Executive Inn Boutique Hotel

I'm perhaps being a little mean in giving this place four and not five stars; in all but one aspect it was great. Firstly, the location couldn't be better, being just a few steps from the main thoroughfare and a short walk from the harbour along both of which we found a good selection of cafes and restaurants. The hotel itself is very modern, well decorated and spotlessly clean and our room was nicely furnished, well equipped and very comfortable. The air conditioning was a little tricky to adjust but we did sleep well and woke up refreshed on each of the two mornings we stayed, The reception staff were pleasant and welcoming and answered any queries we had with a smile. We stayed at the beginning of our holiday in Puglia before going back to the airport to collect our hire car and reception ordered us a taxi for that purpose. Brindisi, by the way, is an attractive port and well worth a day of anybody's time; we were glad to have stayed there for the two nights. The only disappointing aspect, particularly on the first of our two mornings, was the breakfast. We arrived towards the end of the breakfast period (but not immediately before it ended) to find the coffee pot empty, the cold milk for cereal almost empty and the hot food all but exhausted. I settled for a small portion of scrambled eggs and three paltry pieces of sausage - the lady after me didn't even get that! There was a good selection of other foods however, although no orange juice, just pineapple, peach and pear juice which seemed a little bizarre. Frankly, the staff that morning seemed uninterested - although they were polite, calling us Sir and Madam, I'd rather have had a smile and a full coffee pot without having to ask. When we did ask, they made us individual coffees which meant we had to go and look for them to ask again when we wanted a refill. Things were much better the next morning, although smiles and orange juice were still absent. It's a shame that the breakfast experience was so out of step with the rest of our stay because, overall, we liked the Hotel and will certainly consider it again if and when we return to Brindisi.

Lovely welcome from Giuseppe. Room was spacious. Bathroom good quality products. Wifi very strong. Location brilliant for the Centre. Breakfast very good. The only slight downside was Annemarie could be a little more friendly on Check Out. Would definitely return.

The hotel is in great condition, and the room was beautiful. The breakfast was great but there is no bar or restaurant (not that they were needed, as there are loads of both nearby). The car park is 2 streets away and easy enough to get to, although difficult to get in and out of sometimes when nobody answers the buzzer from the other hotel they share it with, plus the sensors didn't always detect the car to automatically open the door and barrier very time, so had to keep buzzing to get them to do it. The best thing about this place was Andrea on reception, who told us about great places to visit and booked loads of restaurants for dinner, all of which were excellent. He couldn't have been more helpful, so made the stay really smooth.

A recently fully refurbished hotel in the heart of Brindisi. Friendly staff, good full breakfast, totally enjoyable stay. Well recommended. Easy to book, helpful staff, and a superb location and super clean rooms.

Google Map was tested and couldn’t find this hotel. Make sure you start looking for it with a full tank of gas. They share a garage with another hotel and the woman at the desk said it’s easiest to use Google Map to find the garage. It wasn’t but thankfully I now had a half tank of gas. I eventually found what I thought was the garage but it was gated. I returned to the hotel and asked if I had found the right garage since they hadn’t told me the name; it had another hotel’s name on it. Back to the garage; found it quickly because now I know the neighborhood pretty well. I like to think I have a good internal compass but it took me over an hour to finally get into this garage and it’s right around the corner from the hotel. On to the room which looks pretty nice. I was trying to unwind from a day on the road and thought I had adjusted the hvac to cool off the room. After an hour it was still pretty hot in the room so I called the desk. The person at the desk said that I should open the window because they don’t turn on the a/c until May 1st. Not what I wanted to hear but I opened the window to street noise so now I have to hope that the neighborhood is quiet tonight and that the room cools off. Trip Advisor let me down on this one. I hope it works out tonight otherwise I’ll have to find another place for tomorrow night. Based on the above I can’t understand 4.5 stars on TA. Hoping for the best. Lousy way to end an otherwise perfect vacation in Puglia.

I stayed 5 days in September. The hotel is nice and very clean. Everything is new. Excellent breakfast. My two complaints are: not one English channel on the TV. Majority of the guests in the breakfast area were speaking English, so many patrons are definitely not Italian so the management should give some consideration to that. Second is that there was no shampoo or conditioner in the shower. It had one bottle only that I guess was supposed to be the shampoo, conditioner and body wash. This hotel is not cheap for Brindisi standards and should do better than one bottle.
