Best stay. Isolated, private but with unbelievable service. Amy in particular was great. Would thoroughly recommend

The location was superb, and we had a delightful experience. Hotel served the delicious cuisine for dinner. The white fish starter (staff told me that the name is 'Houbou') and the tender beef as a main course were very tasty. Before going to sleep at night, I looked outside and saw the moonlight reflected in the sea. The view was so fantastic and beautiful that I couldn't help taking photos. In the morning we also enjoyed a beautiful view of Mt. Fuji and a walk around the island with feeling the pleasant sea breeze. The staff who looked after us at check-in, another staff who were kind to us in the restaurant and the staff who saw us off at check-out, all had warm smiles on their faces. We look forward to revisiting this location in the nearest future.

應該算伊豆半島上最貴的酒店了，攜程居然評級是三星？？酒店賣點應該主要是獨特的景觀，直麪駿河灣和富士山，風景確實不錯，但是房間説實話比較一般，四張床，但是竟然都在一個房間裏？！服務比較跟不上，感覺工作人員很少，有時候會找不到服務員，而且比較死板，我們去住當天整個酒店就我們一間房，跟酒店提出想換一間位置靠上一點的房型被拒絕多少心裏有點不爽，晚餐還不錯，筷子上都有日期和客人名字，儀式感挺好的

La chambre est compacte, mais très propre, le petit déjeuner est très bon, il y a des salades vertes très frais et des poulets frits. La fenêtre est ouverte demain matin pour voir la montagne de Fuji. Très surpris, principalement à très près du garage, à 5 minutes à pied

We had a delightful one-night stay at AWA. It's located a 5 minute drive from the center of town, but provided so many activities that the hotel itself felt like a destination. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious. We enjoyed the free-flow Sake, Wine, and beer, as well as the complimentary fireworks, Onsen (private and shared), and self-guided caligraphy sessions. We were also able to borrow bikes (for free) to head into town for some dinner. Our stay at AWA was one of the highlights from our trip.

Fuimos con nuestra bb d menos d 1 año. Atendieron a mi pedido d un cuarto cerca del elevador. Y nos pusieron en un cuarto q no tenia huéspedes al lado.. el desayuno llego a la hora marcada, y era recien hecho. Muy rico. Dormimos muy bien(poco ruido)

禁煙、喫煙の予約を間違っていた。 分かりやすくしてほしい

As a family of 3 (all adults), the space was quite limited. Even though each of us only brought 1 mid size luggage. But, right in front of the hotel, is the high-way bus stop. Which was very convenient when we got back from Gotemba! If you walk a bit, there are also some restaurant and a supermarket too for your midnight snack / cravings. It’s a bit of a shame that we can only see the mt. Fuji for 1 day (among our 3 days stay).

J'étais à la recherche d'un endroit occupé, mais il y avait un parking (gratuit), la chambre était grande, le lit était très confortable, la chambre était très large, je suis allé à destination par navigation, mais je suis perdu près de l'entrée.
