Hôtels à Baguio avec petit déjeuner

The room was very clean considering the hotel only opened recently. Staff was very helpful and attentive. We were allowed to check in 2 hrs earlier for free. They also kept our luggage safely tucked away after we checked out giving us the opportunity to go around the city without carrying them. Unfortunately, the gym and pool were still closed for renovation. The roof deck would’ve been an excellent place to spend time had it been given the thought and attention it deserved. The artificial turf was soaking wet and unsafe to walk on despite the fact that it didn’t rain that evening. It was a shame because the view of the surrounding area from the roof deck was easily the highlight of the hotel. Lastly, breakfast could have been better. The food options could have been thought out better. The ”tuyo” served that morning wasn’t edible leaving guests to choose between chicken afritada, luncheon meat, corned beef, and sautéed cabbage.

Location: Infront of a street. Can easily get a taxi. Walking distance down the street to reach a supermarket, laundry and food shops. Part city view and part mountain view in front of my business suite room, best view at night with all the bustling city lights next to the silent mountains. Near Botanical Gardens park where I go for a daily walk. Cleanliness: My room was cleaned and tidied up well on my request on alternate days. The toilet at the ground floor next to the restaurant needs constant cleaning and drying up. My frequent visitors find the floor mini - flooded few times. Service: Best service so far was from the amazing lovely room cleaners who were always smiling and quite courteous as they work tirelessly. The hotel's Elements Restaurant staff were also hardworking and respectful. The proficient chefs and sous chefs cooked relentlessly without pressure to deliver yummy food on the table! I ate way too much delicious Filipino food! The front desk staff needs to be a bit more approachable by smiling a little more as they are the first main contact of clients. Also I reckon management staff responsible in receiving communication via emails from clients need to be more pro-active by replying or acknowledging receipt of emails. Facilities: I enjoyed using the treadmill at the hotel gym. They have the equipment that you can find in a basic gym which is wonderful albeit one of the 2 treadmills was out of order. The hotel restaurant is mostly busy and cramped. They have delicious buffets for breakfast, lunch, merienda/snack and dinner and are not too expensive. Hence a huge crowd from outside the hotel also flock this restaurant. There is a small pool next to the restaurant but way too closed to the dining tables where patrons are eating. My other suggestion for hotel management is to ensure that the electric power points are safe. All the power points in my room were eliciting a mini-spark every time I plug in to charge my laptop, mobile phones and electric gadgets including the room's bedside lamps, lounge lamp, kitchen kettle. Beware to foreign hotel guests not to flush used toilet tissues as it can block the toilet bowl which happened on the second day of my one-month stay. Yes, chuck it into the bin next to it instead. The room lounge's sofas are already worn-out and scratchy; covering it with throw blankets would be much comfortable and cleaner-looking. Overall I enjoyed my stay and will potentially return in a year's time.

When visiting Baguio, this is a great stay. The staff is extremely friendly abd supportive durinf your stay, from the porter or the guard till the waiters and the reception. The rooms are not big, but comfortable. Nice to stay in Camp John Hay.

We’ve enjoyed our stay in Baguio having our accomodation in Soto Grande Hotel. Friendly staff. Good buffet breakfast. Clean room. Nice swimming pool (warm, temperature controlled). We had a relaxing massage. The location of the hotel is very accessible. Nearby tourist places and good restaurants. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you.

Les chambres étaient spacieuses et propres. Cependant, elles étaient un peu sombres et vieilles (elles ont besoin d'entretien). De plus, il n'y avait pas de climatisation, mais c'était correct car il faisait froid. Le hall d'entrée a également l'air terne (une musique douce est diffusée). L'emplacement est correct près de la ville. Les services étaient excellents, à l'exception d'un membre du personnel de la réception qui n'était pas très serviable. Le petit déjeuner était bon, en particulier les tapas de bœuf et le chocolat chaud ! Dans l'ensemble, c'était correct.

We recently stayed at this hotel, and overall, it was a good experience. The hotel itself is clean and well-maintained, with friendly and helpful staff who made our stay pleasant. The room was also clean and comfortable, especially the bathroom it was spotless, with no signs of prior use or any foul smells. However, the lack of an exhaust fan meant that any odors stayed trapped inside. Additionally, the room had no windows that could be opened for fresh air circulation. While there was an air conditioner, it still felt like the air wasn’t circulating well. Breakfast was just okay nothing special. The selection was quite limited, so you’re left with only what’s available. Compared to Elizabeth Hotel, which is more affordable and offers a more appetizing breakfast buffet with a wider variety, this was a bit of a letdown. As for amenities, the hotel offers a jacuzzi and a heated pool, which is great in theory. However, their location in the middle of a restaurant makes it awkward to use since you’ll likely have an audience while swimming. We also tried the Japanese restaurant on the mezzanine level. The food was good and affordable, but the sashimi was cut too thick about an inch which made it difficult to eat. Despite these minor inconveniences, I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional cleanliness. If cleanliness is a top priority for you, this hotel is a great choice!

The entrance is a bit of a trouble as the hotel is under renovation. Entry is through the parking and if you don't have transport you'll have to climb the stairs.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️4/5 Notre séjour à l'Hotel Urban Khotel (Kurban Hotel) à Baguio était très agréable. Ils étaient constamment polis, attentifs et toujours disposés à aider, ce qui a vraiment fait une différence dans notre expérience globale. La propreté de l'hôtel est excellente. Les chambres, les halles et les zones communes sont sans place, et vous pouvez dire que le maintien de la maison prend fierté dans leur travail. Les chambres sont bien entretenues, confortables et fournissent tout ce que vous avez besoin pour un séjour relaxant. L'hôtel est situé à proximité du cœur de Baguio pour un accès facile aux lieux populaires, mais loin pour profiter d'une atmosphère calme et pacifique. C'est un bon équilibre pour la relaxation et l'exploration de la ville. Le petit déjeuner illimité était une bonne surprise. Un peu plus de variété dans le menu serait bon pour les invités qui restent plusieurs nuits, mais en général, il était un park très bon. Le centre de la ville est très bien situé, mais il est très bien situé. En général, l'Hotel Urban Khotel (Kurban Hotel) a dépassé nos attentes. La chambre était censée être de 30 mètres carrés, mais était de 15 mètres carrés ... y compris salle de bain. Le tuyau de la mer a été mis dans le tuyau de mur plus grand ..., ce qui signifie qu'il n'était pas fermé et que l'odeur de la mer venait dans la salle de bain.
