« Il y a un endroit très fantastique pour rester. Il est presque tout. Le personnel était étonnant et il se sentait comme si nous les avions connus depuis des années, en particulier Bobby. Le lit était super confortable. Il y avait très propres lin et belles toilettes. Le bar était raisonnablement prix et le menu « snack » suffisait pour un repas entier. »

SSharmayneEverything was fine, friendly staff, right opposite a tram stop, lovely view from the bedroom window and comfy bed. One issue I had was I booked room only and tried to pay for dinner at the hotel but for that whole week, they only catered to a certain amount of people which meant I had to go off premises to eat dinner. Other than that, no issues and would stay again.

IInvitéomg from the moment I walked in i was attended to nothing was to much trouble i had a sea view double room there was a act on downstairs very loud was worried about the house but never heard a thing the decor is a bit dated but the friendliness of the staff and yhe feel of the hotel made up for that I had a fantastic stay it does just what it says on the tin I will definitely be goung back

IInvitéThe quality of this hotel was not great, but all we wanted was somewhere to sleep while we were in Blackpool so it served its purpose, and for the valid it was perfect.
Be aware that although the hotel says there is WiFi, it is only on the lobby and doesn't reach the rooms. We also didn't have a remote for the TV and it wouldn't work without, although we asked for one multiple times, the staff were unable to find one that worked for our TV.
The walls are very thin and you hear every noise from around the hotel. Luckily (also unfortunately) our room was the furthest away possible.
The water pressure on the shower was amazing. The hotel water on the tap comes out boiling hot straight away.
Overall, the quality of the hotel wasn't great, but for the price it was everything we needed

LLunaBunnyLa location est excellente, mais tout le reste est assez vieux et déshabillée. Le service était assez mauvais, nous n'avions pas de serviettes ni de bouteilles d'eau dans notre chambre. À la demande, ils ont dit que nous devions «obtenir» les serviettes des réceptions. Les chambres avec frigo et les chambres avec frigo ont des bouteilles d'eau. Comme c'était assez tard quand nous avons réalisé que nous n'avions pas de bouteille d'eau, heureusement, nous avons trouvé un Co-op à 5 minutes de distance fermant bientôt, nous avons dû les prendre de là.
La chambre a une vue sur la mer partielle, mais le lit était si bruyant et énervé même avec le moindre mouvement.
Si ce n'était pas pour la location, parce que la plage est calme devant l'hôtel, je n'aurais même pas encore réfléchi à cela.
La piscine était une bonne chose, elle était très propre, mais les chambres de change auraient pu être beaucoup mieux.
J'ai réservé Trip.com auparavant, donc je sais qu'il n'a rien à voir avec l'internet ou la réservation de 3ème partie, c'est juste un très ancien hôtel.

IInvitéClean and tidy room, quad with private bathroom, 2 double beds. Blinds on windows instead of curtains and not blackout blinds, which left gaps in so people could see into room. Tv and tea/coffee in room. No breakfast available as no chef currently employed. £50 cash deposit must be given on check-in which was returned with no problem after room inspection. Well stocked bar and karaoke with bingo was played on Friday and Saturday night. Parking available at £10 a night but looked a bit risky out the back so didn’t park here. Reception not always manned and can be a long wait for someone to come after pressing bell. No hot water on 2nd morning so it looks like the early risers take all the hot water. For the price for a family of 4 over easter it wasn’t as bad as some reviews.

MMichelle j PatersonRoom was very small only had 2 side drawers so very little storage for clothing.
Room was very small for a family of 4.
There was 2 sets of bunk beds one with a double on the bottom. Very wobbly and unstable. Unfortunately the top bunk was broken and had been fixed ( if you can call it that) with a blank of wool onto mettle frame. There was broken metal sticking out of the bed frame and spars were unsafe and moved when my child climbed into it. I ended up putting the mattress on the floor which ment there was no walking space between the beds.
Toilet didn't flush properly and had to muck about with it to flush. Shower leaked when the water was turned on.
No handle on the window to open or close it properly and when I was able to close it was a fight to push it open again.
Hotel advertised breakfast but once speaking to manager was told there was no breakfast available and hotel didn't do any catering.
Hotel was very rundown and in a very ruff area. Police were in the street every nite and there was a stabbing right outside the hotel.
After speaking to other guests all rooms seemed to be in the same state of disrepair.
Would not recommend this hotel at all.
