The bed is so hard no adult or child can sleep on a bed like that. We arraived and they were no towel in the room when we call them to bring towel to the room they answer that they cant cause they run out of towels. The one small towel in the bathroom was dirty.no safe and no t.v in the bed room

I rented a 2 bedroom apar**ent for 3 nights. My email from the main office for arrival, stated for me to go to an address around the corner from the apt to pick up the keys. They were very specific for me to get the key from a lock box outside a travel agency. They gave me the code for the box and I told them what time I would be there. That was fine they said and I could leave my luggage in the room until checkin time. Well, arrived at the lockbox, an hour after the time I had given them, I opened the box and no key. I didn't know what to do, so I called the phone number given on the email (I'm from Canada, so can't wait for that bill) and was told to go into the travel agency (Wish I had been given those instructions before) and get instuctions. When I talked to the girl on the phone and told her the keys were not in the box, she said "Well they have not been put there yet....WHAT.) The girl gave us instuctions on how to find the apt. and off we went. The keys were suppose to be in the apt when we went up. Guess what.... the door was locked, so more phone calls. Finally someone came to let us in. After going in and looking around, the apt was a solid 3 star. It was adequate. The worst problem were all of the ants in the kitchen area. There was lots of them and each time I would kill them all, their sisters and brothers came to take their place. The kitchen was very sp****. One small little tea towel, no washing cloth for the dishes. If you use paper towels or kleenex, bring some as there are none supplied. It was very quiet, considering the location. I liked that. Very handy to most things. Groceries just down the road. We were in unit B216. One thing about the door is that it's difficult o open. We finally figured out the you have to pull the door in, as you unlock it. I'm not sure if I would stay there agin. I might look for something else.

Very spacious apar**ent, two bedrooms and enough space in kitchen and sitting room to accommodate a family of four. Very well located, close to subway and main attractions. Amenities are scarce... a little more in the kitchen would be nice (like coffee maker , towels, paper towels). The staff are very nice and ready to resolve any kind of problem.

Fantastic apar**ent…clear and excellent directions to get the key for self check in. We had a one bedroom and you could not fault this, had every amenity you require, even a washing machine despite a 24 hour laundrette below, clean, balcony with table & chairs, comfortable bed, full oven/hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, TV. We would not hesitate in booking again should we return. Thank you also the the lovely lady, Rita at Ank-Air travel who looks after the apar**ent. Tom & Jane Brennan

Overall very bad experience. When I booked the appartement I specifically checked that it had a double bed and it's explicitly mentioned. In practice I got a bed with 2 connected mattresses so I could sleep either on one side or the other one but not in the middle. I asked the reception to change the appar**ent. They admitted that it's not a double bed and said they have very few apar**ents with a real double bed and all of the are booked so they couldn't help me. There was no empathy or an attempt to somehow solve the issue.

Appartenenti molto grande per 3 persone con due camere matrimoniali e due bagni, cucina molto spaziosa e pratica. Ottima posizione con supermercato e mezzi pubblici a 400 metri. Stra consigliato! A disposizione anche lavastoviglie e lavatrice

Limpio, céntrico, se nos fundió una bombilla y la cambiaron rápido. Nos limpiaron el apartamento a mitad de estancia. Terracita muy agradable. Solo una pega, el supermercado de al lado “Prima” con personal extremadamente mal educado con los extranjeros. Fuimos como 4 veces y nos trataron a cual peor. Una pena que no vean que uno de los ingresos de la cuidad es el turismo

Siamo stati per 4 notti su questo appartamento e veramente ci siamo sentiti benissimo la pulizia e la comodita era veramente eccezionale, l’unica pecca era l’ascensore che un giorno faccieva un rumore strano ma tutto il resto era TOP. Lo consiglio a tutti i turisti .
