My Wonderful Stay at Yuu Hotel & Cafe, Ubon Ratchathani I recently had the pleasure of staying at Yuu Hotel & Cafe in Ubon Ratchathani, and it truly exceeded my expectations! This stylish boutique hotel, with its charming French-colonial-inspired decor, is perfectly located in the heart of the city. From the moment I arrived, the check-in process was incredibly smooth and efficient. The staff were warm, friendly, and super quick, making me feel welcome right away. They even greeted me with a complimentary welcome drink—a refreshing choice of matoom tea or Chinese tea—which was a lovely touch after the journey. My room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The air conditioning worked perfectly (nice and cool!), and all the essentials were provided: fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, and a hairdryer. What impressed me most was the thoughtful universal power plugs along with both USB-A and USB-C ports right by the bed—perfect for charging all my devices without needing adapters. Breakfast was another highlight! You get to choose one main dish from a variety of options (Thai and Western), and there's a generous buffet line with yogurt, cereals, salads, fresh fruits, bread, patongo (Thai-style doughnuts), coffee, cocoa, and more. Everything was fresh and delicious. Downstairs, the hotel's own restaurant and cafe is fantastic. Upon check-in, I received a free mocktail voucher, and the food was really tasty. The live music in the evenings was beautiful and added such a nice vibe. One of the best perks? The hotel offers free bicycles for guests to borrow—great for exploring the nearby night market or city park. But the absolute standout moment was at the lobby cafe. The staff there are incredibly kind and attentive. I pre-ordered a cake in advance and asked if they could decorate the plate like a birthday cake. Not only did they happily do it, but they went above and beyond to make it special. The service was so heartwarming and made my stay truly memorable! Overall, Yuu Hotel & Cafe is a perfect blend of comfort, style, and genuine hospitality. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ubon Ratchathani—whether for business or leisure. I'll definitely be back!

Réception rapide et efficace, chambre propre avec le comfort attendu, petit déjeuner très correct. La seule chose qui m'a (un peu) manqué, c'est une table de nuit. Mais comme je disposais d'un grand lit et était seul ça n'a pas été gênant à cette occasion.

Le service est très bon personnel Réservé dans la chambre erronée, c'était un lit double. P'P Phanang, un travail agréable, changeant à un lit unique, super mignon, la chambre était propre. L'endroit confortable Food est considéré comme avoir beaucoup à choisir. Great location if you have transport or caf walk 10 mins to the centre. Very quiet. Not many bar/restaurant choices around. Great staff, very clean hotel, lovely rooms. Staff (as is common in this part of Thailand) don't have good English but were very nice. Breakfast is disappointing. I would definitely stay here again if I returned to Ubon.

Le personnel a une bonne vision de service et ils rient toujours et amiable. Aucun ascenseur, mais le personnel nous a aidé à transporter des valises au troisième étage, donc c'est la première impression que j'ai demandé des chambres familiales adjacentes et il a géré cela comme des chambres de connexion pour nous. Ce que j'ai demandé que le personnel s'occupe de nous. La nourriture était si bonne là-bas et c'était drôle pendant que je faisais des pains. J'ai vu un morceau de crème et il brûlait (fumeur). Alors quelqu'un m'a rappelé ”tu brûlais ton pain” mais je dis ”non, c'était crème 😂”. Le service est OK mais pas bon Book 2 nuits mais ferme une carte clé pour 1 nuit La chambre qui reste est beaucoup de poussière (comme non nettoyée), revendiquer le fond devant l'eau, air conditionné, garde-robe brisé.

La chambre est juste de la bonne taille, un peu vieille, mais les installations sont complètes, savon, shampooing, 2 souteaux, internet bon, parking confortable. Il y a un siège pour se détendre à l'extérieur en bas, il y a du café, de l'eau chaude, service, l'atmosphère générale est considérée comme bonne, la valeur du prix.
