Hôtels à Ángeles avec petit déjeuner

Très bel hôtel proposant de nombreux services. J’ai particulièrement apprécié la piscine sur le toit au 7e étage, qui est magnifique, ainsi que le personnel très accueillant et gentil. Malheureusement, la chambre qui m’a été attribuée donnait directement sur la rue : j’entendais les voitures toute la nuit, ainsi que le bruit de l’autoroute à proximité, ce qui a été très désagréable. L’insonorisation n’est pas optimale. À part cela, tout le reste est superbe et je recommande cet hôtel, en demandant toutefois une chambre éloignée de la rue.

2nd time here. It’s our quick escape when we want to celebrate a milestone sa family namin. Conveniently located sa heart of Angeles City. Literal na staycation kasi we don’t need to go out to eat dinner meron room service. Kaya we ordered our food sa Cactus Smokehouse and Fortune HK Seafood Resto. Plus meron pang promo na buy 1 drink and get one free sa cafe sebastian nila. Gusto ko yung iced matcha latte there. Free buffet breakfast is decent for the price. Meron lang lang food choices dun na hindi pasok sa panlasa ko that time. Lahat ng staff dun are welcoming.

Vous ne pouvez pas battre l'amitié et le service du personnel. L'hôtel est juste de la route principale, et est très confortable. Les installations sont très agréables. La piscine est si relaxante pour juste se situer à l'extérieur et avoir un café. Reviendra à une date ultérieure.

À ce prix-là, on en a pour son argent. Points positifs : Le service client était excellent du début à la fin, des portiers à la réceptionniste en passant par le barman/serveuse. Le hall, le restaurant et les chambres étaient propres. Points négatifs : Dans ma première chambre, la climatisation ne fonctionnait que le premier jour et mon réfrigérateur ne s'allumait pas. Il n'y avait pas de micro-ondes. Une mauvaise odeur se dégageait de la canalisation d'évacuation des toilettes. Le quatrième jour, j'ai changé de chambre et la climatisation fonctionnait parfaitement. Malheureusement, cette nouvelle chambre n'avait pas de réfrigérateur, il y avait une fuite au niveau du lavabo, pas de micro-ondes et elle donnait sur la route, ce qui impliquait d'entendre tous les bruits du matin jusqu'à 21 h ou 22 h. J'espère que la direction changera les fenêtres pour améliorer l'insonorisation. Cela ne m'a pas vraiment dérangé car j'écoutais de la musique avec mes écouteurs. En résumé, excellent rapport qualité-prix et service client impeccable. La direction doit simplement régler quelques problèmes d'électroménager et de plomberie.

Nous nous réjouissons de voir le Premier Asia Hotel sur la base des photos vues en ligne. OK. La piscine au toit était assez grande avec de nombreuses options de placement autour de elle. 2. Le petit-déjeuner buffet a une plus grande variété de plats. Nous aimé qu'ils aient deux plats chacun pour les invités indiens et coréens. Le riz basmati tumérique était goûté. Le plat des œufs de Gochugang et des cakes de poisson était délicieux. Bien que Masala Chicken n'avait pas d'épices, il était mélangé. Le personnel de restaurants et de restaurants de petit déjeuner était très occupé et très rapidement servi. 4. La télévision intelligente dans la chambre, Netflix prêt. Pas de coiffure électrique et de café/tée. Les hôtels/motels de qualité inférieure ont encore ces. La télé intelligente ne chargerait pas Netflix. Une autre appel à la réception pour que leur personnel technique soit venu la réparer. 4. Le réfrigérateur de chambre ne s'arrêtait pas. Quatrième appel à la réception pour assistance. Le garde-fous est revenu et nous avons découvert que le réf était dégelé en désactivant le coupeur. Pour résumer, l'hôtel a beaucoup à faire. J'espère que la gestion agit sur ces points d'amélioration qui ne sont pas difficiles à corriger. Donc pour l'instant, seulement ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ en général.

I had an amazing experience with SureStay Studio by Best Western Clarkview. I was looking for a special place where I could treat my wife and 3y/o son for Valentine’s Day. I’m currently working abroad, so I wanted to make the celebration extra meaningful even if I couldn’t be there with them. I messaged the property two weeks in advance with a special request a bouquet of flowers for my wife and Kinder Joy chocolates for my son. I knew this was beyond their usual scope, but they gladly assisted me. I sent the funds via GCash, and they took care of everything. I also requested if they could print a personal letter for my wife. I forwarded my message to them, and without hesitation, they printed it beautifully and included it in the bouquet of flowers. That extra effort truly meant so much to me. I would also like to mention that the bouquet in the photo (price list probably from their partner) they initially sent didn’t look very impressive but in actual, it was beautifully arranged and looked classy and expensive. My wife was really impressed! 😁 What truly touched my heart was that they went above and beyond my request. They prepared the room with a romantic setup, complete with petals and candles something I didn’t even expect. My wife was so amazed and happy. When they arrived, they were greeted warmly and with genuine excitement by the staff. The team was very responsive and accommodating from the beginning until the day of the surprise. Their effort, sincerity, and attention to detail made this celebration unforgettable for my family. The place itself is cozy, clean, and well equipped with a rice cooker, water heater, induction cooker, refrigerator, a very spacious bathroom, dining area, and even an indoor pool for both adults and kids. I highly recommend this place not just for a comfortable stay, but especially if you’re celebrating a special occasion. They truly care about their guests and make every effort to create beautiful memories. Thank you so much for helping me make my wife feel loved despite the distance. ❤️

La chambre est propre, la douche chaude et le climatisation fonctionnent parfaitement bien, le toit est impressionnant. Le petit déjeuner est bon. Je me réserve pour 1 nuit pour voir comment je vais avec cet hôtel comme c'est ma première fois. La caisse de sécurité n'est pas en service, les serviettes sont surutilisées, aucun serviettes, il faut demander une, mini-bar frigo n'est pas en service. Le matin suivant, environ 715am de garderies a été coupé, puis le cloche de la porte m'a réveillé, disant qu'ils faisaient un CHEC DE ROOM et c'est un PROTOCOLE à El Vistra pour faire ce qui est totalement insane. J'ai vérifié juste après, puis la réception m'a dit qu'ils faisaient un CHEC DE ROOM pour s'assurer que tout est pour moi de recevoir mon dépôt.

Place is good only ac very low very hot inside room and they put all towel in toilet.. i accidentally drop the towel floor toilet i ask new one and they said need charge 100 peso for new one 🙅♀️ better not to put towel in the toilet must he in the bed

I chose this hotel as one of the amenities mentioned a sauna. Apparently, they don't have a sauna amenity-- but a room that has a sauna. That is awfully misleading. As soon as we checked in, I was already disappointed. While it is new and recently renovated, I find the various elements of the room overdesigned and not very user-friendly. The peephole on the door was too high for either of us to reach. It also didn't have a cover (security risk). It might’ve been 6 feet. The chair and desk was not very ergonomic, the table was too high and the chair low. I dunno, seems like they designed the room for big people and I’m just a hobbit in a human world. The tables’ glass tops easily slides off because it doesn't have rubber feet to keep it in place. The sliding doors of the closet could easily overlap that it’d be hard to pull them to close properly. The bathroom door was unnecessarily huge. The bathtub setup is not very accessible, it’s setup way too high that you literally need a foot stool (that they have ready) to climb on. Needing a footstool and a handle is very accident-prone (the room we got was not senior/PWD-friendly, or even for someone with injuries). Even as an able-bodied person, it feel like one wrong slip on the stool can have disastrous consequences. The tub drain can easily be stepped on and then it closes, weird. The staff were nice and friendly but it was odd that they didn’t seem too aware about various hotel policies and rules or even amenities when asked about: whether the sauna was an amenity, if asking for a bottled water was paid, if getting something printed at the front desk would be paid, or when the lights would turn on when the power went out. Speaking of the power going out, it took more than 5 minutes, perhaps even up to 10, for the generator to kick in or maybe it was the actual power coming back already--not sure. But there was absolutely no care to its customers about the power outage that we were just in the room waiting for the lights to come on… It was never spoken about when we checked out the next day. No one checked on us after the lights came back on either. We had to find the number to call the front desk as the phone needs power to work and the number on the keycard doesn't work. Only one guy in the restaurant seemed to be on top of things during breakfast. Also seemed like they used powdered pineapple juice. But hey, the bed was really comfy, everything was new and clean. The room was also spacious.
