IInvitéNotre séjour était vraiment étonnant, fait encore plus spécial par l'excellent hébergement et le service remarquable que nous avons reçu tout au long de notre visite.
La grande partie de ce qui a fait notre voyage si souple et sans stress était l'aide incroyable du gestionnaire, Ethen. La chambre de vacances est très bien placée pour vous aider à vous rendre à l'hôtel. Nous avons été plus impressionnés par la façon dont elle a aidé à organiser toutes nos visites. Leur effort et dévouement ont fait une différence, et il semblait que nous étions en mains très capables tout le temps.
Le logement lui-même était tout aussi magnifique, propre, confortable et bien entretenu, nous offrant le lieu parfait pour se reposer après nos activités quotidiennes. En général, nous n'avons pas pu demander une meilleure expérience. Nous vous recommandons vivement de trouver un terrain sans problème et bien organisé.

IInvitéСамое важное, что стоит сказать - это не отель 4*. Это средненькая трёшка. По уровню. Далее описание по порядку.
Номер. У меня был номер с видом на море на 2 этаже. Вид на море на одну треть. Так как растут деревья и сильно загораживают пейзаж, смотришь на деревья. И таких номеров много. Может, для кого-то это плюс. Есть небольшой балкон посидеть подышать воздухом и покурить, кому надо.
Сам номер простенький, но чистый. Видно, что не новый. Не сказать, чтобы раздолбанный, но куски стен покрашены в разное время, это видно, подтеки, мебели мало.
Кондиционера привычного нет, есть вентилятоный блок в стене на уровне колен. Температуру выставить нельзя, есть только две крутилки - сила потока воздуха и сила охлаждения. Прям чтобы холодить - нет, не остужал кондей воздух, делал чуть свежее. То есть это скорее не кондей, а вентилятор. Охладить воздух на ночь и потом комфортно спать не получалось, быстро становилось жарко, а оставлять этот вентилятор на ночь было не удобно - он сильно шумел и дул на кровать. Приходилось пару раз за ночь вставать и включать-выключать.
Ванна. Почему-то полки для одежды и обуви и сейф разместили тут. Не удобно. Сейф вообще не работал, он весь проржавел. Из предметов гигиены отель предоставляет только жидкое мыло и шампунь. Бедновато для отеля 4*, коим себя называет. Ни шапочки для душа, ни ватных принадлежностей, ни лосьона для тела, ни тапочек - ничего. Напор воды довольно слабый, горячая вода идёт от водонагревателя, потому то теплее, то холоднее.
Полотенца меняли стабильно, белье в кровати просто заправляли. Сам номер убирали хорошо. Только песок не всегда начисто выметали, приходилось просить ещё раз. Есть чайничек маленький, кофе и зеленый чай, маленький холодильник. Фена и утюга не нашла.
Завтрак включён в стоимость, но он простенький. 2 кусочка тоста, масло, джем, яичница, немного фруктов, чай/кофе. Можно по меню заказать что-то поприличнее, но за доп плату.
Можно в ресторане отеля заказать обед и ужин. Цены чуть выше, чем в ресторанах на пляже, но еда очень неплохая, порции большие (в отличие от пляжных ресторанов, где найти хорошую еду проблематично).
Персонал очень отзывчивый, сделают всё, что попросите. Территорию отеля убирают хорошо. Но места перед отелем на пляже немного, потому лежаков тоже немного. Если отель заселен, то лежаков всем точно не хватит.
Вход в море - галька с песком. Утром, когда прилив, входить комфортно. А после обеда, когда вода уходит, уже менее комфортно, обнажается галька на дне, босиком заходить больновато, лучше в аквашузах.
Отдельная вещь, которая мне не нравилась - бродячие собаки. Они шастают везде, их не гоняют, они не агрессивные, но всё равно чешутся, размножаются, грызутся прям тут же перед глазами. Есть торговцы, которые ходят предлагают всякую хрень, но они не сильно навязчивые, хотя пристают стабильно, даже если в пятый раз за день видят.
В общем стоит сказать, что для Филлипин отель очень даже. Остальные вокруг ещё хуже)) Но надо понимать, что это реальные 3* и не ожидать сервиса 4*.

IInvitéWe stayed four nights at Casalay Boutique Villas and Dive and overall had a wonderful experience.
The location is truly special – stunning views, beautifully designed villas, a very well-kept property, and breathtaking sunsets by the pool or from the terrace. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing, perfect for a luxurious getaway.
Be aware that getting there can be a bit tricky. Buses from Manila to Batangas City run regularly, but the last ferry departs at 4 PM. Make sure to plan your trip accordingly – we ran into some issues because of this.
The food is more expensive than local options, but very clean and easily adaptable to vegetarian needs. While the vegetarian menu is limited, the manager was very accommodating and open to adjustments, which we truly appreciated.
There are plenty of activities: a paid boat transfer to Secret Bay, trips to Sabang, diving, massages, and more. Just keep in mind to clarify whether you book activities through the hotel or third-party providers, as prices can vary and surcharges are common.
Some small downsides: our room was only cleaned on two of the four days, which didn’t meet the highest hygiene standards, and the beach could be a little cleaner.
Still, we had a very enjoyable stay. The combination of friendly staff, beautiful setting, and unique location makes this hotel highly recommendable.

When we arrived we had to sign an agreement with the property rules which are in abundance: from “no outside food or drinks at the property” to fines for stained towels and sheets. Though there are “shhh” signs everywhere I woke up both mornings of our stay because someone was walking and talking loudly right outside our door. The room is really small close to tiny, there’s no fridge (ok, that’s the type of room without one), the safe didn’t work but the friendly and helpful staff kindly stored our valuables in theirs.
The place is beautifully located and the food is ok.

MMateja BokanLe personnel était très agréable, la chambre était confortable et le séjour était agréable. La chambre était généralement propre, avec quelques détails ignorés (comme la réception de l'invité précédente sur le sol et quelques autres documents autour de la chambre, l'un des serviettes était un peu sale). L'hôtel dispose d'une brosse dentaire et d'une paste dentaire (et de shampooing et de gel de douche dans la douche), mais j'ai trouvé l'absence d'un bar de soap décevant. Le café est adorable, il serve de bons aliments et le personnel est amical et poli. En général, je recommande certainement cet adorable hôtel à tout le monde qui visite, il est charmant et mérite d'être entré !

IInvitéThis hotel is very new and somewhat inconvenient. It is high on a hill which was not very accessible by walking as major roadworks complicated the route and also slowed traffic up and down. While only 10 minutes away from the main Sabang area (climbing down), the climb up made it unpleasant and inconvenient either on foot or in a vehicle. The room was simple with limited facilities (no fridge or TV) and not competitively priced compared to other hotels in the area. Breakfast was spam and rice. The pool area was unwelcoming (exposed and bare of furniture). Service and support is pleasant but minimal. The place was empty and a little sad when we stayed (even though the town was busy). We were quite glad to leave.
I think the place needs development and is a work in progress and when ready, it might be nice, but not yet.

IInvitéThis is my third time staying at this hotel. And sadly, it just doesn’t get any better. And they even did a remodel since I was here last. Sad, old hotel that is unfortunately the best that Calapan has to offer. The rooms are clean, the pool is good and the staff very nice, but that’s about all I can say to the positive. No hot water, little in the way of amenities and the breakfast included with the room is just pathetic. All of this and reasonably expensive by Phillipines standards. I had just come from the Lalaguna Villas in Puerto Galera, so the contrasts were extreme. I am currently at the Manila Hotel, so again the contrasts are extreme. There are few options for a hotel in Calapan, they host many weddings and local events. But seriously, someone should open a decent hotel in a capital city of 140,000.
