Hôtels à Lombok avec petit déjeuner

This was a treat as it’s a birthday celebration but it soon turned into a series of unfortunate events. The service and staff are amazing but their rooms have a serious bug problem. We woke up in the middle of the night to find our pillows covered with winged bugs that looked like ants, they were in the pillow and on the pillow, upon inspection there were more on the headboard and on the sofa by the window. We started to also notice dust piles on the floor in the room too, so we suspect they are eating at the wood. It was pretty alarming to find and have bugs crawling on your bed and we soon found out it was on our bags too. A staff member was quick to come to our room to inspect but the main team have already gone home. They allowed us to switch rooms but it looks like the problem is in the other room too. By the bed, more dust piles and on the sofa more bugs. It’s midnight so we sprayed the bed with bug spray and hope no more will crawl on us. As well as this their sink was blocked. We are both adventurous people, slept in the rainforest before, camped etc so we are not scared of bugs but when these could be termites or carpenter ants, our biggest worry is bringing them home. It’s not a nice situation for them either given their buildings are 200 years old. The next morning comes and the situation was not handled like a luxury hotel would. No one came to speak to us about it and no apology until I mentioned it at reception. The room they moved us to was also a smaller one so we effectively paid for a bigger room that we couldn’t stay in, this also wasn’t mentioned. There were positives like free bike usage, good cocktails, board games in lobby and a clean pool but I wouldn’t say this is a luxury hotel but more like a 3 star hotel with a 5 star mask. All in all, a birthday that wasn’t a treat.

A cozy paradise with turtles by the shore and kind hearts💕🏝️ Our vacation in Gili exceeded all expectations, and this amazing hotel is a great credit for this. We found exactly what we were looking for: a quiet, cozy corner where every detail is created for relaxation. The premier room was made with comfort. The bed is incredibly comfortable and soft. The cleanliness was perfect, which was monitored daily, and the snow-white linen added a sense of homely comfort. A special delight is the bathroom with an open roof — taking a shower under the stars was magical.🛁 The hotel is surrounded by greenery and bright colors, 🌸 behind which you can see the tremulous care of the staff. And right across the street, literally 30 seconds away, begins the best beach with giant sea turtles! Seeing them every day by the shore is priceless.🐢 Furry residents: Cute red cats live on the territory, which create a special atmosphere of home warmth. Be sure to feed them when you stop here! And just behind the hotel there is a local shelter for cats. If you have the opportunity, take some food there or make a small donation. It's a small thing for you, but it's a huge help for them.🐈 Special thanks to manager Sam! This man has a big heart. 💖He was incredibly attentive, helped us solve any issues, and told stories about the island and local life with such love that we got into this place even more. Sam, we sincerely wish you a speedy recovery and good health! It is thanks to such sympathetic and kind people like you that such places become truly special.🫶 This hotel and the entire island of Gili gave us not just a vacation, but a feeling of harmony and warmth. We left with the feeling that we would definitely come back. Мы нашли именно то, что искали: тихий, уютный уголок, где каждая деталь создана для расслабления. Номер премьер был выполнен с комфортом. Кровать невероятно удобная и мягкая. Чистота идеальная за которой следили ежедневно, а белоснежное бельё добавляло ощущение домашнего уюта. Особый восторг это ванная с открытой крышей — принимать душ под звёздами было волшебно. Отель утопает в зелени и ярких цветах, за которыми виден трепетный уход персонала. А прямо напротив, буквально в 30 секундах ходьбы, начинается лучший пляж с гигантскими морскими черепахами! Видеть их каждый день у самого берега — бесценно. Пушистые жители: На территории живут милые рыжие котики, которые создают особую атмосферу домашнего тепла. Обязательно покормите их когда остановитесь здесь! А сразу за отелем находится местный приют для кошек. Если у вас будет возможность, отнесите туда немного корма или сделайте небольшой donation. Для вас это мелочь, а для них — огромная помощь. Отдельная благодарность — менеджеру Сэму! Этот человек с большим сердцем. Он был невероятно внимателен, помогал решать любые вопросы и с такой любовью рассказывал истории об острове и жизни местных, что мы проникались этим местом ещё больше. Сэм, мы всей душой желаем вам скорейшего восстановления и крепкого здоровья! Именно благодаря таким отзывчивым и добрым людям, как вы, такие места становятся по-настоящему особенными. Этот отель и весь остров Гили подарили нам не просто отдых, а ощущение гармонии и душевного тепла. Мы уезжали с чувством, что обязательно вернёмся. С теплом, Ваши гости из России.

La chambre est très confortable et le matelas est bon et ferme. En mai 2026, il y aura des travaux de construction à proximité, donc le silence dans la chambre ne sera pas toujours garanti. L'île elle-même est assez animée, comparée à d'autres îles Gili, c'est une question de goût. Le Wi-Fi n'était pas toujours disponible, et même l'eSIM ne fonctionnait pas toujours la nuit. Il y a beaucoup de coraux sur la plage et si la mer n'est pas calme, ils heurtent les jambes, ce qui est dangereux car ils peuvent être gros. Il est donc préférable de nager de l'autre côté de l'île où la mer est plus calme, et de profiter des couchers de soleil de ce côté-ci.

Un hôtel très charmant et bien entretenu, avec un personnel adorable et toujours prêt à aider. La plage en face de l'hôtel n'a rien à envier à des plages plus réputées ; nous l'avons même trouvée l'une des plus belles. La nourriture était délicieuse, aussi bien le petit-déjeuner que le service d'étage. On nous a offert un surclassement gratuit dans une superbe suite avec piscine partagée. Il y a une petite salle de sport, mais suffisante pour faire un peu d'exercice. Par contre, l'hôtel est loin de tout, une moto ou une voiture est indispensable.

Hôtel bien situé et très bien entretenu. Personnel très compétents et serviables. Surtout les serveurs du restaurant et du bar ils sont attentionnés et très très compétents.

Super endroit pour séjourner sur l'île, proche du port et à distance de marche de la plage avec des tortues. Situé sur la deuxième ligne de plage. À la réception, vous trouverez une fontaine à eau où vous pourrez obtenir de l'eau gratuitement. Le petit-déjeuner est servi dans votre chambre ou vous pouvez le prendre sur votre terrasse. Il y a la climatisation, une salle de bain avec des plantes. La maison d'hôtes a laissé une bonne impression

”J'ai eu un séjour agréable à l'hôtel Lombok Plaza avec une chambre propre et spacieuse, mais le climatisation était moins que idéal. Ceci peut être en raison de son emplacement. C'est quelque chose qui pourrait certainement être amélioré.

Un magnifique chalet, très bien agencé, situé dans un coin paisible et charmant de l'île. La piscine est ouverte 24h/24 et 7j/7 et le personnel est incroyablement sympathique et serviable. Un petit-déjeuner est proposé en option le matin et un restaurant est ouvert toute la journée avec une réduction de 20 % pour les clients du chalet. Des séances de cinéma en plein air gratuites sont organisées en soirée. La location de vélos et les excursions sont possibles, mais vous trouverez des offres plus économiques ailleurs sur l'île. Un séjour agréable et très abordable !

Location is great (near the night market and the harbour) however the room was not quite as it was advertised. When I booked it, the details clearly said that there is hot water and TV for my booked room type, but when I got there, the shower only has cold (brackish) water, and no TV Room cleanliness is also a bit of an issue in that while the room is ok to stay in, cleanliness could be further improved, especially around the bathroom area (stains on the wall and leftover sand on the floor should be cleaned regularly). Twice I also found dead cockroaches in my room The amenities are alright in the sense that they offer massages and wellness therapy at an affordable price, and can also help you with renting a bike/e-scooter, but that’s all there is. There is a small cafe/bar, but it looks quite spartan, somewhat untidy, and (to me) not very inviting to stop by for food/drink The staff are friendly but could be more professional, for example by waking up early (they were still sleeping at 8 AM) and being standby at the reception desk in case of problems, and not lounging around the pool while smoking I think for the price they charge there should be better alternatives around the island, so I’d think twice before returning here

Nous avons fait la réservation sur la base des photos de Trip.com et je fais toujours des comparaisons avec d'autres sites de voyage pour le même resort. Ce que j'ai pensé que j'avais réservé semblait être une chambre totalement différente. C'est annonçant et c'est la 2e fois que cela s'est passé sur Trip.com. Ils devraient peut-être se fixer aux noms de la chambre et aux photos similaires à celles utilisées par le resort plutôt que de mettre les mêmes photos sur chaque chambre. Il n'y a pas d'eau chaude dans ce village. Je ne peux pas croire qu'un beau village comme celui-ci n'a pas d'eau chaude pour les douches. Nous avons donc repris à coucher de l'eau chaude du flacon électrique, mais quand nous l'avons fait, il y avait un voyage d'énergie et cela s'est produit à minuit. J'ai dû trouver le DB et tourner le bouton. Pas de problème, mais encore un grave inconvénient. Donc, dans l'ensemble, c'est un grand endroit pour rester. Cependant, la situation est vraiment loin d'où que ce soit. Il n'y a pas de restaurants ou de restaurants à proximité et Tiu Kelep est à 2 heures de distance. Le plus proche de Gili est à environ 1.5hrs loin selon le trafic. Ce que vous verrez est des maisons de magasin, des magasins, des bicyclettes, un sentiment très industriel à l'entourage. Mais le personnel était excellent. Malgré tous les problèmes et problèmes, ils ont fait notre séjour aussi confortable que possible.
