L'un des meilleurs hôtels a été à. 5/5 pour moi.. Très bon service et de bons aliments et petit déjeuner est superbe. Je l'aime leur champorado. certainement l'un de mes meilleurs voyages à Cebu. Vous devez vous inquiéter de voyager même son citation loin de l'aéroport. La chambre est si propre et spacieuse. Nous aimons leur salon exécutif. Je le recommanderai certainement à ma famille et à mes amis.

Found main resturant staff and reception very helpful and happy in their work. Skybar staff need a good shake up. Please be aware of dress codes for hotel. Overall, we had a pleasant stay at Fili Hotel NUSTAR. The facilities, amenities, and service from the room staff met our expectations. The pool, gym, and other amenities were excellent, and the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of selections. My daughter especially loved the complimentary popcorn, bread, and juice served in the lobby during check-in, which was a thoughtful touch. However, there were a few areas that could be improved, particularly during the check-in process. For a five-star hotel, the check-in took quite a while due to the long queue, which was disappointing after arriving at the hotel. I had reserved a Twin Bed room, but upon check-in, we were informed that only a King Bed room was immediately available and that it would take longer if we chose to wait for a Twin Bed room to become available. The staff advised that they could arrange the room later, but this would have required them to enter our room after we had already settled in. Then, the in-room staff delivered extra pillows and bedding. We opted not to proceed with the extra bed setup and simply used the spacious couch, which we moved closer to the bed and made up with the extra bedding. This arrangement worked well for the three of us and allowed us to rest immediately after a long day of travel, without having to wait for additional room preparations or have staff working in the room while we were already relaxing. Note that their standard check-in time is at 3 PM, we arrived at the hotel past 3 pm already. We were also celebrating my husband's birthday during our stay. During the booking process, I requested if it would be possible to display a personalized birthday greeting on the room's TV screen. The hotel kindly confirmed via email that they would arrange the greeting and also provide a birthday cake. We truly appreciated the thoughtful birthday cake delivered to our room, which was a lovely gesture. However, the personalized birthday message on the TV was unfortunately not displayed as promised. Another issue occurred during check-in regarding our breakfast entitlement. I had booked a room with breakfast for three guests, but the hotel's system only reflected breakfast for two. Fortunately, the staff resolved the issue without requiring any additional payment for our daughter after I presented my Trip.com booking confirmation. While I appreciate how they handled the situation, I believe these booking details should already be accurate upon arrival to avoid unnecessary inconvenience. Despite these check-in concerns, the rest of our stay was enjoyable. The room attendants were attentive and regularly checked if we needed anything, making us feel well taken care of. Overall, I would still recommend Fili Hotel NUSTAR for its excellent facilities, comfortable accommodations, and friendly staff. My only suggestion is to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the check-in process, as it sets the first impression for guests. Hopefully, our experience was an isolated case, and future guests will enjoy a smoother arrival.

I would like to raise a concern regarding our stay on May 15. On the morning of May 15, we woke up to find that the floor was extremely wet, and we also noticed that a large area of the ceiling was wet, which strongly suggests there may have been a water leak. This situation was very concerning and made us feel uncomfortable during our stay. In addition, the air conditioning unit in our room was very noisy, which seriously disturbed our sleep. Our friend staying in another room experienced the same issue with the air-conditioning noise as well. We will be staying at your hotel again tomorrow, and we are worried that the same problems may happen again. Could you please arrange for your staff to inspect these issues as soon as possible and ensure that our room for the next stay will be in good condition, with no leakage and a quiet air-conditioning unit? J’adore l’idée du distributeur d’eau pour réduire l’utilisation du plastique. Peut prendre de l'eau chaude, normale et froide de la machine près de ma chambre 605. Je me suis senti si familier lorsque j'ai décidé de réserver une nuit ici. Quand je suis entré dans la chambre, j'ai ouvert mon e-mail pour voir que j'étais resté une fois le 21 mars 2019. La chambre est très grande et confortable bien qu'elle ne soit pas neuve. Le charme de l'hôtel et du personnel est toujours le même. Le petit déjeuner est préparé et simple. Le restaurant est fermé à 21h30, nous avons donc dû sortir pour dîner. Facile de trouver des endroits pour manger autour de l'hôtel. À proximité de 2 centres commerciaux Robinson au rond-point et près d'un dépanneur. Déposez 1 000 pesos. Le 7ème étage est entouré de murs très hauts, ce qui fait que la vue est bloquée. S'ils rénovent, espérons qu'ils fabriqueront plutôt des clôtures en verre.

Once I checked out, they left me hanging on the couch, they don't bother to inform me if I am clear and can check out of the place. If I did not get up and come to front desk to check if was clear, I had no info that I am already clear.

J'avais demandé une chambre avec une connexion internet rapide car nous avions un entretien par Zoom, et ils nous ont surclassés pour que nous puissions avoir une chambre aussi rapide. Merci pour le surclassement.

Un séjour décent, mais quelques améliorations (3/5) J'ai récemment séjourné à l'hôtel Richmond et je voulais partager mes réflexions sur cette expérience. Bien que j’aie apprécié certains aspects, certains domaines pourraient nécessiter quelques améliorations. Hébergement (3/5) : La chambre était propre et bien meublée, mais elle semblait un peu démodée. La literie était confortable et la chambre était propre tout au long de mon séjour. Cependant, un rafraîchissement de la pièce pourrait améliorer l’expérience globale. Installations (3/5) : Les installations de l'hôtel étaient fonctionnelles mais trop vieilles, la climatisation est trop bruyante 4/5 pour que vous ne puissiez pas dormir. Les lumières sont trop vieilles, ce qui entraîne une surchauffe.
