Food in their one restaurant (excluding the cafe) was amazing! Even though it’s just one. Food was worth it! Rooms were clean. Very good for the price.

My partner and I had a really great stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, and our room was clean and comfortable. When we had an issue with the air conditioning, they quickly assisted us and offered a room transfer right away, which we really appreciated. Everything felt well-managed, and we were able to relax and enjoy our time together. One small suggestion we have is about the food. It was good, but we think it would be even better if the hotel could offer a buffet during certain times. Having more options to choose from would make dining more convenient and enjoyable for guests.

We absolutely loved the vibe and ambiance of the hotel, which makes it even more disappointing to say that our entire experience was ruined by the poor service. We arrived early to ask if early check-in was available. We completely understood when we were told that check-in starts at 3:00 PM, so we left for lunch and came back exactly at 3:00 PM. Since we had already completed the check-in process earlier, we expected to receive our room key without any issues. Instead, we were told that our room was still not ready. What made the situation even more frustrating was seeing other guests who were just checking in receive their room keys while we continued waiting. After waiting for about 30 minutes, we were finally given our key card—only to discover that it didn't work. We couldn't even enter our room and had to return to the reception, where we waited for almost another 30 minutes while the staff tried to figure out what was wrong. The most disappointing part was that I had to follow up multiple times before anyone offered us another room. There was very little communication, no sense of urgency, and no apology that made us feel our time was valued. We booked this hotel specifically because we were attending a concert and wanted a comfortable place to rest and freshen up beforehand. Instead, because of the delays, we had no opportunity to shower, change comfortably, or even rest. We ended up going straight to the concert feeling exhausted and frustrated, which completely defeated the purpose of booking the hotel in the first place. Our room was at Richmond Eastwood. While I understand it may be managed separately, the staff from Richmond were the ones assisting us. Unfortunately, it genuinely felt like guests who booked directly with Richmond were given better treatment and priority than those who booked through this property. Whether or not that was actually the case, that was certainly how the experience made us feel. When we checked out, the staff gave us a complimentary cake, which we appreciate as a kind gesture. However, by that point, the damage had already been done. The delays, inconvenience, and frustration had already ruined our mood and our overall experience. While the cake was a nice attempt to make up for what happened, it couldn't undo the time we lost or the experience we were hoping to have. It's unfortunate because the hotel itself has so much potential. The ambiance is wonderful, but great facilities mean very little when the service falls far below expectations. We left feeling disappointed and would think twice before staying here again.

Le centre de la ville est très bien situé, mais il est très bon de rester ici pour se détendre et avoir un bon moment de liaison avec la famille après un long jour de travail. Lorsque nous avons essayé la zone de piscine, il semblait que la salle de bain femelle était en rénovation, ce qui était très inconvenant, car nous n'étions pas sûrs si nous devions utiliser la salle de bain masculine. Je pense que cet hôtel est encore relativement nouveau et je suggère que la gestion de l'hôtel travaille mieux pour maintenir ces installations. Mais globalement, je suis toujours ravi de rester ici! J'ai passé une nuit ici via Trip.com. Accessible à mon emplacement. Le service est correct, le personnel de la réception est très arrangeant. Eau chaude/froide, super parfait ! La télé non seulement fonctionne, mais ça va et elle se repose. Merci!

I'm not happy about my recent hotel booking. I specifically booked and paid for a **VIP room**, but upon arrival, I was given an **ordinary/standard room** instead. I was not informed in advance about the change, nor was I asked for my approval. This was disappointing because I made the booking expecting the amenities and accommodations included with the VIP room. I would appreciate an explanation as to why my reserved room was changed without prior notice and would like the hotel to provide an appropriate resolution, such as a refund of the price difference or other suitable compensation but nothing happened. So disappointed😡😡😡

I enjoy all their aminities specially the gym,everytime im on vacation i always book this hotel for my staycation, All staff are humble and respectful,thank you winter hotel staff for your kindness

This hotel hits the mark for a basic, practical stay. It skips the luxury frills of higher-end hotels, but it delivers on cleanliness, location, and affordability. Perfect for short trips or budget-conscious travelers who just need a reliable place to sleep and recharge.

The price was so great. It was good stay. Medyo may mga stain at cracks yung cr. The amenities are soap and tissue only. I hope meron sanang shampoo at toothbrush. And wala kaagad towel but we call them and nabigay naman ang towels. So far good experience. We will booked soon if we want a cheaper but good stay.

An old hotel but spacious with bath tub. We loved our stay here. It was very affordable too.
