IInvitéNice location. New property is clean and stylish. Aesthetically pleasing. Very clean. Comfortable. Love the toiletries. This is where it ends. Check-in was pleasant enough, but not a warm welcome. It seemed as though you are an inconvenience. Also, poor communication as the lady was looking something up in the computer, but did not let me know, so you're just standing there waiting for an answer. An Atwell card in the room read ”if you need anything, let us know”. Well, I was in need of a shower cap but they didn't have any. There is only 1 dining room chair, I asked for more, but the receptionist said ”I can't get ahold of anyone so I think that's all we have”. Last item request was for a bowl as we brought our own breakfast due to dietary needs and of course, ”we don't have those but you can come down for breakfast”. Advice: You can ask for items, but that's where it ends. Most hotels have basic amenities for travelers, but not this place. I doubt we'll be returning to this place as there are many other hotels in the area that are more prepared for travelers.

DDustin PaulL'hôtel dispose d'un lobby immaculat et d'un personnel amiable. La chambre était propre avec des équipements typiques attendus. Ils disposent d'une très grande salle de fitness avec une bonne sélection d'équipements. Il n'y a pas de piscine ni petit déjeuner gratuit, mais cet hôtel a rencontre tout ce que j'avais besoin.

JJJRGIts a great hotel to stay when you are having a long lay-over in Denver. Very spacious rooms, comfy bed,Starbucks coffee provided. Really superb and worth the price. Though its quite on the higher price, still the best and relaxing sleep and stay is at its finest. Will stay here again soon.

IInvitéI was stuck in Denver due to a medical emerg to a passenger on my plane. I had 24 hours to kill and the staff made me comfortable and allowed me a 1pm checkout.
Gym machine is really amazing - like a top pro home gym. Hot Tub was meh, but did the job...
I'd stay there again for price it was good.
Front end staff and breakfast staff work very hard and care!!! thanks guys

YYinzhihuL'attitude de la réception est particulièrement bonne, il est venu plus de onze heures, j'ai enregistré un membre de la table blanche de la ville, je suis confisqué précocement, je suis également monté dans la suite, grand, le paysage de la rue est très bon. La chambre du deuxième étage est défavorable, il y a une moto de rue explosée le week-end, le petit train est aussi en train de se déplacer, jusqu'à ce qu'il s'arrête à 12 heures.

IInvitéNice hotel, but a bit dated in the rooms. My carpet had a big wet spot when I got to room, that was weird. No spot above in ceiling, not sure what it was from. Housekeeping neglected to come the first day but they did come the second day at 8:30am. Knocked once - literally once - and then just opened the door themselves as I was on my way to open the door. Really frustrating to just let herself in with only one knock. Waited about 10 seconds, if that. I did let the front desk know when I checked out. Balcony could use a little more updated furniture, as well. Room is big!
Isaiah and Priya (sp??) at front desk were amazing when I checked in.

SSarah B85The staff were super nice and helpful, rooms were clean and the atmosphere was pretty cool. Our biggest complaint is the giant see-through window in the shower that anyone in the bedroom could pretty much see you naked, that frosted glass was not blocking anything out. Probably fine if you’re in the room alone or with a partner, but if you maybe have friends for acquaintances stop by while you’re still getting ready or if you share a room with your kid… It’s just kind of weird.  There also was not an exhaust fan in the bathroom, which I think was needed. Also water from the shower door soaked the ground every time, but that’s pretty common in most hotel rooms with a glass door. It also would’ve been nice to have had more than two towels in the room.
I will still stay here again because I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the location was perfect for what I needed.

UUtilisateur anonymeSuperbe place. Vous êtes allé à Denver pour une conférence. Cet hôtel au centre-ville était très proche de la place. Chambre propre et spacieuse. Très bon personnel. Ils ont également stocké mes bagages avant d'entrer. Recommandé!
