My recent stay at Makarem Burj Al Madinah was truly remarkable, and it is a hotel I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the holy city. From the moment I arrived, the experience exceeded expectations in every possible way. One of the hotel’s greatest advantages is its excellent location, just a short and convenient walk from the blessed Masjid Al Nabawi. This proximity makes it incredibly easy to attend prayers, especially Fajr and late-night prayers, without the stress of transportation or long walking distances. The staff at Makarem Burj Al Madinah deserve special recognition. Every team member I encountered was welcoming, respectful, and genuinely eager to help. The front desk staff handled check-in smoothly and professionally, always ready to assist with questions or requests. Equally impressive was the cleaning team, who maintained the rooms and public areas to an exceptionally high standard. Their attention to detail was evident daily, and their polite and friendly manner made the stay even more comfortable. As the hotel is only around six months old, everything feels fresh, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The rooms, corridors, and common areas are spotless, well maintained, and beautifully finished. There is a noticeable sense of cleanliness throughout the property, complemented by a pleasant and refreshing fragrance that greets you as soon as you enter. This consistent cleanliness and inviting atmosphere contribute greatly to a sense of peace and relaxation after long hours spent at the Haram. Another excellent feature of the hotel is the 24-hour gym, which is thoughtfully segregated for men and women. This allows guests to exercise comfortably and privately at any time of day or night. The gym is modern, clean, and well equipped, making it easy to maintain a fitness routine even while traveling. Having round-the-clock access is especially convenient for guests with busy schedules centered around prayer times. Breakfast at Makarem Burj Al Madinah was another highlight of the stay. The breakfast spread is generous, varied, and well organized, offering a wide selection of dishes to suit different tastes. From fresh and hot options to lighter choices, everything was prepared to a high standard. The dining area is clean and pleasant, and the breakfast staff are attentive, friendly, and efficient, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable start to the day. Overall, Makarem Burj Al Madinah delivers an outstanding hospitality experience. Its close proximity to Masjid Al Nabawi, combined with its new and pristine condition, friendly staff, excellent housekeeping, well-designed gym facilities, and high-quality breakfast, make it an ideal choice for visitors to Madinah. I would gladly stay here again so long as prices remain reasonable God willing and confidently recommend it to anyone seeking comfort, convenience, and quality during their visit to this sacred city.

L'emplacement est idéal. La mosquée est accessible à pied en quelques minutes et il est facile de se rendre à pied dans tous les commerces. Le personnel est exceptionnel et toujours soucieux d'améliorer votre séjour. Le petit-déjeuner était bon et varié, mais manquait de diversité chaque jour. Le personnel est très serviable et toujours prêt à rendre service. Seul bémol : les machines à café semblaient toujours avoir des problèmes techniques. Nous avons rencontré quelques problèmes de maintenance, mais le personnel est intervenu rapidement et la plupart des problèmes ont été résolus dans les meilleurs délais. Un conseil : demandez une chambre donnant sur le centre commercial. De l'autre côté, le bruit de la circulation était constant.

Le Dar Al Iman Madinah intercontinental est un choix excellent pour tout le monde qui voyage à Madinah avec l'adoration en esprit, qui apprécie être le plus proche possible de Masjid al-Nabawi, veut un service complet, Les chambres sont confortables et bien équipées, le personnel est fort et la situation est difficile à battre. Si votre séjour est plus sur le tourisme casual ou si vous êtes sensible au budget et disposé à être un peu plus loin du Haram, vous pourriez trouver une meilleure valeur ailleurs. Mais si la proximité et l'atmosphère spirituelle vous intéresse cet hôtel vous fournit certainement.

Very good hotel overall. The buffet was excellent, and the staff working there were extremely polite, kind, and attentive—they served us very well. The location is also very good and nearby to key places. Highly recommended.

Le téléphone ne fonctionne pas du tout. Les toilettes sentent mauvais. Le service est bon. Les places de parking sont petites.

Excellent. Son emplacement est magnifique, tout près de la Mosquée du Prophète (porte 303). Le restaurant est superbe et propose une carte variée et savoureuse. L'accueil et les serveurs, Barakat et Irfan, sont particulièrement excellents et très serviables. Les chambres sont magnifiques et l'hôtel dégage un charme historique. Il dispose d'un parking et le personnel de la réception est charmant et toujours souriant. Je suis ravi d'avoir séjourné dans cet hôtel.

L'hôtel est situé à deux pas de la mosquée Al Nabwi, ce qui en fait un établissement très populaire. Cependant, il est très ancien. La salle de bain est équipée d'équipements obsolètes : douche, lavabo et robinets de toilettes sont en ruine. Les salles de bain, y compris le carrelage, auraient besoin d'une rénovation complète. À part cela, le personnel de la réception n'est pas très aimable. J'ai dû attendre longtemps avant que la réceptionniste ne trouve ma réservation sur Trip.com. J'ai dû me plaindre auprès du responsable de service, M. Ridwan, qui s'est montré extrêmement aimable et coopératif. Il m'a assigné une autre chambre. La responsable de service, Mlle Raseel, a été exceptionnellement bienveillante. Elle a prolongé mon heure de départ car mon horaire de vol avait été décalé. Elle m'a également proposé le salon. Elle a rendu mon séjour très agréable. Un grand merci à M. Ridwan et Mlle Rassel. Le petit-déjeuner était exceptionnellement bon, avec un vaste choix, et le personnel du restaurant a offert un service exceptionnel.

We had originally booked another hotel but upon arrival there we immediately canceled our reservation and were looking for another hotel in the area ASAP, something clean, close to Masjid Nabawi and fairly priced.  We knew the name and brand; however, we saw two Intercontinental hotels and went with the one we felt had a slight edge or advantage. The hotel was built many years ago and we were informed that it is in the planning process of a renovation so we knew ahead of time what to expect. It has signature blue carpet and a 1950’s/1960’s vibe that I personally adored (almost out of a James Bond movie with Sean Connery).   Everyday we stayed at the hotel, it grew on us.  The view outside was heavenly mashAla.  Remember you can open the window haha some people I imagine think they can’t.  It such an experience and you have to do it.  Most importantly, however, the sweatheart staff and how accommodating they were, you forget you’re staying at the Intercontinental and imagine you’re at your friends house.  Again, We had an amazing window view and could see in the direction of Uhud.  All The cafe’s are right outside of the hotel, the mosque is literally right outside the hotel and down the walking path, maybe a 5 minute walk.  Plenty of pigeons to feed, affordable Ubers/ Taxi right outside, you can walk to Uhud you can walk to Quba, you can do it all.  And the best part, the check-in/help desk are right in front of you when you walk in to the lobby.   Side note: if you enjoy peoppe watching , you get a great view from your hotel room to the outside.  They have a coffee bar in the Lobby with free dates and Arabic coffee (world class) and this hotel served the best Breakfast and room service food I’ve ever had and I’ve been to 51 countries, aged 44.  It was even at par or better maybe than the Jabal Omar in Mecca we stayed at.  You absolutely cannot lose out by staying at this hotel.  If you have any issues pick up your room phone and dial any one of the prompts and someone will alleviate any issues you have.   The hotel executive management were world class and again treated me like a friend/family.  Based off our repertoire I’d come back to this hotel because Sister Khadijah and staff were so amazing mashAla.

El hamdoulileh tout c bien passé. Rapport qualité prix au top! 15 à 20 min de marche du Haram. Il y a une voie rapide à traverser et une barrière à enjamber. Franchement ça va. Sinon il y a la navette de l'hôtel avec les horaires fixées. Chambre de 3 petite mais fonctionnelle, belle douche. Service de chambre si vous ne mettez pas la carte, ils ne viennent pas par politesse. Sinon vous linterceptez dans le couleur et il vous donne tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Changement serviette, shampooing, goblet .... Donc si vous cherchez un bas prix .... C est pas mal.[Trick]

Mon séjour dans cet hôtel a été absolument merveilleux. Dès mon arrivée, le personnel s'est montré incroyablement accueillant, professionnel et attentif au moindre détail. L'enregistrement s'est fait rapidement et sans encombre, et je me suis immédiatement sentie comme chez moi. La chambre était spacieuse, propre et magnifiquement décorée. Le lit était très confortable et j'ai particulièrement apprécié la qualité des draps et des oreillers. La salle de bain était impeccable et bien équipée en produits de toilette, et le service de ménage quotidien était irréprochable. L'un des points forts de mon séjour a été le petit-déjeuner buffet : un excellent choix de plats locaux et internationaux, tous frais et délicieux. Le personnel du restaurant était aimable et veillait à ce que tout se déroule parfaitement chaque matin. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est également idéal : proche de nombreuses attractions, restaurants et boutiques, tout en étant calme et paisible la nuit. En résumé, je recommande vivement cet hôtel aux voyageurs d'affaires comme aux touristes. J'y retournerai sans hésiter lors de mon prochain séjour !
