IInvitéHad a wonderful time in the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. The spa was fantastic. Food in the hotel restaurant was lovely but perhaps sending us into a room by ourselves wasn't the best thing to do, we would have preferred other people around. But all in all a good experience.

Breakfast area really small (only a few tables available for eating plus a few sofas with coffee tables; definitely not good for the amount of people/rooms) and not comfortable either (peaple squeeze to move anywhere near buffet), but breakfast itself was tasty.

IInvitéWhat a great find! Lovely hotel in a convenient location. Genuinely helpful and knowledgable staff. Good service and all food/drink beautifully presented with care and attention to detail. We had a classic king room, comfortable big bed and chaise , beautiful yet simple decor, with a nod to the 1930's art deco style , spacious acccommodation, modern bathroom with quality fittings, well equipped room with safe, minibar, coffee machine, desk, plenty of hanging space/ drawers, range of lighting to create different moods. close to train station, tram stop and 106 bus stop from airport , yet quiet overnight. Had spa facilities to ourselves on the two occasions we used them during a 4 night stay - Jacuzzi, sauna, turkish and attached Gym. Chocolate time was an added bonus. Decor in attached cafe and restaurant also lovely. Staff advised hotel was recently refurbished. Really good value accommodation- great base for a city break. Wrocław is a wonderful city (As a traveller from UK it is a ' hidden gem') and we hope to be back soon. Would choose this hotel again.

ZZumreThe staff were friendly and very kind. My boyfriend had an online meeting in the morning and when we asked the reception, they arranged a meeting room for him. In addition, our room was clean and very nice. All our needs were met. You should definitely add breakfast when booking the hotel. The breakfast was amazing. The location was also very good. We usually preferred to walk, but there are tram stops and nextbike bicycles right in front of the hotel. Thank you very much to the hotel staff for everything. 😊😊😊

Par là, je veux dire, il n'y avait pas de méthode pour chauffer les aliments qu'ils offrent, comme les crepes ou les panqueques. Ils ont eu un chauffeur pour les œufs cramés, du moins. Il n'y avait pas de toast. Ils ont offert des fruits et des désserts. Une variété de café et de thé.

UUtilisateur anonymeOur stay at Hotel Europejski Wrocław was a mixed experience, with both positives and areas for improvement.
Booking the hotel was a breeze, especially through Trip.com. The process was straightforward and hassle-free, which added to the convenience of our trip.
The location is fantastic, offering easy access to the city centre and public transportation. One of the highlights of our stay was the mulled wine and winter tea served at the hotel café. They were absolutely delightful and perfect for the chilly winter weather!
The room ambience was almost similar to Hotel Hetman in Warsaw—cozy and functional—but there were some issues. Every time we entered, the room smelled like wet carpet, which was unpleasant. Additionally, it lacked basic amenities such as an iron, ironing board, fridge, and slippers, which was disappointing. The room also wasn’t warm enough for winter, although the water heater and pressure were consistent, which was a relief. Unfortunately, the walls were quite thin, and we could hear our neighbours talking, which affected the overall comfort.
Housekeeping did an excellent job of ensuring the room was tidy, though they strictly followed the “clean my room” tag system. On one occasion, even with the tag hung, our room wasn’t cleaned, but it was resolved the next day.
The café staff were friendly and attentive, even though one staff member had limited English. Their effort to serve us to the best of their ability was commendable. Breakfast, however, was underwhelming, especially compared to our previous stays at Hotel Hetman in Warsaw and Hampton by Hilton Krakow Airport, which offered a more varied and higher-quality breakfast experience.
Overall, while the hotel has its advantages, such as its location, easy booking process, and some friendly staff, the room conditions, breakfast, and service inconsistencies leave room for improvement. That said, don’t miss the mulled wine and winter tea if you stay here!
