My stay at this hotel was truly exceptional from start to finish. I genuinely felt like royalty throughout my entire visit. Every single staff member — from housekeeping to the restaurant team and the pool attendants — went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. I have never experienced such outstanding hospitality before. The hotel manager, Mr. Eyad, deserves special recognition for his professionalism and kindness. He personally assisted me with a late checkout, as my flight was scheduled later in the day, which made a huge difference. I would also like to commend Ken and Duncan from the restaurant staff, who were remarkably attentive, courteous, and warm. Each morning, they anticipated my preferences, bringing my latte and omelet without me even having to ask. The hotel’s location is superb, offering breathtaking views of both the sea and the pool. The cleanliness was impeccable, with housekeeping service provided twice a day, and the quality of the food was excellent. Every detail exceeded my expectations. This was, without doubt, one of the best experiences I have ever had. Jordanians are among the kindest people I have met, and I am already looking forward to returning in the near future.

Une plage froide avec du sable blanc mais de l'eau refroidissante. Un étonnante petit déjeuner et dîner dans le restaurant. Le Tiramisu est meilleur que dans le pays d'origine du déssert :) Il y avait une situation où un diplôme était nécessaire, et le personnel médical de l'hôtel est venu pour aider, a effectué un court examen. Arrêté pour une nuit. Bon hôtel de plage. Les touristes sont peu nombreux, probablement en raison de la proximité d'Israël. Votre alcool ne peut pas être transporté, ils ont dans l'hôtel. Pour la comparaison - une bouteille de vin de la bouteille dans le magasin coût 12-15 dinar, dans l'hôtel - 60! Vous pouvez accepter, mais seulement si elles ont quelque chose. Oui, c'est bon. Le petit déjeuner est une bonne chose. Le dîner est sorti de la zone de l'hôtel.

Nice hotel to stay for a short period of time Recommended

This hotel under major renovation, the room is outdated, not clean for sure, I checked in and I was super tired after 12 hours of flight all the sudden falling asleep right away when I wake up to use the bathroom I find out it’s full of urine and the shower full of see sand, I called the room service at 3 morning and I asked them to clean it especially I wasn’t able to use the bathroom, I had to clean it my self, since they ignored me, the breakfast was great has a lot  of different selection, over all I give it 4out of 10 I can’t believe it has the intercontinental franchise.

L'hôtel était bien et bien entretenu (à l'exception de la salle de sport), et le personnel était très aimable et serviable. Si vous recherchez un hôtel avec piscine, vous trouverez de meilleures options à moins de 20 minutes à pied, car cet hôtel ne disposait que d'une petite piscine. La salle de sport était mal entretenue : les haltères traînaient partout et les équipements laissaient à désirer.

No-nonsense, no-frills, a practical hotel. Good location, was given a room with the window to the walled rooftop so that was not so great, but clean and comfy enough and helpful reception.

Завтрак не очень разнообразный, проходит на последнем этаже с красивым видом на море. Останавливались на две ночи, уборка была каждый день, но мы отказались, взяли только воду. Рядом мечеть, утром будет слышно, имейте в виду, если чуткий сон. Случайно разбили кружку и сказали об этом на ресепшен, штраф не взяли.

L'hôtel est magnifique et vaste, mais les piscines sont très petites et pas agréables, et la plage de la mer est très petite.

La position de l'hôtel est très bonne, les magasins sont au centre-ville, mais certaines chambres sont à proximité de la route, l'effet d'isolement sonore n'est pas très bon. La qualité du sommeil est mauvaise la nuit, l'eau chaude de l'hôtel n'est pas trop chaude, et. Le petit déjeuner est trop simple, il n'y a pas de choses délicieuses
