The service from the staff was very decent. But the room was severely lacking. The bed was sunken in …. There was an odor in the hallway. The air conditioning made a lot of noise. Non smoking rooms are indeed available but many guests flout the rules and if you’re unlucky like I was assigned a room next to a very heavy smoker the smoke from his room was entering mine through the gaps in the partition door.

This is my first time staying here, and I must say the room is incredibly cozy and pleasant. With 3 elevators available, it's super convenient and saves you from any long waits to move between floors. Plus, it's conveniently located near Starbucks, APJ, and Genk Steak. So convenient!

We love our stay here. The room was spacious, clean and spotless. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was also clean and well maintained. Shower gel and lotion with lightly lavender scented were our favorites. Breakfast was very delicious with western, asian, and local cuisine. We also love the service that all the staff provided. Especially the receptionist that helped us had a smooth check in. Overall we have a great stay here and will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Medan.

We stayed here this time for 3 nights. We had stayed here a couple of times before. The hotel maintains its hospitality, warmness and courtious reception of customers. It was quite easy to check in and out. The staff from front desk to housekeeping were friendlyand warm. There are little things that should be paid attention to such as the menu for breakfast.. Although the spread is good but there should be some variation/changes. Overall staying here you get value for your money.

Very nice hotel. Rooftop pool with superb view of the Medan City. In a nice area with plenty of popular restaurants in walking distance. Breakfast have a good variety of local dishes to try. Just the waiting time for checkin and checkout is a little bit long. But undoubtedly will stay here again.

C'est un hôtel de très grande qualité, et le prix est raisonnable… Cependant, le stationnement est peu pratique si vous venez en voiture, car il y a très peu de places. Idéalement, la chambre serait équipée d'une télévision avec de bons films… c'est possible, mais en supplément 😅

Mon séjour dans cet appartement a été une expérience mitigée. Côté positif : l’appartement est idéalement situé près du centre-ville et la chambre est spacieuse et bien équipée. Cependant, deux points négatifs sont à noter. Premièrement, il n’existe pas d’appartement non-fumeur, à l’exception des chambres haut de gamme. J’ai donc emménagé dans un appartement où persistait une odeur de tabac, probablement laissée par le précédent locataire. Deuxièmement, l’insonorisation est catastrophique. Ma chambre donnait sur un carrefour et le moindre bruit de voiture ou de moto modifiée s’y engouffrait, comme s’il n’y avait pas de fenêtre. L’appartement ne proposait aucun bouchon d’oreille, malgré les nombreux signalements de ce problème, et je n’ai pas pu fermer l’œil de la nuit. J’avais réservé quatre nuits et suis parti dès la première. Le service était néanmoins plutôt correct. Le personnel a tenté d’utiliser un purificateur d’air pour éliminer l’odeur de tabac et a essayé de me reloger, en vain, en raison du même problème de bruit.
