experience I anticipated as was very busy. Priority appears to be given to the paying public over hotel residents and the changing room was disgusting with used towels piled high on the floor. Staff were stood around having a laugh with their mates and had to interrupt to ask where to get towels then had to ask another member of the public how to open the lockers. I would continue to use this hotel but wouldn’t risk the swimming pool again.

The location of the hotel is great. Walking distance to Bullring and most shops and restaurants. But the carpark is a bit of a walk through a not so nice area. Plus the closer car park is not 24 hours. So one night after a dinner that finished late, I missed the closing time of the car park and had to park at the car park that is further away. For cleanliness, the room is generally clean. But the bath towels were not clean. Out of the 6 nights I stayed there, 3 nights I had to ask for replacement towels because the new towels put in my room has various stains on them.

5 étoiles. Salle exceptionnellement propre, personnel exquis et un emplacement invincible. Tout ce dont vous avez besoin est à une distance de marche et les boutiques et équipements environnants le rendent le lieu parfait. Personnes amicales tout au long et un séjour tout à fait excellent. Recommandé.
