We had a wonderful stay at The Fern Residency Mira Road. The highlight was definitely the staff — they were incredibly warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and we appreciated that housekeeping was available frequently if required. Breakfast was enjoyable, with a great Indian selection and a few Western options as well. The location was also convenient, making it easy to get transport into the city. Overall, it was excellent value for money and we would happily stay again!

Poor noise isolation between the rooms. Neighbours room was blaring music and singing late into the night. First call to Reception resulted in no action being taken. Second call 15 min later made with an irate tone resulted in staff visiting and the noise being reduced. During check out, reception tried to get the Manager to come and apologize, but Manager asked instead how much the customer paid for the room and declined to come out, instead leaving reception to respond to complaints. Pathetic and unsympathetic behavior by the Manager.

My package was breakfast & lunch / or dinner. On 07. 08. 24 i took lunch but did not take dinner. I was intimates evening same day. And front desk was agreed. But during check out on 08. 08. 24 at 5:10am, they charged the lunch bill. I paid the same. It should be no charge on my request.

Les installations de l'hôtel sont complètes, les chambres sont propres, le paysage extérieur est large, il n'y a pas de bruit quinquennale, il peut être totalement reposé sans perturbation. La qualité de la nourriture et la vitesse de repas sont encore progressifs.

Le centre de la ville est très confortable et très confortable. Ils sanitairent même un toilette qui me fait sentir moins inquiet. Je ne suis pas une fouine de nettoyage mais je me sens toujours mal si un hôtel a une sale bowling toilette. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux et de haute qualité.Fais-moi sentir touché par le patrimoine indien.Je me sens proche des Indiens, grâce à l'hôtel.Tout est poli et bien formé. Le meilleur service jamais.

I had a very comfortable stay at GCC hotel ***** with family. The room was clean, well-maintained, and had all the necessary amenities. The room service was prompt and efficient, ensuring a hassle-free experience. The staff was courteous and always ready to help. Overall, a great stay, and I would definitely recommend it!

Hotel is clean. Breakfast is good. Rooftop dinner is good. Price differ time to time when paying on frontdesk, preferable book online.

It is a very old property, lot of repair work is required in every area , starting from mattresses to floor …room conditions are bad . In cafeteria, there is hardly anyone to help , no one will come to your table , here I will say the quality of staff is a big concern Overall not a decent place to stay in current situation

L'hôtel est situé à l'opposé du D-mart, si facile à trouver, mais il n'y a pas de parking. Seul une chambre que nous avons réservée avait un table pour avoir de la nourriture à l'intérieur de la chambre, l'autre n'a pas fait. L'eau chaude n'est pas disponible dans la salle de bain. Les chambres n'ont pas été équipées de kits dentaires ou de serviettes à main, bien que lorsque nous avons demandé, nous avions été fournis la même chose. Le petit déjeuner était très bien réservé à la maison, mais les objets ont été changés quotidiennement, la variété était bonne. Aucune attitude pour les jeux ou d'autres activités intérieures telles que la piscine.
