I visited this restaurant on 30th March for a 50th birthday celebration, there was fourteen of us, six ordered burgers, with four sent back, as raw in the middle, these got replaced by fresh burgers, some still not cooked through. This then obviously delayed our eating experience and we felt disappointed with the restaurant. When these were ordered the staff never asked how rare or well done they were to cooked, so we expected them all to be cooked through and not raw. I did email the manager, who did, reply, but not sure anything will be done. See reply below, and photo of raw burger.
