Hôtels à Manado avec petit déjeuner

L'incompétence des Indonésiens était flagrante dans cet hôtel. J'avais réservé deux nuits, espacées de quelques jours. Lors de ma première arrivée, à 3 h du matin, on m'a dit que l'hôtel n'était pas fermé pour les vacances et qu'ils n'avaient pas reçu ma réservation. J'ai appelé le service client de Ctrip, et la réception a fini par me trouver, mais l'enregistrement a pris plus d'une demi-heure. Quand j'ai enfin pu me coucher, il était 4 h du matin. La deuxième fois, on m'a dit que j'avais seulement réservé mais pas payé, et que je devais régler la note. J'ai montré ma confirmation de réservation, preuve que j'avais bien payé, et j'ai recontacté le service client de Ctrip. Ils m'ont répondu que l'hôtel ne savait pas comment traiter la carte bancaire fournie par Ctrip, et que le prélèvement n'avait donc pas été effectué ! Franchement, deux séjours, trois réceptionnistes, et pas un seul n'a rien compris. Heureusement, le service client de Ctrip a été extrêmement réactif. Même si je me suis emporté deux fois contre le service client, j'ai le sentiment que le problème principal venait de l'incompétence des Indonésiens. Je suis sans voix.

Amazing Cabin with a scenic view of sunset and ocean and city of Manado. Staff are super friendly and accommodating and cater to every needs (no cap) they helped me renting a motorbike, taught me to ride as well. With complimentary gifts and lighters when i lost mine , and helped with breakfast to my room and carrying my luggage all through whatsapp. Very Good service from staff there. The room itself was very good with adjustable lighting and colors and blurred/clear screen for views. Amenities are also amazing with BBQ pit and fireplace and good 24/7 service. Overall 10/10 for this hotel and very worth for its price. Thanks Bobocabin will definitely visit back again -Zaf 🙂

The hotel is reasonably priced. The breakfast is mediocre. However, for this price, including breakfast, this hotel is a good deal in Manado. The rooms are clean, everything works, and nothing is broken. In short, the maintenance is good. Most Western tourists come for Bunaken. They constantly count prices in euros and dollars, resulting in almost anybody in Manado treating Western tourists as cash. This hotel offers car excursions for ridiculously high prices, such as Rp 850,000 per person, while a price of around Rp 700,000 for a car with a driver would be normal. If four Western tourists go on a day trip, they would pay 4 x Rp 850,000 = Rp 3.4 million. The average monthly salary in Indonesia is approximately Rp 3.8 million. In short, Manadonese people should understand that by offering motor cycles and cars for rent and offering excursions at reasonable prices, they can sell much more than by selling excursions to a single tourist at ridiculously high prices. Because I speak Indonesian well, I can arrange a car with driver through the locals for a normal price, but this should simply be offered to Western tourists through hotels.

Luwansa is a good option if you want a clean and comfortable stay in Manado. The location is easy to access and close to main areas. The room was neat, the bed was comfortable, and everything worked well. Staff were polite and quick to assist. Breakfast had a fair selection and tasted good. The pool area was clean and relaxing. A few small details could be improved, but overall, it’s a solid mid-range hotel with good value.

Le personnel est 5.star, très gentil et chaud. Mais ne vous attendez pas à un service de nourriture rapide. Le personnel est professionnel. Le café sert.bon choix de café.et de thés, snacks. La salle à manger, avec petit déjeuner buffet et à la carte menu.offres. valeur et qualité de nourriture. Le personnel du bureau frontal est également. Très efficace et permis tard.check.out.

Pelayanannya terasa profesional dan membuat tamu merasa disambut dengan baik sejak pertama kali datang. Kamar yang saya tempati bersih, luas, dan nyaman. Tempat tidurnya empuk, fasilitas kamar cukup lengkap, serta suasananya tenang sehingga sangat cocok untuk beristirahat setelah beraktivitas seharian. Sarapannya juga menjadi salah satu nilai tambah karena pilihan menunya cukup beragam, mulai dari menu lokal hingga internasional, dengan cita rasa yang enak. Kelebihan: * Lokasi strategis di pusat Kota Manado. * Kamar bersih, luas, dan nyaman. * Pelayanan staf sangat ramah dan responsif. * Sarapan beragam dengan cita rasa yang baik. * Cocok untuk perjalanan bisnis maupun liburan bersama keluarga. Kekurangan: Beberapa bagian hotel memang sudah beroperasi cukup lama sehingga interior di beberapa area terlihat sedikit klasik. Namun secara keseluruhan kebersihan dan kenyamanan tetap terjaga dengan baik. Kesimpulan: Manado Quality Hotel menawarkan kombinasi lokasi yang strategis, pelayanan yang ramah, kamar yang nyaman, dan sarapan yang memuaskan. Dengan harga yang kompetitif, hotel ini merupakan pilihan yang sangat layak bagi siapa saja yang berkunjung ke Manado. Saya akan dengan senang hati menginap kembali di sini pada kesempatan berikutnya.

This place was serviceable and gave us no problems. It had an efficient check-in process as well as a utilitarian, modernist-frontier settlement going on. The shower could have used an upgrade, but overall this did what it needed to do.

Great Sraff. Especially Hendro who speaks many languages and could also work as a comedian. He could also be very professional with great service though. Room was fine. Everything looked a little bit aged but was fine enough we got a veggie breakfastbox prepared since we left for our flight at 5am. They have a restaurant on the 5th floor. Nasi goreng with egg was 35.000 and not bad.
