Hôtels à Makati avec petit déjeuner

L emplacement est très bien, les services et le cadre propose par l'hôtel est également bon, cependant nous avons attendus plus d'une heure là chambre au checkin. De plus les chambres sont confortables cependant d'un autre temps.

On nous a donné une chambre sans bidet ni sèche-cheveux, climatisation et réfrigérateur pas froids et moisissures visibles au plafond. La chambre est assez vieille et ne mérite pas le statut d'un 5 étoiles. J'ai été transféré dans une meilleure chambre après avoir donné ce commentaire, mais je me demande simplement pourquoi ils donnent toujours ce genre de chambre à leurs invités ? L'hôtel a connu des temps meilleurs et est assez blasé. Je dois dire que le service du personnel de l'hôtel est bon, sympathique et arrangeant, typique de l'hospitalité philippine renommée.

La chambre était spacieuse et disposait d'une kitchenette simple, mais la propreté laissait à désirer. De nombreux petits détails étaient visibles, comme des taches noires de moisissure sur les murs de la salle de bain. L'odeur était nauséabonde. Bien que de l'eau soit fournie gratuitement, les contenants en plastique étaient dans un état déplorable. Je suis allé prendre le petit-déjeuner vers 8 h. Si le menu semblait varié, la propreté laissait à désirer : la vaisselle et les tasses semblaient avoir été laissées en désordre. Plusieurs restaurants, un Starbucks et une petite supérette se trouvent au rez-de-chaussée. L'hôtel est à environ 10 minutes en voiture du centre commercial Greenbelt.

The bed was plush and inviting, and the blackout curtains ensured restful sleep despite the lively neighborhood outside. I loved the minimalist aesthetic paired with bold art pieces. The bathroom was clean, with good water pressure and hot showers—always a win. 📶 Connectivity & Convenience This was the one major downside of my stay. The Wi-Fi connection in the room was painfully slow and often difficult to connect. For someone who relies on internet access for work or streaming, this was frustrating and inconvenient. I had to resort to mobile data several times just to stay online. 🍽️ Food & Drink Breakfast was served daily—simple but tasty, with Filipino staples like longganisa and garlic rice. 📍 Location Perks U Hotel’s location is unbeatable for those who want to explore Makati’s vibrant nightlife and food scene. Poblacion is packed with eclectic bars, speakeasies, and indie restaurants. I walked to several spots and never ran out of things to do. It’s also a short Grab ride to business districts and malls like Power Plant and Greenbelt. 👥 Staff & Service The team at U Hotel was consistently warm and helpful. 🧼 Cleanliness & Safety The hotel maintained high standards of cleanliness, and I felt safe throughout my stay. Security was visible but unobtrusive, and the staff were attentive to guest needs. Final Thoughts: A Hidden Gem with Room for Improvement U Hotel Makati is perfect for solo travelers, couples, and creatives looking for a stylish yet affordable stay in the city. While the Wi-Fi issue was a letdown, the overall experience—especially the location, ambiance, and service—made up for it. I left feeling inspired and well-rested, and I’d absolutely return (hopefully with better internet next time). Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ (4/5)

For a 5 star hotel, the service is very annoying. They would call me randomly to ask for feedback a few hours after I checked in. They would knock on my door early in the morning while I'm still sleeping to do a ”room check”... On the day of my check out, I had a knock on the door a bit past 9am, I ignored it as I was still in bed but they kept ringing the bell. I finally got up and the lady asked ”is there anything I can help with?”. Yes leave me alone. I went back to bed to rest and then got a phone call soon after as a reminder that check out is at 12pm. It's not even 10am yet and your staff already interrupted my sleep twice. Trying to get the room clean involves multiple phone calls. Once I left it to see how long it would take but at 6pm, I had to call since they never came during the day. Another time they cleaned, the cleaners said they ran out of towels so there would be someone who would deliver soon. I forgot about it until we went to have a shower and then it took almost an hour for the towels to arrive so we had to wait to use the bathroom as they took away the dirty towels so we didn't have anything to dry ourselves. Don't order room service. The food is very bad. I actually gagged on a drink they prepared. The TV is very old, they are still using cable technology. WiFi is patchy. Trying to get up and down the lift is a nightmare if you come at the wrong time as the line gets backed up all the way out into the street. My girlfriend was stopped by over eager security staff when she was trying to leave to buy some snacks as the room service meals were so bad even tho she had a room key and they would not let her up to the lobby on the 6th floor without me. Instead, I had to go down and pick her up from the ground floor where she was sitting in the corner like she was in trouble.

J'ai récemment séjourné au Privato Makati et, dans l'ensemble, mon expérience a été agréable et confortable. L'hôtel arbore un design moderne et élégant, avec des chambres propres et bien entretenues, à la fois chaleureuses et fonctionnelles. Ma chambre offrait une belle vue sur la ville et le lit était très confortable – idéal pour se détendre après une journée bien remplie à Makati. Le personnel était accueillant et serviable, toujours prêt à répondre à nos demandes ou à nous donner des conseils sur les environs. L'arrivée et le départ se sont déroulés rapidement et sans encombre. J'ai également apprécié les petites attentions comme l'eau offerte, le Wi-Fi performant et la douche spacieuse. L'emplacement est l'un des atouts majeurs de l'hôtel : proche des principaux quartiers d'affaires, des centres commerciaux et de nombreux restaurants, il est pourtant suffisamment à l'écart de l'agitation de Makati pour nous offrir un peu de calme. La piscine et le salon sur le toit étaient un vrai plus – parfaits pour se détendre en profitant d'une belle vue sur la ville. En résumé, le Privato Makati offre un excellent rapport qualité-prix. C'est un choix idéal pour les voyageurs d'affaires ou les courts séjours de fin de semaine qui recherchent confort, commodité et un service de qualité à un prix abordable.

Il offre un accès facile au cœur de Makati, et le quartier commerçant environnant est très bien développé. Son emplacement est préférable à celui des hôtels près de Bonifacio, et j'ai été satisfait de la piscine et du petit-déjeuner.

I had a fantastic stay at Berjaya Makati. The location is unbeatable right in the heart of the business district, with Greenbelt and Glorietta malls just a short walk away for shopping and dining. The room was clean, spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. What really stood out was the staff; they were friendly, professional, and went out of their way to accommodate my early check-in request. The pool area is a nice oasis after a long day of meetings. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers!”

Dans l'une des chambres réservées aux personnes âgées, il y avait un problème avec la serrure ; il faut donc bien vérifier avant de partir. Heureusement que j'ai été rapide, car j'avais juste besoin d'acheter de l'eau dans une supérette à proximité. La chambre est spacieuse et propre, mais bien que l'hôtel fournisse du shampoing, du savon et un kit dentaire, il n'y a pas de chaussons. Il n'y a pas de bureau pour étudier ou travailler ; la table d'appoint servait à poser les tasses, la bouilloire et le mini-réfrigérateur. J'ai donc utilisé la table sous la télévision. À l'étage réservé aux personnes âgées, il y a un espace fumeurs extérieur. L'hôtel est bien situé, à proximité de nombreux commerces et services du centre-ville.

Friendly and efficient front office staff. Check in was fast and quick. Room was good size with all amenities for cooking , heating your own meals. TV had adequate coverage of English and local channels. 7 Eleven convenient store was located next to the condotel. Ample shopping and restaurants were availableat walking distance. Green belt five was at 2 minutes walking distance across the road. Grab taxi pick up and drop off was very convenient. Grab food delivered to the front desk and was coordinated efficiently.
