J'ai séjourné 3 nuits dans cet hôtel situé juste au-dessus de la gare à grande vitesse. , x ceci j'ai apprécié le bon isolement, en fait il était peu bruyant. Nouveau design, agréable. Chambre belle, très confortable, avec lit énorme et confortable, salle de bain fonctionnelle et avec les espaces appropriés. Personnel à la réception disponible et gentil. Le petit déjeuner est, à mon avis, amélioré, puisque 7,00 euros sont payés, on pourrait faire quelque chose de plus de qualité, je parle de douceur parce que je n'ai pas prouvé le sel. Les doux sont très plats et les jus sont plutôt insapons, et voir le personnel dans la salle de table pour faire ses faits n'est pas très professionnel, je pensais qu'ils étaient des clients, Ils m'ont salu seulement après un peu x demander le numéro de la chambre, sans me proposer rien, ni me présenter rien ... La position est bonne , à mon avis, à quelques pas de marche vous pouvez atteindre à la fois le centre et la zone de bureau ...

L'hôtel est situé sur la route proche du centre, donc confortable pour visiter la ville, à pied. L'environnement molle informel et tendancement voté à l'approche moderne de l'offre de services. Après 23 heures, il finit porté et entre avec le code. Chambre non très grande et avec meubles essentiels qui pour une nuit est tout de même confortable. Chambre propre. Baignoire adéquate et propre.

Lorsque vous passez par là, vous pouvez réserver directement, et parfois rester une nuit, vous ne pouvez dire que le standard de Novotel.

Quelle superbe découverte, un hôtel en centre ville avec parking, magnifique cadre (ancien monastère) impressionnant de sérénité, la coure avec ses arbres centenaires, et l'intérieur simple mais 100% autenthique, le tout à 2 pas pour le marché, shopping, bars branchés et restaurants tops en plus de la gentillesse du personnel (arrivée tard le soir), les chambres sont modestes en accessoires, mais il y a absolument tout le nécessaire, propres, grandes et saines, le tout à un prix très convenable. C'est sur, c'est là que je souhaite revenir lors d'un prochain séjour à Brescia. Bravo et merci encore , Mirko

The location is an easy solution to go downtown by public transport: the bus station (bus line n.10) is in front of the hotel and the underground station (Ospedale) is just a few minute walk. The room was comfortable and large, and so was the bathroom. Our room on the 4th floor had a screened terrace with private table and chairs, next to the swimming pool, open in summer only. The room was really quiet, no noise coming from the roads nearby. Breakfast was fine with a fair offer of sweets, cheese, eggs, charcuterie, juices and yogurt. No fresh fruit nor vegetables were available, we would have loved it. Finally, the hotel staff was kind and helpful.

we stayed in hilton brescia for almost two weeks. When we arrived there, they said that we have wrong reservation because we had two adults king room so it is not possible have baby in that room. We needed to pay 116€ extra to get another room (So we needed to pay two rooms). But now when we are in home we looked up for hilton brescia site and we were right that there is information that children up to 18 years stays free if they use existing beds(as it is in many hilton hotels). So they did wrong when they charged this 116€ from us and didin’t even listen to us. Also the service from that women in the desk was very rude, she didin’t tell any info about hotel for example breakfeast or nothing. She just asked our credit card to pay this extra room. Next day the hotel manager gave us bigger room with extra costs for the rest of the holiday which is also wrong because there is this text in hilton site that it should have been ok with two adults room and baby without any extra costs of baby. So we really are disapointed and wanted to fix this from hilton because it should have been free to have 1 year old baby with us as it is said in hilton site. But we just got those rude answers again and not any refund etc. So be careful if you go to this hotel. Only good thing in this hotel was the Patiewce who was housekeeper in our room for whole holiday and really made a perfect job and always talked to us. One day we had another housekeeper and after that our room was dirty so it is only that one housekeeper who does this perfect job and deserves all the credits. From other staff the service is really bad and doesn’t fullfil hilton standards. I Wouldn’t have though that also from the general Hilton customer service would have been this bad in this case when we never had problems before. They just washed their hands in this case without even trying to fix it just forwarded it to brescia hilton which gave these same answers again and again. Also in other hilton hotels we visited in this trip wondered how was this possible somewhere when the standard is that baby stays free in room up to 18 years old as it is said in hilton page. And it was ok in every other hilton in Europe.

Avevo letto delle recensioni molto interessanti. Ottima colazione abbondante, ristorante, belle stanze, moderno... Scelto per una tappa obbligata in zona e perchè sarebbe un 4 stelle. La prima impressione è spettacolare. Molto bella la hall, moderna, due ascensori, diversi piani, tranquillo, parcheggio davanti. Camera all'ultimo piano. Media grandezza. Cerchiamo le pantofole elencate nella lista delle forniture e non esistono. Meno male che ne porto sempre per precauzione. L'armadio o la cabina armadio non esiste. C'è uno stand appendiabiti con 6 grucce. Tradotto, non abbiamo disfatto le valigie. C'è solo un cassetto con gli asciugamani per il secondo ospite. Volevo aprire una finestra (o la porta-finestra che da su una terrazza) e nessuna delle due si apre. Niente ricambio di aria. Abbiamo un pò freddo e dopo svariati tentativi di aumentare il termostato vado a chiedere. Era la stessa procedura che ho fatto più volte. Si poteva abbassare, ma non alzare. Ritornava sempre a quella preimpostata. Un piumino leggero sul letto, niente coperte o altro per coprirci di notte avessimo avuto freddo. Il letto abbastanza comodo, cuscini alti. Al mattino, entrambi con mal di schiena. Il frigobar aveva la grande varietà di due bottigliette di acqua. La tv a schermo piatto funziona, però dovevamo mettere una chiavetta che avevamo portato e non le legge. Il bagno, dove era scritto sulla prenotazione, prodotti da bagno, ha un sapone liquido per viso e mani, uno nella doccia ( aperta a metà), e tre cotton fiock con cotone e una limetta di cartoncino. Lasciamo perdere la colazione abbondante. Tre croissant ( vuoto. marmellata di albicocche, cioccolato), tre torte banalissime di pan di spagna- un giorno una crostata-, due tipi di fette biscottate, 4 tipi di marmellatine confezionate, cesto di frutta, due o tre tipi di frutta tagliata, qualche yogurt, cereali, pane, uova strapazzate, bacon, melanzane grigliate, prosciutto, formaggio a fette, verdura bollita. Le bevande a macchinetta con buona scelta di bustine di tè. Premetto che ho trovato degli hotel a 3 stelle con il triplo di prodotti sia dolci che salati. Noi, da buoni italiani, ci aspettiamo torte, muffin, pancakes, svariate brioches o biscotti. Le colazioni pantagrueliche all'estero qui se le sognano. Il ristorante lo davano aperto solo in settimana. A prescindere dal personale in genere molto gentile, la mio opinione è un 'mai più'. Le recensioni lette su booking, o altri siti, non sono più attendibili, dopo questo ulteriore fallimento in quelle zone.

Deuxième fois dans cette structure. Vous confirmez une excellente expérience. Chambre en ordre, spacieuse. Conditionnement fonctionnel et pas trop bruyant. Excellent isolement sonore, la première fois nous étions à côté de l'hôtel de stationnement, cette fois en arrière, donc à côté de l'autoroute. Jusqu'à ce que nous n'ayons ouvert les fenêtres, aucun bruit. Petit-déjeuner international, donc pour tous les goûts.
