Hôtels à Aqaba avec petit déjeuner

We had a very bad experience during check in. Despite explaining that we were very tired & hungry (as it's already almost 8 in the evening), and we just need to check in immediately & have dinner; the staff at the reception denied our confirmed & paid reservation at trip.com. The staff knew that we were very tired, and we even offered to guarantee reservation with our credit card (just so we get the room & can have dinner); but he insisted to keep us waiting until he can get the response from trip.com. After waiting for so long, he said that still no responses from trip.com and he just asked us to wait forever. I got really upset after a long argument with him; and i have to strongly argue with him to give us room & we paid with our credit card for a new reservation. WE NEED A ROOM! I showed him the amount I paid for the Seaview Room charged in USD. (I just realised the next day that he charged me the wrong amount instead of calculating it to USD amount with the correct convertion). So i was charged a wrong amount as I was too tired to check how much he charged me. After a long argument & waiting, he finally gave me the room key; and said sorry for the waiting. They said that they will upgrade the room as an apologies. Just when we were in the room, I found out that they DID NOT upgrade the room. That's exactly the room I booked at trip.com; just I had to pay again with my credit card with a much higher rate! I was to tired to argue with the staff, so I no longer care after calling them saying they didn't upgrade us! This staff didn't even try to change the room; after we said this is not an upgrade. We PAID for this room category at trip.com. Nobody apologies for these so many mistakes from the staffs or management. When we checked out, the manager asked me how was our stay? He was not even aware that WE HAD ISSUES that they denied our paid & confirmed booking! Trip.com finally settled this issue with the hotel, and the hotel returned our overpaid credit card charged. Trip.com apologies a few times, they made many efforts to call us a few times. But the hotel & the management acting as if nothing happened! Is this really how a 5 stars hotel service? Luxury what? They treated us like a homeless person begging for room! So UNACCEPTABLE! I have never experienced staying in a 5 stars hotel with such a BAD service like this! This is the worst in our history of travel! This place must keep their act together! Learn hospitality BETTER! Overall, we were very disappointed, & this place is far from Luxury Collection, it's a CHEAP collection!

hôtel de luxe! Réparation et environnement frais! L'odeur de l'hôtel est délicieuse! Une qualité étonnante du lit et il y a une sélection de poules. Une plage froide avec du sable blanc mais de l'eau refroidissante. Un étonnante petit déjeuner et dîner dans le restaurant. Le Tiramisu est meilleur que dans le pays d'origine du déssert :) Il y avait une situation où un diplôme était nécessaire, et le personnel médical de l'hôtel est venu pour aider, a effectué un court examen. Bon établissement en Jordanie J'ai séjourné dans 5 hôtels pendant 11 jours de voyage en Jordanie. Le restaurant est très confortable et très confortable. Il y a un restaurant italien près de l'hôtel. La chambre est si confortable et nouvelle. J'aime le design. La vue nocturne est si belle et magnifique. L'aménagement est bon, il est mieux que l'hôtel Movenpick. Cet hôtel offre des produits de la mer Dead pour les invités. Vous pouvez également avoir des boissons gratuites du réfrigérateur.

Arrêté pour une nuit. Bon hôtel de plage. Les touristes sont peu nombreux, probablement en raison de la proximité d'Israël. Votre alcool ne peut pas être transporté, ils ont dans l'hôtel. Pour la comparaison - une bouteille de vin de la bouteille dans le magasin coût 12-15 dinar, dans l'hôtel - 60! Vous pouvez accepter, mais seulement si elles ont quelque chose. Oui, c'est bon. Le petit déjeuner est une bonne chose. Le dîner est sorti de la zone de l'hôtel.

This hotel under major renovation, the room is outdated, not clean for sure, I checked in and I was super tired after 12 hours of flight all the sudden falling asleep right away when I wake up to use the bathroom I find out it’s full of urine and the shower full of see sand, I called the room service at 3 morning and I asked them to clean it especially I wasn’t able to use the bathroom, I had to clean it my self, since they ignored me, the breakfast was great has a lot  of different selection, over all I give it 4out of 10 I can’t believe it has the intercontinental franchise.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Alena in Aqaba. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. They allowed us to check in early and even upgraded us to a more spacious room, which was a lovely surprise! The hotel’s location is perfect—everything is within walking distance, including restaurants, shops, and the city’s main attractions. The cleanliness, comfort, and exceptional service made our stay truly enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Aqaba!

كل شيء على مايرام ولكن واجهة مشكلة بعدم توفير المتطلبات مثلا تواصلت الصباح مع موظف الاستقبال وطلبت تنظيف الغرفة وتبديل الحذاء (تم التنظيف لكن لم يتم توفير الحذاء) في المساء طلبت توفير الحذاء واجاب الموظف ((حالا)) ولم يتم توفير طلبي

No-nonsense, no-frills, a practical hotel. Good location, was given a room with the window to the walled rooftop so that was not so great, but clean and comfy enough and helpful reception.

Отель в пешей доступности от пляжа. Рядом есть большая парковка, внизу обменник и множество магазинов. Постель чистая, хоть были небольшие пятна. Стены при входе в номер грязные. Завтрак не очень разнообразный, проходит на последнем этаже с красивым видом на море. Останавливались на две ночи, уборка была каждый день, но мы отказались, взяли только воду. Рядом мечеть, утром будет слышно, имейте в виду, если чуткий сон. Случайно разбили кружку и сказали об этом на ресепшен, штраф не взяли.

L'hôtel est magnifique et vaste, mais les piscines sont très petites et pas agréables, et la plage de la mer est très petite.
