IInvitéOur stay at Simurg Cave House Hotel was the best stay so far in our 12 day road trip around Cappadocia. What made it so special was the staff, and in particular Bursa! Her English was brilliant (our Turkish is nonexistent) and she told us of things to do, places to visit, etc. She really pulled out all the stops to ensure we had a relaxing pleasant stay. She even helped us with our next accommodation stay due to a technical problem we were having.
The breakfast was phenomenal and we felt full until dinner. The rooms are beautiful and extremely quiet do we got a great nights sleep. A quiet room is a priority for me!
On our arrival at the hotel there was a lot of noisy construction work going on and Bursa dealt with it so we could get some rest after our long journey. It would have been nice if there hadn't been any construction work going on but we understand improvements have to be done sometime! The only thing I'd suggest to the hotel is that they spruce up the rooms when the guests go out for the day. For example, there is a coffee machine in the room but we were never given more coffee or clean cups, and we stayed 3 nights. But other than that, the stay was perfect and we'd definitely return again! And we hope the lovely Bursa is there to greet us.

CchongyixiongOur family had an incredible stay at Kayakapi Caves in Cappadocia. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the unique cave-style architecture and the stunning hilltop location, which offered breathtaking views both at sunrise and under the night sky.
The rooms seamlessly blended a rustic charm with modern comforts, and having an in-room hamam was an absolute treat. The spa facilities were top-notch, providing a perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring. While walking around the property was a joy, the buggy service was a great convenience for those who preferred to ride.
The breakfast spread at the restaurant was delightful, offering a variety of fresh and delicious options. But beyond the aesthetics and amenities, it was the exceptional service from the team that truly made our stay special.
Kayakapi Caves is a destination in itself, and staying here while experiencing the magic of this UNESCO site made our trip even more memorable. Highly recommended!

IInvitéLe concept de l'hôtel était génial, il y avait des histoires et des concepts différents à chaque coin de rue. Nous l'avons choisi pour notre lune de miel et en avons été très satisfaits. La diversité et le goût du petit-déjeuner étaient incroyables, les employés étaient très polis et sympathiques, j'avais l'impression d'être dans un monde différent. Lorsque nous avons choisi le restaurant pour le dîner, nous avons adoré le goût de la nourriture. Ma femme et moi avons été très satisfaits de tout. J'espère vous revoir.

Lage; Perfekt! - 5Min. von der Altstadt und ”Balıklıgöl” entfernt.
Personal; nicht zu überteffen! - Das Personal übertrifft sich selber an Freundlichkeit und Kundenfreundlichkeit. Das Vertauensverhältnis ist sofort aufgebaut.
Schaut euch nich nach Guides oder ähnliches um.... Das Personal und die Direktion ist bestens informiert und gibt gerne Tips und Tourenvorschläge.

IInvitéL'hôtel Sur cave est vraiment construit par le bouffage des montagnes, et il a un jacuzzi. Le personnel est si gentil et supportif. Le cot était vraiment ennuyé de la roche. Vous pouvez vraiment profiter de la vie de la cave. Le petit déjeuner buffet complémentaire a plus d'options

JJanCityNous aimerons Wyndham, Grand service, grands gens, grand repas, grands chambres, grande localisation, grande valeur. L'hôtel est le meilleur hôtel que nous ayons jamais trouvé en Turquie après avoir essayé tant d'autres, nous reviendrons ici de nouveau et la baignoire était magnifique avec du vin blanc et rouge dans les murs. Il est toujours choquant de savoir quelle est la valeur incroyable de cet hôtel.

IIbrahimL'hôtel était propre. Notre chambre était assez grande et utile. Les employés étaient sympathiques. L'emplacement d'Ore était au centre d'Ürgüp et le transport était facile. Cependant, l'aspect esthétique de l'hôtel était pire que celui des hôtels environnants. Le petit déjeuner était médiocre, la variété était limitée et la nourriture censée être chaude n'était pas chaude. Pour son prix, l'hôtel était convenable.

DDaphne MLWe really enjoyed our stay at this hotel.. it's at ibrahimpasa, a quiet area outside of the main touristy areas of goreme and uchisar. We checked in easily, and we were immediately impressed by the rooms we booked (the deluxe cave suite with jacuzzi). We stayed in Room 404.
After the first night, we informed the reception that our jacuzzi wasn't working, and they upgraded our room to the imperial cave suite with jacuzzi and fireplace. It was lovely and we appreciated the kind gesture. They also helped us with luggage as we moved rooms (to Room 401), and it was all a seamless experience despite the mild inconvenience.
The rooms we stayed in were always warm even in winter, and we never found anything to be lacking. Just a note for light sleepers, Room 401 is along the stairs/walkway down to the lower levels, so if there guests who come back late at night and are loud, you will most definitely hear it!
Breakfast selection was simple but sufficient, with an espresso coffee machine I really appreciated after drinking Turkish coffee for a week!
A small note that the bathrooms often smelled a little bad, perhaps it's the sewage system. Not a big problem tho. It's barely noticeable.
We rented a car and drove, so getting in and out of town was never a problem. Parking is available at the hotel, and is free, if you drive!
The roads leading in to the hotel are a little narrow, so definitely not for non-confident drivers, but we found it ok.
I don't really have photos of the room to share but rest assured the photos provided by the hotel are real and accurate.

IInvitéNous avons hébergé des maisons greencas dans la piscine privée de l'Interieur Pool Suite. Vous pouvez vous réjouir de l'intérêt personnel, de l'accueil, de la nettoyage, des services de restaurant et tout de suite. La piscine est assez large, avec de nombreux gants et a été accueillie avec beaucoup de service pour toute piscine. Certainement une chambre à expérimenter. Merci Grec !
