IInvitéWe arrived at the hotel around noon time. The hotel is very close to the KTX train station, 5 minutes walking. The front desk was very helpful, she checked our registration, lend me an umbrella, suggested our city walk in Sowan. The hotel is in great conditions, though we don't have time to experience the Gym, swimming pool, also the restaurant. We will use this hotel again upon our next visiting to Korea.

AANDREW IANGreat hotel. Basic rooms but very clean and comfortable. A short ride away from Suwon train station and right in the middle of a shopping and restaurant area - great range of choices to eat and drink. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely book again.

L'hôtel ne propose pas de service de petit-déjeuner, mais il y a un café et du pain au premier étage de l'hôtel, semblable à Starbucks.
La salle est relativement grande, la décoration est simple et les conditions sont de trois à quatre étoiles.
Les conditions d'hygiène sont bonnes.
Il y a Lotte Mart à proximité, ce qui rend le shopping pratique.
Le service est bon et la plupart des réceptionnistes parlent anglais.

IInvitéI had an amazing stay here. Room was spacious and clean, everything worked and there was no trouble checking in or out. It's tucked away from the main road but that is one of it's good features as it's distanced away a good amount to keep the traffic noise down. Within a one minute walk there's a convenience store for late night snacking. The rooms have USB-A ports for charging next to the bed so no need for your own bulky charger to be used. Overall I highly recommend you choose this hotel when staying in Suwon. I stayed with young family members and luckily there were no overally amourous couples to the left or right of the room. No photos needed go see it for yourself.

IInvitéThis was the most professional hotel in a small Korea trip during Chuseok, good staff, proper lobby, rooms have good amenities instead of very basic. The location is very nice, Suwon was a bit too hectic for me on the night streets and not very enjoyable, but behind the hotel there are more fancy quiet and nice places to enjoy.

IInvitéLe buffet du petit-déjeuner valait vraiment le coup, avec une cuisine variée. Il y avait aussi un KFC et de nombreux autres restaurants à proximité. Ils ont gardé mes bagages jusqu'au soir, même après mon départ. Merci.

IInvitéEverything from the hotel is great including; staff, housekeeping, wifi, water system, location. I just find it hard to squeeze liquid out of soap, shampoo bottle tho😅
One thing that disturb my stay is that, those AHJUMMAS were so loud in the hall way, late at night and super early in the morning and sometimes were on the phone in front of my room. I can hear them clearly. Other than that, I would stay here again .. love it!!

AAlessandroThe price is unbeatable, and the location as well. The Hotel seems to be in the middle of restoration works, and it is quite messy and dirty in the common areas and floors, bur if you need a place to sleep in the centre, that's just perfect.
The garage got full, so I had parked outside and asked the receptionist if I could leave the car there, which he confirmed, by taking my licence plate number. Then when I came back after 22.00 the car was gone. Luckily the next receptionist helped me to get a taxi and go to get the car back. The fine was very reasonable. And the next night the garage was full again, but this time I went to the public garage instead.

SSolo AceFinalement, je suis arrivé tôt et j'étais prêt à attendre que ma chambre soit prête, mais elle était prête et j'ai pu entrer. Tout était très propre et le service impeccable. Il était assez facile de se déplacer et le taxi était pratique. Le quartier n'était pas bruyant. Il y avait plein d'endroits où manger, dont une sandwicherie saine au coin de la rue. J'aimerais me souvenir du nom, mais les ingrédients étaient frais et il y avait un service en anglais, donc pas de doute. C'est un peu comme un Salady, mais pour les sandwichs. Bref, j'ai passé un excellent séjour et j'y retournerais sans hésiter.

UUtilisateur anonymeL'hôtel dispose d'un bâtiment neuf et ancien, les deux bâtiments sont en face et le comptoir est situé dans l'ancien bâtiment. Cette fois, je suis resté dans le nouveau bâtiment, je n'ai pas eu besoin de glisser ma carte de chambre pour entrer ou sortir par la porte ou l'ascenseur du premier étage, ce qui m'a mis très en insécurité. Après avoir passé 4 nuits, j'ai rencontré quelqu'un qui glissait ma carte deux fois pour entrer dans ma chambre. Je l'ai signalé à la réception et j'ai examiné les images de surveillance et j'ai découvert que le client avait confondu l'ancien hôtel et le nouvel hôtel. .
