hôtel bien situé, nous avons fait beaucoup de marches et de marches, nous avons trouvé les environs très sûrs. Nous sommes allés aussi en taxi, sur le site passaient plusieurs et nous n'avons pas eu de problème. Quand on est arrivés dans la chambre, il y avait deux lits de solitaire, nous nous sommes rassemblés et nous avons pu dormir de cette façon. Le frigobar n'est pas glacé, c'est juste pour maintenir la température ambiante. Nous prenons le record de chaleur en Argentine en mars o/23, Dieu merci que la climatisation fonctionnait parfaitement, la douche est excellente, le petit déjeuner est OK, le wifi qui n'est pas très bon. Si vous allez faire des excursions, rester toute la journée et ne voulez pas rester longtemps à l'hôtel, juste utiliser pour se reposer, je vous recommande.

I don't know how this hotel got its rating, because it's very far from 4 star in my mind. The rooms are just fine and basic, but the bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on in my life. The mattress was so lumpy had a big indent and tilt I had to sleep in, so could only lie in a specific position on the edge of the bed. I really can't overstate how bad the bed was. The showers aren't great and the shower curtain kept falling off and they just kept gluing it back on. Weirdly, they are also strict on toilet paper. They won't give you a spare roll, even though when we arrived we only had just under half a roll left from the last guest only. I'll also mention that we were on the first floor which was very noisy, from hearing absolutely everything on the street to the people in the bathroom above us. The breakfast is fairly miserable, but seems consistent with other hotel breakfasts I had in the same region. Just a few pastries, cereal, some bread and warm ham and cheese. I'd recommend sticking to eating the croissants only. I will say, the hotel is conveniently located to the city centre.

Bâtiment magnifique bien mis en valeur par la décoration et l'éclairage. Les chambres sont très spacieuses et la literie très confortable. Malheureusement nous n'avons pas correctement pu régler la température intérieure. Le petit-déjeuner est très bien et complet, dans une très belle salle de restauration. Personnel très agréable et disponible, prêt à rendre service et à nous conseiller sur les activités à faire dans la ville. Plutôt bien situé à proximité de l'axe Congrès/Maison rose et proche du métro. Nous avons presque pu faire toutes nos visites à pied.

Je suis japonais, et je voudrais envoyer un message utile aux Japonais futurs. La position est un peu difficile. Mais elle est située où elle peut quitter la ville immédiatement, donc ne craint pas de se déplacer. Le service est excellent. Attention, il faut une taxe d'hébergement local. La propreté est aussi très fine et peut être propre le lendemain. Il y a de l'eau de lavage, de l'obésité physique, etc., mais pas de lac, il faut le prendre. L'eau est occasionnellement dégradée. Petit-déjeuner jusqu'à 10 heures. Il y a une eau de café dans la chambre, un réfrigérateur sur le bureau, avec deux bouteilles d'eau acide, deux bouteilles, deux bouteilles de bière. Il y a deux bouteilles.

First I'd like to say that the young man who assisted me when I arrived late at night at Up Tribeca was entirely professional and courteous with me, even though I checked out almost immediately after checking in. So: I initially booked three nights at Up Tribeca because the reviews for the hotel were all positive; however, the hotel ”ambience” is entirely artificial and - to put bluntly - weird. All the rooms are centered around an open-air courtyard (btw, that courtyard is the only fresh air in the hotel), and because I checked-in late at night, I had a very hard time trying to find my room number while walking the hallway along the courtyard, as it was lit by a few neon lights that (I guess) gave off a cool vibe, but no actual light. Because it was so dark, I mistook the wrong room for mine and kept trying to open the door with my card, until I noticed (again, hard to see with no light!) the ”do not disturb” sign on the door handle (sorry to whomever might have woken up to me trying to open their door.) I then continued down the dark hallway to my correct room, and when I opened the door, I was greeted to a completely windowless box of a room that reeked of synthetic air-freshener, making it smell like I just walked into a Zara Home Furnishing store. The smell was suffocating, and of course there was no way to open a window to get rid of it because no window existed. If you've ever watched the Apple Tv show ”Severance,” then you'll get the kind of atmosphere this room had: it felt completely claustrophobic and dystopic. I didn't spend more than thirty seconds in that room before I grabbed my suitcase and went down to the front desk, requesting a different room that had a window, only to be informed none of the rooms have windows. At that point, I asked him to call me a taxi, and I left for another hotel. To sum up: if you don't care that you're staying in a windowless box that smells like a home furnishing store in the local mall, you'll be fine at Up Tribeca. Otherwise, I would strongly recommend you book elsewhere.

Bon emplacement, les choses ne sont pas extrêmement sympathiques, mais ok, la chambre est correcte, mais il n'y a pas de moquette dans la chambre, juste du carrelage. Le petit déjeuner est correct, même si le fromage à la crème était terriblement aqueux et insipide, vous ne devriez même pas envisager de le donner à une créature vivante.

We booked the HTL Urbano hotel on *********** for staying four times(two nights each time) during our vacation in Argentina.The very first time on November 2 through November 4, instead of the deluxe room for two they gave us a single room with a small bathtub with the slippery slanted side wall and rotating bathtub door.There is no safety handles in that bathtub.I stepped on the corner,felled with my face against the bathtub,got stitches at the hospital…We didn’t have time to talk to them,because we were busy looking for the hospital and a doctor and had the busy itineraries.After the second night we went to the Iguazu falls and left our luggage in their storage.We returned to the hotel two more times(after the trip to the Patagonia and Uruguay).We had the reservations made from home long time ago.On our last leg of the two nights stay( on November 16-18 after returning from the Colonia on the ferry,hotel informed us that our reservation was canceled, because they couldn’t approve our credit card.We had paid with the same credit card at that hotel twice for our first and third stay!We found ourselves at 10:00 pm at night without accommodation, and our luggage in the storage at HTL Urbano. Receptionists called his manager,and utter that conversation was very rude to us,refused to help,refused to let me to talk to his manager directly,refused to call a taxi for us!He said that he is nobody and the hotel doesn’t have a manager! I would recommend people to stay away from that terrible and unsafe hotel who’s employees have no integrity, not willing to help.Also hotel is located in the business area,which is deserted and unsafe at night

I've been staying at Air B& B's since 2017, being La Habana; Cuba my first experience ever so Trip Advisor (finally) is great to see I can now review Air BB's and by the way just a ”constructive” criticism more ”categories” should be added: trains, airlines etc. (just saying). Here we go: As a native Argentinean I go home at least once a year to visit my family, obvioulsy 90 % of the time to & from Buenos Aires, not I'm not from B.A. (Buenos Aires) but I either fly to or from to continue my trip to my hometown. My last time there I stayed at Top Rentals Buenos Aires, my very first time using this company and I must say I was really impressed ! The property is located on Esmeralda Street so centrally located is within walking distance pretty much anywhere downtown, super safe, always be mindful of your surroundings like everywhere else and do please ( can't type all caps) but NO flashy jewelry or nothing fancy while on the streets. The check in process is located in one of the upper floors of the Building Complex, but upon arrival the security officer at the lobby will give you specific instructions where to go. Rooms are so spacious, clean, beautiful views of the area and a small balcony to sip your malbecs, with the River Plate on the background. The staff is super attentive, apartments comes with toiletries, towels, and utensils for cooking, but really ?? You are in The Paris of South America so who will want to cook ? I couldn’t use the pool too cold for me. I highly recommend it you won't regret it, so good this place is that with my luck!!! One of the South American Presidents (don't know whom) decided to stay in that same building at the time of my visit, no wonder why there were so many police and security so if this place is good enough for a president of country I'm guessing is good enough for us to!! C'est un grand hôtel situé dans l'une des meilleures et plus belles zones de CABA (et les entrées au sous-sol sont très proches) et est assez insonorisé. C'est un hôtel très large et confortable. Le petit déjeuner est très satisfaisant. Le Wi-Fi a fonctionné très bien, nous avons pu travailler là-bas. Si vous pouviez améliorer, c'est la quantité de bouchons (poussures) dans chaque chambre, puisque notre chambre n'avait que 1 disponible. Nous n'avons pas pu utiliser le truc parce qu'il était vide les jours où nous sommes allés.

hôtel à un excellent rapport coût-avantages. Lieu très bon! Pour les évaluations sur les sites d'hébergement, nous avons demandé de ne pas rester au 1er étage et c'est le meilleur conseil que je puisse donner. Notre chambre au 2e étage était très silencieux! Les chambres du 1er étage doivent être très souillées par le bruit, ils offrent un petit déjeuner simple qui brise un trou.
