I had a wonderful stay at APEC Mandala Hotel. The facilities were excellent, the room was beautiful, and every aspect of the hotel exceeded my expectations. However, what truly made this stay unforgettable was my butler, Dương. I arrived at the hotel feeling very unwell, and from the moment I checked in, Dương went above and beyond to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. He anticipated my needs before I even had to ask and genuinely cared about how I was feeling. His kindness, warmth, and attentiveness were unlike anything I’ve experienced at a hotel before. Not only was he incredibly professional, but he was also so friendly and funny. We were constantly laughing together, and he made me feel completely at ease despite travelling alone in a country where I didn’t speak the language. He never made me feel isolated. instead, he made me feel looked after like family. When I needed to withdraw cash, Dương personally took me to the ATM. Then, when I realised I’d need more than I’d originally withdrawn, he happily came back with me without hesitation. It was such a simple gesture, but it perfectly summed up his willingness to help with absolutely anything. The moment that really showed how exceptional he is was when he messaged to ask if I needed anything. I had fallen asleep and didn’t reply. Rather than assuming everything was fine, he actually came to my room to check on me because he was genuinely worried about my wellbeing. That level of care is incredibly rare and meant so much, especially when I wasn’t feeling my best. Dương didn’t just provide excellent service, he showed genuine compassion. His kindness, patience, and generosity transformed what could have been a difficult trip into one I’ll always remember for the right reasons. He is a true credit to APEC Mandala Hotel, and I sincerely hope the management recognises what an extraordinary employee they have. Thank you, Dương, for taking such wonderful care of me. You didn’t just make my stay better you made it unforgettable.

La très grande piscine est reliée à la plage. L'hôtel est tellement magnifique ! Le buffet du petit-déjeuner était extrêmement copieux et les fruits étaient très frais. Le personnel de la réception était très prévenant. Parce que nous ne comprenions pas le vietnamien, ils ont pris l'initiative de nous aider à réserver un bus longue distance à deux étages pour Nha Trang. Il y avait une voiture à la gare routière pour venir nous chercher à l'hôtel, ce qui était sans souci et sûr.

Je n'ai vraiment trouvé aucun défaut lors de mon séjour ici. Tout, du service du personnel à l'aménagement paysager du complexe, était parfait lors de ce voyage au Vietnam, l'Anantara Resort était le plus mémorable et le plus agréable. Si je reviens au Vietnam, je pense que je reviendrai pour rester ici, c'est tellement parfait. Les seuls insectes que j'ai vus dans la chambre étaient des fourmis en mangeant des fruits, et c'était propre.

Отель неплохой. Есть старые домики, есть поновее. Мы жили, пожалуй, в самом старом: Приват Пул Вилла, который просто кричит о требовании ремонта. Самое первое расстройство - через Трип.ком можно снять этот дом только на условиях 6 включенных завтраков, а нас всего 2. При заселении, после объяснения ситуации с ”вынужденной переплатой”, отель даже не пошёл навстречу в плане хоть какого-то комплимента (ваучер или дисконт на ужин, скидка на массаж и т.д.). Вечером включали фонарь, который светил прямо в глаза со стороны моря. Почему бы не поставить его со стороны крыши дома? Освещал бы и территорию в ночное время, и не доставлял дискомфорта. Подсветка нашего бассейна не работала. отдать должное - сам бассейн невероятного размера! Еще и видовой! Так же хотелось обратить внимание на то, что отель находится на холме, и чтобы дойти до ресепшена, ресторана или стоянки, нужно преодолевать путь по каменным дорожкам с перепадом высот. Пляж в данный момент размыт, обнажены камни, лежаков на песке нет, море в прилив поступает вплотную к дорожке, по которой перемещаются гуляющие из других отелей. После пролива газонов вокруг дома, вечером налетели москиты. У соседей, а затем и у нас, видели небольшую змею бело-зеленого цвета. Температура воды в бассейнах такая же, как в море, нам показалась прохладной. Но сами бассейны чистые, наш чистили каждый день. Территория большая, очень зелёная. Завтраки хорошие, но яичницу не дожаривают категорически! При жарке обычной глазуньи всегда остаётся большое количество жидкого белка. Приятный момент - на закате приносили в номер 3-4 кусочка бисквита со свитком с какой-нибудь местной легендой, и с пожеланием спокойной ночи. При бронировании этого жилья обязательно имейте ввиду, что он находится далеко от ближайших магазинов и ресторанов, до которых очень далеко идти пешком! Мы вызывали такси, или долго шли по почти неосвещенной дороге.

Notre séjour à l'APEC Mandala à Mũi Né a été une expérience incroyable ! L'hôtel offrait tout ce dont nous avions besoin pour des vacances en famille reposantes. L'un des points forts était les trois piscines fantastiques, toutes adaptées aux enfants. L'une d'elles avait un espace spécial pour que les enfants puissent jouer et de l'eau chaude comme un jacuzzi, idéal pour les plus petits. Il convient de noter que l'accès à la piscine n'est pas inclus dans le séjour à l'hôtel et coûte 150 000 VND par jour pour toute la famille, ce que nous avons trouvé raisonnable. L'emplacement est parfait si vous prévoyez de visiter les dunes de sable blanc à proximité, car il est idéalement situé pour cette excursion. Cependant, il est un peu plus éloigné du centre-ville, où se trouvent la plupart des attractions. Cela dit, le transport est facile et abordable : un taxi coûtera environ 160 000 à 200 000 VND, ou vous pouvez louer un scooter directement à l'hôtel pour seulement 200 000 VND. Les équipements de l'hôtel étaient excellents et le service était de premier ordre. Le personnel était attentionné et sympathique, et la personne qui nous a aidés a fait tout son possible pour s'assurer que nous avions tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Ils parlaient également bien anglais, ce qui a rendu notre expérience encore plus agréable. Bien que nous n'ayons pas essayé la nourriture de l'hôtel, il y avait de nombreux magasins et restaurants dans le bâtiment proposant des repas frais, abordables et délicieux. De plus, les supermarchés sur place approvisionnaient tout ce dont nous avions besoin, des équipements de natation aux produits de première nécessité. APEC Mandala est un choix fantastique pour les familles ou toute personne à la recherche d'un séjour paisible et pratique à Mũi Né, surtout si la visite des dunes de sable blanc est à votre programme. Nous le recommandons vivement ! Faites-moi savoir si vous souhaitez des précisions supplémentaires !

Privacy: Très pauvre. Le front de verre signifie que tout le monde peut se promener à l'intérieur. Vous devez fermer les curtains toute la journée, qui ruine la vue. Aménagements: L'hôtel n'a pas de activités, il a besoin de films ou d'événements sociaux pour donner aux clients une raison de séjourner. La qualité de la nourriture est faible et le service est inprofessionnel. Plage: Extremement sale et plein de débris. Si vous voulez des photos ou des vidéos de contenu pour les médias sociaux, c'est bon. Mais pour un réel retrait, il ne vaut pas le prix. 3-star qualité au mieux. Je ne reviendrai pas. Pour améliorer, le propriétaire aura de bonnes réactions.

L'hôtel est charmant et le personnel est accueillant et enthousiaste. Il est idéalement situé à proximité de restaurants, de cafés et de spas. Juste à côté se trouve le restaurant Thung Go, qui propose une cuisine délicieuse et une vue magnifique. Le petit-déjeuner était excellent. Cependant, quelques points négatifs sont à noter : les toilettes de la chambre donnant sur la rue sont trop petites et les oreillers sont hauts et durs.

Situé sur une route principale à proximité de la plage, l'hôtel proposait une chambre agréable, une piscine encore meilleure et un prix raisonnable. Le personnel de la réception était très serviable et attentionné, et m'a même aidé à modifier mon billet de bus par téléphone – un vrai plus ! Le restaurant de fruits de mer, à seulement 59 mètres, était également excellent et mérite d'être testé. Je reviendrai sans hésiter lors de mon prochain séjour à Mui Ne.

Большой отельный комплекс с бассейнами, сауной, хаммамом и своей инфраструктурой в виде кафе, магазинов и кофеен. Очень удобно. Цены чуть выше, чем в самом Муйне, но не критично. Есть свой пляж с лежаками. Комплекс расположен на возвышенности, непосредственно до ресепшена можно подняться на эскалаторе или возит электрокар. Есть собственный пляж. До центра Муйне примерно 20 км. Без байка не удобно. С байком запаривает кататься туда) Мы 5 дней проживали. Сам номер и комплекс нам очень понравился. Уборка ежедневная, посещение сауны входило в стоимость и бассейнов тоже. Красивый вид. Удобно спать и не слышно соседей. Отдохнули хорошо! Единственное, при бронировании было указано, что есть мини кухня, но по факту плитка не работала. Приготовить минимальный завтрак не получилось. Но для нас это было не критично, мы не обращались по этому поводу к персоналу.

Before I start. Let’s be clear, Apec Mandala Mui Ne is the main one that owns the buildings. However a bunch of “Condotels” use the Mandala name so “Mandala Breeze” is one of them. The communication is spot on before the trip. If you use Zalo they message you there and tell you the things you need to know. Also throughout the trip, extremely responsive to any questions I had. CHECK-IN Messaged when arrived and a girl came with the key cards (not the typical check-in style). She showed us to the room and took pictures of our passports. Also, they needed to keep one of the passports for some reason. But got it back at the end. FOOD: The Mandala Bay restaurant was for sure the main one for decent food! There are “lower level” kinds of restaurants around that offer very affordable and yummy food. (Bay Restaurant would be about 1-1.5M VND per meal on average for family of 3-4. Whereas the other more affordable places cost about 500k VND totally). AMENITIES: Swimming pools to the max. Very nicely kept pools and a nice kids playing mini water park was great. All pools have kids pools connected so it’s very family oriented. Didn’t get to check the gym out but looks good. The beach is easily accessible via exiting the hotel and asking the guard to send the golf cart to take you down. Beach is standard and nothing very special. Quite a lot of rubbish around and many crabs (which of course don’t need to worry about as they go down into their holes with any kind of movement from us.) Beach water is a little clear and at this time of the year (May) the water is warm! *Notable* - people were getting stung by what possibly are jelly fish. So, you just get lucky with that kind of thing. KIDS ACTIVITIES: They have a great kids play club. It costs extra and isn’t included in the hotel cost but it’s worth it. Unfortunately quite hot in there though! Kids also have the water park for themselves and the water slide (although the slide might rip your swimsuit a little!) *Notable* - Swimming Pools. If you are staying via one of the condotels then make sure the if your room includes the swimming pools, take the main key card pocket as you won’t be able to get towels to use or even use the pool as that is the part of the actual date you will check-out. The cards themselves have old dates and the lifeguards get confused and say you can’t use the pools so make sure you take the one that has the actual check-out date on it. CHECK-OUT: Simply message 30 minutes before the time and it will be ok. Very simple. All in all it was a great time. A couple of miscommunication issues but that’s to be expected. No real need to go out of the complex as they have everything there.
