Hotel room nice, good view of the river.. staff really helpful. Very disappointed with the breakfast.. Hard black pudding Hard hash browns Just warm sausage Luke warm beans Didn’t try anything else Toast nice and tea nice. But would book with out breakfast if I stopped again.

Équipements : Globalement assez neuf, mais il n'y a pas de plafonnier dans la chambre, ce qui la rend très sombre la nuit. La salle de bain est spacieuse mais sans chauffage. La pomme de douche a un excellent débit, très agréable. Il y a un mini-réfrigérateur avec deux bouteilles d'eau, et on peut en demander d'autres à la réception si besoin. Propreté : Globalement correcte. Environnement : L'hôtel est proche de la gare, on entend un peu le train depuis la chambre, mais ce n'est pas très gênant. Il faut environ 8 minutes à pied pour y arriver depuis la gare, en contournant la gare par l'arrière. Ce n'est pas très pratique si l'on a des bagages lourds, car le chemin n'est pas entièrement plat, ce qui peut être un peu fatigant. Service : La réception propose un service de consigne à bagages. Lors du check-in, il n'y avait qu'une seule personne à la réception, j'ai dû attendre longtemps.

Location was excellent, next to the train station. The cosy room would definitely not be my choice again. Ok if travelling on your own, but as a couple not ideal. Breakfast was the best I have ever experienced. Staff all friendly. Will definitely want to stay in this hotel if I ever went to Newcastle again.

Its very basic and actually what you would probably expect for the price. Not that great aesthetically in the room and the smell is very damp and musky. Lighting is very very dim and very very noisy. Bad paint jobs and broken sink but works I suppose.

Nous avons réservé une suite junior. À l'arrivée nous avons été bienvenus et bien vérifiés. Nous avons reçu notre clé et nous avons dit qu'il était dans la chambre 118. Il nous a été dit qu'il fallait monter un étage dans l'ascenseur et descendre les escaliers, car notre chambre était entre les étages. Si j'avais su que je n'aurais pas réservé, je voyage avec ma mère qui est post-chirurgicale avec un nouveau cou, et les escaliers et les bagages étaient un peu difficiles. Il était composé d'une salle de séjour/de manger/de cuisine avec un canapé, une télévision et une cuisine assez pleine, c'est-à-dire un vent, un réfrigérateur avec une glace, une micro-ondes, un lave-vaisselle et une machine à laver. La chambre était très petite, le lit était absolument énorme, il avait aussi une télévision à l'intérieur. La seule grippe que j'avais eue était qu'il n'y avait qu'un chauffeur électrique et c'était dans la chambre, donc si vous étiez froid, je devais aller dans la chambre.... si je restais là encore... mais peut-être dans une chambre qui n'avait pas besoin de monter les escaliers.

Everything about our stay was perfect from the room to our food we had staff were friendly and social able even when we go to bed there is no noise in corridor l think we have stayed about 5 times and each time perfect.

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, my experience was not very comfortable. The air conditioning in the room was completely ineffective and did not cool the space at all. Although the room was equipped with a small fan, it was nowhere near sufficient for two people, especially during a heatwave. The bathroom extractor fan was also not working, which meant that after taking a shower, the room became even hotter and more humid. As the window could not be opened, there was no way to get fresh air or any ventilation. We ended up spending a very uncomfortable and restless night due to the excessive heat. The hotel’s location is not particularly central, but it is reasonably close to the city centre. One positive aspect is that it offers free parking and breakfast, which is definitely appreciated. Overall, if the air conditioning were properly repaired, I would be happy to consider staying here again in the future.

I booked this for my Grandaughter and I to attend an appointment in Newcastle at 1.30pm and also a concert in the evening at the arena. Arriving well before check in at 3pm, the receptionist kindly allowed us to park in the hotel car park thus enabling us not to have to move the car from the metro station opposite later. This was a great help- thankyou. We checked in after our appointment and got our key for room 23. It was nice and cosy with the heating on and extremely clean. I did struggle to turn off the cold tap fully in the bathroom but my Grandaughter sorted it...maybe needs some attention from a professional. After getting changed, we headed back up town on the metro where we enjoyed seeing Rick Astley. It was quite late when we returned hungry but the hotel was fine with us ordering a McDonald's delivery from Kingston Park. All in all with breakfast included in the price, we had a super time.
