I picked the room because of big window, my husband is an artist and he likes to have a lot of sun in the room. We arrived late and check in was by code. So when we see the room with the wall and two very narrow windows. Definitely not like pictures showing. Next day when we spoke with reception they told me that they have only 1-2 rooms with big windows and it’s impossible for us to move there because they are busy.
I’d like to ask trip.com put pictures of other room as well and people will not be disappointed with their stay like we was

Well located in Bucharest, the room was clean and bright. A good place while doing business.

My room smelled like **** i got headacke and allergies from i stayed first 2 days in a one bedroom apartment then booked a third day had to move rooms for od reason the room window was left open when i inspected room now i think the made new the room stunk and did that to air it out. after checking in realised my room bathroom smelled like sewer **** looks like had some plumbing problem with the toilets but they couldn´t move me till next day as was booked e and gave me a 11euro cold breakfast credit as compensation. rooms are noisy can hear through the walls when people move in the bed and the room doors can hear peoples conversations. also after staying 5 days as next day moved rooms and booked 2 more days so after i booked a six but had a mistake with the booking in stead of a check in on saturday i booked friday but i was payed till saturday so asked the 2 women in front desk whom prior i was friendly with to correct or credit for the day and rebook me for the sat check in and i will pay the diffrence in the rate they refused said they can´t . i lost 100 euros for nothing they probably double rented the room as i couldn´t stay in 2 rooms. they are fake friendly refused to correct a simple mistake for an extra night would of been my sixth. fake smiles and friendliness but when need help they good for nothing bunch of empty shels of human beings. I am a world traveler been traveling for 2.5 years out of past 5 years been in about 8 countries spent over 20k usd on hotels traveled besides over life traveled over 60 countries. never had a hotel i was physicaly staying in and wanted to extend my stay not correct was only 100 euros the next day would of been 160 euros for other room i would of paid the difference spoke to 2 front desk zombies and customer service online. i told them i´m sure you employees make mistakes all the time book people in wrong rooms and correct youd think your boss is a bastard if fires you for one mistake yet they refused to simply correct my date and charge the difference. I hope this hotel goes to hell. i refused to stay their and checking out in the morning to a new hotel in the area. for me if all humans would be like this life not worth living. I told them i will be putting a bad review and reminded them about the room smelled like **** i guess they don´t care i hope they choke on the 100 euros. i am checking out this morning. just to be clear i sent an email with in 1 minute of the mistake to trip.com and i came to front desk with in 5 minutes of the mistake. the hell with them. at this point even giving me back the 100 euros wouldn´t satisfy the ruining of my day and blood pressure. with them

The Junior Suites are standaard rooms. And if you stay there. Its ones a week they clean your room. So 4 star service we didnt het it. And I make contact with trip about it, and they promised me something, but I dont see it on my profile the €40,- cashback.

Apartamentos muy buenos en pleno centro de Bucarest. Limpieza impecable. Cuidado con el procedimiento de reserva, ya que hay que enviar copia de pasaporte de todos los alojados para poder recibir el número de apartamento con su código de acceso.
