We stayed in superior king room for a night. The room is small and the main problem is the ventilation of the room is totally out! It's very stuffy even though we opened the window. In terms of cleanliness , the bedsheet got stained. This room got no soundproof. People walking by the corridor we can hear since our window is open. The breakfast is simple breakfast, at least taste not bad. Will definitely not to stay here again. The price is consider high for such a small room with totally ventilation of the room is out!

The hotel is located close to Centrum Mall, which is convenient for food. Other than that, the rooms are really small, and Grab is impossible, so will need to have front desk call taxi and book tours separately.

Trip.com is lie,I’ll book 2 room received 1 room price rm 1034, and I booked another room 2 night 1 room at rm 450 , really disappointed for this app I think won’t dude it booking again

clean but tiny room - no fridge, no facilities at all - too pricey for such a room. Wanted to have breakfast there but at RM30++ per pax, there were a small buffet spread - not worth the money

One of the worst hotel I have ever experienced. 1. No air conditioning 2. No fridge 3. Personnel refused to bring glasses to the room, explaining that there is no room service and if we want to eat or drink we must go to restaraunt. What a stupid behaviour, never met this ever in my experience in hotels all over the world. 4. Be careful if price is higher than around 30-40 USD, this type of hotel can’t worth more. 5. We booked hotel in advance for 120 USD family room without breakfast, day before the price on every site was less(90) including even half board meal. Hotel has unreasonable pricing policy. And such price for such a service quality is ridiculous. Staff even didn’t have an idea to propose free breakfast to increase loyalty. Plus is that room was quite clean and had smart TV. Bathroom facilities are low quality and out-dated, but is usual for Malaysia.
