I had a wonderful stay at APEC Mandala Hotel. The facilities were excellent, the room was beautiful, and every aspect of the hotel exceeded my expectations. However, what truly made this stay unforgettable was my butler, Dương. I arrived at the hotel feeling very unwell, and from the moment I checked in, Dương went above and beyond to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. He anticipated my needs before I even had to ask and genuinely cared about how I was feeling. His kindness, warmth, and attentiveness were unlike anything I’ve experienced at a hotel before. Not only was he incredibly professional, but he was also so friendly and funny. We were constantly laughing together, and he made me feel completely at ease despite travelling alone in a country where I didn’t speak the language. He never made me feel isolated. instead, he made me feel looked after like family. When I needed to withdraw cash, Dương personally took me to the ATM. Then, when I realised I’d need more than I’d originally withdrawn, he happily came back with me without hesitation. It was such a simple gesture, but it perfectly summed up his willingness to help with absolutely anything. The moment that really showed how exceptional he is was when he messaged to ask if I needed anything. I had fallen asleep and didn’t reply. Rather than assuming everything was fine, he actually came to my room to check on me because he was genuinely worried about my wellbeing. That level of care is incredibly rare and meant so much, especially when I wasn’t feeling my best. Dương didn’t just provide excellent service, he showed genuine compassion. His kindness, patience, and generosity transformed what could have been a difficult trip into one I’ll always remember for the right reasons. He is a true credit to APEC Mandala Hotel, and I sincerely hope the management recognises what an extraordinary employee they have. Thank you, Dương, for taking such wonderful care of me. You didn’t just make my stay better you made it unforgettable.

C’est une superbe station balnéaire, avec des restaurants et des bars. Nous avons été surclassés dans une chambre familiale qui est une chambre loft parfaite pour les familles avec enfants et qui ont besoin d'espace et d'intimité. Le personnel est très sympathique et serviable et a appelé la compagnie de bus pour que nous puissions faire des réservations. Le petit déjeuner est très bon et il y a aussi un simple thé l'après-midi, un café avec un gâteau. Nous avons pu sauter le déjeuner en prenant un petit-déjeuner tardif, un thé l'après-midi puis un dîner au complexe. Si vous réservez votre table avant 16h, vous bénéficierez d'une réduction de 10 % ! Il y a plusieurs piscines bien entretenues et peu fréquentées. La plage est reliée à l'hôtel avec de l'eau décente. Ils devraient essayer de mieux nettoyer la plage car il y a du plastique qui s'échoue sur la plage.

L'hôtel est plus petit, mais magnifique. La chambre était aussi jolie, un peu coûteuse pour ce qu'il est. Les ascenseurs sont vieux, les petits téléphones et faciles ne fonctionnent pas vraiment. Le personnel d'attente est gentil, surtout le personnel de piscine. Le chef du bureau n'est pas ami, j'essayais de clarifier quelque chose et en demandant qu'elle secoue la tête, pas tout le temps, ne m'écoute pas. En général, je resterais ici si j'avais aussi, mais pas mon choix.

Очень приятно провели время в этом отеле. Большая зеленая территория, везде всё цветет, сажают даже овощи, на территории живет пони. Сотрудники весь день все поливают, метут, чистят. Номер классный, деревянная мебель, большая площадь, всё работало. Подустал немного, но нас это нисколько не смутило. Единственный минус был, что видовые окна и вход выходили прямо на дорожку с бассейна, всё видно. А в ванную и туалет отсутствует дверь. Вообще. Совсем)) Номер называется ”романтика” (написано над входом))) Завтраки отличные, фрукты, овощи, закуски, суп, омлет и яичница, мюсли. Кофе двух видов. В общем найдете свое точно. Отдельно пляж, он длинный и узкий, в январе народу было немного и лежаки всегда можно было найти. В общем отель рекомендую, отличный выбор для тихого и красивого отдыха.

Le sauna n'est pas gratuit comme indiqué sur l'annonce. Le petit déjeuner n'offre pas de plats cuisinés avec protéines animales, le café offert à 16h pourrait être accompagné d'une crêpe par exemple. Sinon le personnel est fantastique et le coin piscine des plus agréables.

Je donne à cet hôtel 10/10 car il était parfait pour le prix que j'ai payé. Le service était excellent et l'hôte était très arrangeant. Il y a des piscines et un service de navette qui vous emmène dans les locaux. Il est situé assez loin du cœur de Muine, mais ce n'était pas un problème pour nous car nous avions notre propre moto. Ce sera une option parfaite pour les personnes qui ne prévoient pas d'explorer tout ce qui se trouve autour, mais plutôt de se détendre et de se relaxer dans la zone de l'hôtel et sur la plage à proximité. Vous pouvez toujours réserver des visites qui vous emmèneront aux endroits que vous souhaitez.

Suite à un commentaire concernant l'hôtel J'ai signalé au responsable de service l'attitude du personnel de la réception et la manière dont le problème a été traité. Je tiens à remercier Mme Nhi pour sa disponibilité et sa prise en compte des remarques du client. Elle a abordé la réclamation avec une attitude positive et a tout mis en œuvre pour améliorer la situation. Durant son séjour de deux jours, ses efforts ont au moins permis au client de constater la sincérité de l'hôtel. En tant qu'hôtel cinq étoiles appartenant à une chaîne internationale, la qualité du service est primordiale si l'établissement souhaite attirer une clientèle internationale. Le respect mutuel est essentiel. Bien que cet établissement puisse encore être envisagé pour de futurs séjours, les clients exigeant un service digne d'un cinq étoiles sont invités à revoir leurs attentes à la baisse.

Situé sur une route principale à proximité de la plage, l'hôtel proposait une chambre agréable, une piscine encore meilleure et un prix raisonnable. Le personnel de la réception était très serviable et attentionné, et m'a même aidé à modifier mon billet de bus par téléphone – un vrai plus ! Le restaurant de fruits de mer, à seulement 59 mètres, était également excellent et mérite d'être testé. Je reviendrai sans hésiter lors de mon prochain séjour à Mui Ne.

Большой отельный комплекс с бассейнами, сауной, хаммамом и своей инфраструктурой в виде кафе, магазинов и кофеен. Очень удобно. Цены чуть выше, чем в самом Муйне, но не критично. Есть свой пляж с лежаками. Комплекс расположен на возвышенности, непосредственно до ресепшена можно подняться на эскалаторе или возит электрокар. Есть собственный пляж. До центра Муйне примерно 20 км. Без байка не удобно. С байком запаривает кататься туда) Мы 5 дней проживали. Сам номер и комплекс нам очень понравился. Уборка ежедневная, посещение сауны входило в стоимость и бассейнов тоже. Красивый вид. Удобно спать и не слышно соседей. Отдохнули хорошо! Единственное, при бронировании было указано, что есть мини кухня, но по факту плитка не работала. Приготовить минимальный завтрак не получилось. Но для нас это было не критично, мы не обращались по этому поводу к персоналу.

Before I start. Let’s be clear, Apec Mandala Mui Ne is the main one that owns the buildings. However a bunch of “Condotels” use the Mandala name so “Mandala Breeze” is one of them. The communication is spot on before the trip. If you use Zalo they message you there and tell you the things you need to know. Also throughout the trip, extremely responsive to any questions I had. CHECK-IN Messaged when arrived and a girl came with the key cards (not the typical check-in style). She showed us to the room and took pictures of our passports. Also, they needed to keep one of the passports for some reason. But got it back at the end. FOOD: The Mandala Bay restaurant was for sure the main one for decent food! There are “lower level” kinds of restaurants around that offer very affordable and yummy food. (Bay Restaurant would be about 1-1.5M VND per meal on average for family of 3-4. Whereas the other more affordable places cost about 500k VND totally). AMENITIES: Swimming pools to the max. Very nicely kept pools and a nice kids playing mini water park was great. All pools have kids pools connected so it’s very family oriented. Didn’t get to check the gym out but looks good. The beach is easily accessible via exiting the hotel and asking the guard to send the golf cart to take you down. Beach is standard and nothing very special. Quite a lot of rubbish around and many crabs (which of course don’t need to worry about as they go down into their holes with any kind of movement from us.) Beach water is a little clear and at this time of the year (May) the water is warm! *Notable* - people were getting stung by what possibly are jelly fish. So, you just get lucky with that kind of thing. KIDS ACTIVITIES: They have a great kids play club. It costs extra and isn’t included in the hotel cost but it’s worth it. Unfortunately quite hot in there though! Kids also have the water park for themselves and the water slide (although the slide might rip your swimsuit a little!) *Notable* - Swimming Pools. If you are staying via one of the condotels then make sure the if your room includes the swimming pools, take the main key card pocket as you won’t be able to get towels to use or even use the pool as that is the part of the actual date you will check-out. The cards themselves have old dates and the lifeguards get confused and say you can’t use the pools so make sure you take the one that has the actual check-out date on it. CHECK-OUT: Simply message 30 minutes before the time and it will be ok. Very simple. All in all it was a great time. A couple of miscommunication issues but that’s to be expected. No real need to go out of the complex as they have everything there.
