Hôtels à Haiphong avec petit déjeuner

Personnes à l’accueil très aimables et compréhensives ! Hostel nickel, propre avec serviette et bon matelas !

L'expérience de séjour ici il y a un mois était très bonne, donc cette fois je continue de privilégier le choix de séjour ici. Malheureusement, hors de l'hébergement 4-day, j'ai rencontré 2 jours d'expériences désagréables. En fait, les installations de matériel et de rénovation de cet hôtel sont de la plus haute qualité à Hai Phong, qui est également la force de l'hôtel. Cependant, je crois que la valeur fondamentale de l'hôtel est celle des clients qui ont une hospitalité professionnelle par le personnel de service (y compris le respect verbal et la capacité de reconnaître si quelqu'un est un invité). Le personnel de service de l'hôtel, en tant que personnel frontal, doit travailler plus dur pour améliorer. L'expérience de l'hébergement des clients touchée par les mots et actions inappropriés du personnel de service est vraiment contreproductive et dépense de telles excellentes matériels. Cela affecte certainement le choix des clients pour leur prochaine séjour et leurs recommandations aux amis.

Overall, if there are any issues encountered, the hotel manager will respond quickly and take appropriate action. For example, when I mentioned that the WiFi signal was weak and unstable during check-in, the hotel manager arranged for a room change. Upon inquiry, I discovered that the room allocation and distance would affect WiFi reception. The hotel staff then suggested that for future stays, I could make a note requesting a room with better WiFi reception. This stay from October 3rd to October 9th was also quite good. Unfortunately, my wife and I only learned about the hotel's structural issues on October 7th, and since my wife had too much luggage, we didn't want to change rooms again. We will be staying again soon in the future.

Review pour View Point Anh Quan Hotel, Cat Ba L'hôtel est situé dans un quartier calme, qui a permis de se rendre pacifique après avoir explorer le beau milieu. La location est parfaite, à quelques pas de la pierre et près de la plage de Cat Co, ce qui le rend pratique pour la visite et pour profiter des attractions locales. La chambre que j'ai séjournée était spacieuse et propre, avec des vues étonnantes à partir de mon balcon et du café sur le toit. Le personnel de l'hôtel était exceptionnel, ils étaient amis, attentifs et s'en sont allés pour s'assurer que mon séjour était confortable. Le petit déjeuner de l'hôtel était agréable avec une variété d'options disponibles, y compris des œufs faits à commander qui étaient délicieux. Je recommande vivement à tout le monde de trouver un séjour confortable et agréable à Cat Ba !

The room was amazing, the views from the balcony on 14th floor just stunning. There's a kitchen in the room, only for display as you will get fined for using even the microwave 😂 We had to ask for clean towels and water one day, because it had been forgotten when the room was made up. The hotel is HUGE so getting to and from the pool or open restaurant is a big trip, there's no way the kids could go anywhere on their own in this massive complex. The kids club is just a room, no club as such. The games in the kids club room are incredibly expensive so we didn't use at all. The view from the third building restaurant is amazing if you get there early enough to get a window seat. The breakfast buffet is ok. When it gets busy though, the food keeps running out. There was one! Coffee pot for probably 400 people so you have to run back and forth across this massive restaurant to check if it's been refilled. We had buffet lunch once, which was very poor. For 1.7M VND you don't even get water to drink but have to buy separately and there are not many options for kids to eat. Again, the food ran out so you had to walk up and down several times to check if it's been replaced and dodge the crowds on the way. Not a very nice experience. The hotel cannot help with bookings or suggestions for excursions unless you book their tours, which are wildly overpriced and few to choose from. Hotel pools were amazing for our kids! The stay was nice overall but we wouldn't go back to this hotel.

The hotel lobby is emasculate if they pot as much effort into the the rest of the hotel as the reception lobby it would be good ..breakfast was poor no fruit and the nuddles was stuck to the bottom of the tray and it’s easy to cook them..cold tea and packet coffee when most hotels in Vietnam give you good coffee as there know for there coffee . Need a good maintenance man as the furniture is good but they just need a good maintains man to paint and keep up good maintenance but to be fair this seems to be the norm in Vietnam when it’s not hard to use a bit of decorators cork and paint with out hitting everything around what there meant to be painting. Builders working above my room and they tried to blame it on next door and the tv had very bad reception it was all fuzzy when I told them they said they will send someone up but no one came. Same as a few things and it could be a great hotel

The hotel is located in a fantastic and beautiful place, in a small village surrounded by mountains. It is very quiet and peaceful here. The rooms meet all the basic requirements, the staff is very kind and helpful, and the food is delicious.

The location was good. The view in the pictures no longer exist. There is a huge construction happening in front of the hotel over the next few years as there is a big resort opening and theme park construction right in front of that strip that will block the gorgeous view of the bay unfortunately. But aside from that, it was nice to be close to everything and the rooms were clean.

Bon hôtel pour le prix. Petit déjeuner moyen mais bon c’est pas cher donc il faut s’y attendre ! Attention, salle de sport inexistante (contrairement à ce qui est écrit).

Очень колоритный отель, выглядит как произведение искусства! Мы оставались всего на пару ночей, но даже пожалели об этом. Чисто, аккуратно, убирались каждый день. Завтрак с не очень большим выбором, но вкусный и можно найти что-то, чтобы не голодать. Бар наверху с небольшим выбором, но даже если коктейля нет в карте, то можно заказать микс на свой вкус 👌 Еду в кафе попробовали совсем немного, но то что приготовили - было супер 🔥 Бассейн был очень уж холодным, но чистый и не перехлорированный.
