Très bien, très proche de l'aéroport

The price is not high because it is relatively expensive near the airport, but the hotel is generally good and very suitable for people who want to catch a flight.

Hotel is located across the road from the Airport via two flights of stairs and a covered walk. Bar food in hotel was good and well priced for a weary traveller. Room was large with a sofa and work desk provided. Only problem experience was with the shower drainage which did not work well and anted to overflow into the room hence the need for an on off shower! Hotel breakfast was included by TRIP.COM which was really great as they opened a small continental breakfast area with cereals, yogurts, toast etc from 04:00AM with hot food service commencing from 06:00 onwards. Hotel is recommended for a one night airport transit stay.

Easy to find and located very close to the hotel, a mere 5 minutes walk. There was a very large selection for breakfast, hot and cold foods, and they were tasty. Room was good and bed was comfortable. En-suite toilet was great.

The restaurant food was very poor quality and expensive, you would be better off getting food from the airport. Breakfast was equally poor: if you are not at the front of the queue everything is gone and not replenished. Overall I feel that hotel is taking advantage of monopoly position at Airport.

Great location for those early mornings dragging yourself out of bed for an early flight. Breakfast was okay. Hotel room was quiet so got a good nights sleep. One thing I will say was really weird is the toilet door is the wardrobe door 😂 so if you come out of the loo and someone is looking in the wardrobe, they may get a door to the head. And if you leave the bathroom door open you will be seen from the bed. Liked the big window looking out to the carpark but would of loved to of been able to let a bit of fresh air into the room. Restaurant was okay, I think it was £8 for tomato soup that was so hot it burnt my throat and nearly ruined the holiday before it had begun. Will stay again as it's so close to the airport and with TUI you can check your bags in the night before.

Great location, a couple of minutes walk to Bristol departures/arrivals. The check-in and check-out was easy and the staff were very friendly and polite. The amenities in the room was fine. Most hotels these days do decaffeinated tea & coffee and even a range of herbal teas or hot chocolate which I was surprised to find was not an option in the room, just English breakfast tea and regukar nescaffe sachets. The room was really nice, very clean and comfortable, big enough for the suitcases as well. We didn't have hot water for the shower which was a shame. We were in a rush to check-in for our flight so didn't bring it to the attention of the staff. The breakfast had a good range of options, sweet, savoury & healthy. We would stay again for any night-time/early morning flights.

Perfect location for the airport and make it's so much easier when getting a early morning flight xx

Great location 2 minutes from departures. The room however is very basic and dated. Would rate the quality of the room like a 2/3 star hotel. Not what I would expect of the Hilton hotel group.

We have stayed before and that's why we used the hotel again. It is a pleasure to stay in. The reception staff can be a little slow with no concept that we might need to be dealt with speedily. The rooms are excellent and, considering its close location to planes it is totally quiet. The breakfast is excellent with plenty of fresh food brought out regulary . However, the tables are often unpleasant; sticky to the touch. We watched staff wipe more than one table down with a 'cloth', already grubby. Considering that Covid is still about we felt that the tables should have been cleaned better. Even the floor around the tables was sticky at times. The cutlery was pretty appalling too. I placed a number of items in the trays to be taken away as they had pieces of food still on them. I know it gets busy but....
