Avis : Hyatt Regency Brisbane

The location is superb. It located right at the CBD. Very easy to get around. The service was fast especially the check in process. We arrived early and got check in very fast. We complain about the cleanliness and staff was attentive upon the request we made. The staff were very nice.We got a free upgrade from 13th floor to 21st floor. The downside is that the bedsheet and pillowcase change was very slow and we waited until 11 pm even though we made request before 4 pm. The free buffet is also very average.

Great stay! Rooms are a bit small but have everything and very clean! Buffet breakfast was amazing. Service was outstanding! Only downsize was trying to find the hotel! Hidden in alleyway feels a bit odd. Would stay again!

The location was prime. The room was clean however it is the first ever hotel that did not provide complimentary water. I’m very disappointed by such arrangement.

The best sleep ever - probably the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in - puts all the other beds in the industry to shame. The facilities and location are perfect as well.

Unfortunately it was not what I was expecting from a 5 star hotel. Our bedside light was broken, the room had a smell, like dirty carpets, the bed was uncomfortably soft with a mattress topper as it was 2 single beds pushed together where we booked a King Premium room, and only 1 of 3 lifts worked resulting in us having to wait at least 15 minutes to go from the 18th floor to reception with our luggage. Doubt I will go here again.

The hotel is located right in the middle of the city center. Close proximity to bus and train stations. View of the river and south bank is spectacular, particularly at night. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Breakfast food is good and sitting is roomy and relaxing.

Superb location with numerous choice of food around. Friendly and helpful service too! Though room is on small side, it was comfortable and had everything I needed.

The hotel is extremely well located in the cbd. The facilities of the hotel are very good. Luca was extremely helpful , polite and obliging at reception. The breakfast was great, the room. Was clean with a magnificent view of the entire Brisbane skyline. Highly recommend this hotel to all visitors to Brisbane. It makes a huge positive difference to your entire stay.

Perfect location in the centre of Brisbane, easy walk to everything you need. Very helpful staff and great facilities.
