Hôtels à Aqaba avec parking

My stay at this hotel was truly exceptional from start to finish. I genuinely felt like royalty throughout my entire visit. Every single staff member — from housekeeping to the restaurant team and the pool attendants — went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. I have never experienced such outstanding hospitality before. The hotel manager, Mr. Eyad, deserves special recognition for his professionalism and kindness. He personally assisted me with a late checkout, as my flight was scheduled later in the day, which made a huge difference. I would also like to commend Ken and Duncan from the restaurant staff, who were remarkably attentive, courteous, and warm. Each morning, they anticipated my preferences, bringing my latte and omelet without me even having to ask. The hotel’s location is superb, offering breathtaking views of both the sea and the pool. The cleanliness was impeccable, with housekeeping service provided twice a day, and the quality of the food was excellent. Every detail exceeded my expectations. This was, without doubt, one of the best experiences I have ever had. Jordanians are among the kindest people I have met, and I am already looking forward to returning in the near future.

hôtel de luxe! Réparation et environnement frais! L'odeur de l'hôtel est délicieuse! Une qualité étonnante du lit et il y a une sélection de poules. Une plage froide avec du sable blanc mais de l'eau refroidissante. Un étonnante petit déjeuner et dîner dans le restaurant. Le Tiramisu est meilleur que dans le pays d'origine du déssert :) Il y avait une situation où un diplôme était nécessaire, et le personnel médical de l'hôtel est venu pour aider, a effectué un court examen. Attention l’appartement une chambre se situe au niveau inférieur sans vue sur l’extérieur. Cela n’est pas précisé lors de la réservation sur trip.com. De plus, les photos de l’appartement de correspondent pas car on y voit un balcon avec vue mer mais il n’y en a pas. Et la moitié de l’hôtel est en rénovation. La piscine sur le roof-top n’est pas accessible.

Nice hotel to stay for a short period of time Recommended

This hotel under major renovation, the room is outdated, not clean for sure, I checked in and I was super tired after 12 hours of flight all the sudden falling asleep right away when I wake up to use the bathroom I find out it’s full of urine and the shower full of see sand, I called the room service at 3 morning and I asked them to clean it especially I wasn’t able to use the bathroom, I had to clean it my self, since they ignored me, the breakfast was great has a lot  of different selection, over all I give it 4out of 10 I can’t believe it has the intercontinental franchise.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Alena in Aqaba. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. They allowed us to check in early and even upgraded us to a more spacious room, which was a lovely surprise! The hotel’s location is perfect—everything is within walking distance, including restaurants, shops, and the city’s main attractions. The cleanliness, comfort, and exceptional service made our stay truly enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Aqaba!

كل شيء على مايرام ولكن واجهة مشكلة بعدم توفير المتطلبات مثلا تواصلت الصباح مع موظف الاستقبال وطلبت تنظيف الغرفة وتبديل الحذاء (تم التنظيف لكن لم يتم توفير الحذاء) في المساء طلبت توفير الحذاء واجاب الموظف ((حالا)) ولم يتم توفير طلبي

No-nonsense, no-frills, a practical hotel. Good location, was given a room with the window to the walled rooftop so that was not so great, but clean and comfy enough and helpful reception.

La position de l'hôtel est très bonne, les magasins sont au centre-ville, mais certaines chambres sont à proximité de la route, l'effet d'isolement sonore n'est pas très bon. La qualité du sommeil est mauvaise la nuit, l'eau chaude de l'hôtel n'est pas trop chaude, et. Le petit déjeuner est trop simple, il n'y a pas de choses délicieuses

La location est bonne, il faut une petite attention de la gestion pour garder les services de nettoyage complets, un avis remis à la gestion pour l'attention future. Sur tout bon hôtel .
