Excelente estancia, el cuarto muy limpio y con las comodidades, la cama y almohadas muy cómodos me encantó los accesorios de microondas y tazas, el desayuno muy variado y rico, la atención del personal y ayuda excelente.... Muy recomendable, volveré encantada!!!

O hotel é muito bom. Os lençóis são bons e limpos, café da manhã bem variado, tudo bem fresquinho a localidade também é boa, o uber e táxi chega bem rápido. O quarto tem um tamanho bem legal. A recepção foi muito simpática. A única coisa que não mencionava na reserva era a necessidade de um cartão de crédito, no entanto no mais gostei bastante!

Tivemos alguns problemas

Was told to make reservation with them officially and that they would charge my card in person upon check in. However they still charged my card in USD which is 2.2x the rate I would pay if paid in person plus a 30% tax. The reservations department continuously hangs up on me once they know I was trying to correct this. I had already stayed with them once in the past and was advised to do the same and had told them I was going to make another reservation the same way. Do not stay with them, this is not a reputable company.

I have travelled the world extensively over the last 40 years and this has to rate as the worst checking in experience ever. We had reserved a room for 3 adults with the hotel directly and had a confirmed booking. We dropped our luggage off with the hotel, placed our personal belongings in the hotel safe on the Sunday morning and were told we could not check in until after 3pm and they would take our payment then. We spent the day sightseeing around Buenos Aires, having a lovely meal at Don Julio (a great place to go for the best steak), and returned to the hotel @10.30pm only to be told that they had no room available for the family. It appears that @ 5pm that day a guest suffered a broken pipe in their room and the reception staff had decided to give them our room and find us alternative accommodation in another hotel. The alternative accommodation was two single beds in a disabled room for a group of three. Naturally we were upset, the hotel did not offer to pay the differential, and were unwilling to even pay the taxi to our new accommodation. In addition we had organised for a private Gaucho trip to pick us up from their hotel on the Monday morning. What happened next was bearing on the farcical. A reception staff member decided to call the police as they believed we were being aggressive. The police arrived, and lucky for us our son is a fluent Spanish speaker. They sided with ourselves, told the reception staff member that they should not have been called out and due to the fact the hotel were unwilling to pay for a return taxi fare gave us a lift to the other hotel. We then returned to the hotel on the Monday morning in time for our tour and booked into the hotel using a British Airways voucher for the Monday night (10 October) On the Tuesday when we checked out to return to Chile my wife and son spoke to the manager. The manager was not aware of the police being called and our circumstances (very poor internal communication). They explained all of the circumstances and we have been offered 1 nights free accommodation which we will never take. We have to date not received any explanation as to why no one contacted us on the Sunday to inform us that reservations had changed our hotel and as to why we had been rebooked into a room with 2 single beds. In addition when we stayed on the Monday night, the enamel paint was flaking off the bath, the sink taps were not fixed to the basin (refer pictures attached) and the breakfast milk was sour. Due to our experience it is difficult to recommend this hotel to anyone

Not one I'd go back to!! Whilst the location is good, this hotel is very dated. The first room we were given was small and the bathroom looked like it was from the 1950's-including all the dirt from that time. We were moved, "upgraded' to room that was bigger-had a lounge as well as a bedroom. However, the bathroom, whilst a little cleaner still felt like it was stuck in the 1950's. Worse, the sofabed in the lounge was filthy, had stains and was torn in several places. The breakfast was below par too. Whilst there was some variety there, sadly the breads/cakes and the fruit were left uncovered with the result that the flies had a field day. As we were checking out early in the morning, we asked for an early breakfast (6am). Were told this was not possible. We complained to our agent as we had paid for bed and breakfast. Only after that did the hotel agree to provide a packed breakfast for us.

Brilliant location but definitely not 4* In a really lovely area next to a lot of bars and cafes and shops . Felt very safe walking around and easy to walk to so many places from here . Our first night here was a disappointment. Arrived after a 14 hour flight and understandably we couldn’t check in as too early but no where to shower so had to change in a very small toilet and carry on until check in time . Rooms very big, no nice views but that doesn’t matter . Everything a little run down and bits of furniture falling apart . I think they are slowly doing it up . Pool had water in but covered in leaves and a layer of dirt . Second time was very different. We could check in early , nicer room and reception most helpful Breakfast is good . If you want a budget hotel with good location this is good .

El hotel es 3* muy bien ubicado, muy buena zona, rodeado de bares, café, restó, etc, de muy buen nivel y muy buen ambiente, la zona segura, se ve patrullaje policial en motos permanentemente, la gente camina distendida y tranquila. El hotel está muy lejos de ser 4* como se ofrece en Despegar y en otras plataformas, no cuenta con tomas junto a la cama, algo fundamental hoy en día para un teléfono y una pc , el baño (fotos) esta epoxipado de manera muy desprolija, todo limpio, pero insisto, es un hotel 3* , cuenta con estacionamiento propio que no es detalle menor, en mi opinión hay hoteles 3* con mejor calidad de infraestructura por menor precio en zonas del Abasto, Recoleta y Palermo, soy visitante frecuente de la ciudad y lo tomé por lo que ofrece en su propia web y por la ubicación. Si bien los espacios comunes sos vistosos, minimalistas y con intervención del diseño tanto los accesos, espacios de circulación y mobiliario evidencian desgaste y falta de mantenimiento. Repito, no es un feo hotel 3*, no volvería a elegirlo, simplemente como comenté anteriormente, hay mejores opciones con óptima relación precio-calidad. En cuanto al confort, buena climatizacion, buena calidad de sommier y de blanco, tanto sábanas, toallas y almohadas. El personal muy atento en todo momento

La ubicación es buena, no es Recoleta, es Retiro, deberían cambiar el nombre La habitación ruidosa, el wifi era malo, la ducha con muy poca presión de agua, el desayuno deja mucho que desear. Resumiendo, no vovleria a ese hotel
