入住體驗不太好,工作人員服務還不錯,一直等到我們辦理入住,但是訂的高級海景房,分配的樓層太矮,沒有想象中的美麗海景,不知道是不是我們晚到的緣故?最不好的體驗是被子太臟了,幸好我們自帶了被套

We really enjoyed our two week stay here. We were on the 15th floor north facing end unit 58. Incredible view looking down towards Surfers Paradise. #58 is a two bedroom, two bathroom unit with washer and dryer. The kitchen was fully stocked with cutlery, pots&pans, and all the bowls, utensils etc. There was a dishwasher also. This apartment is ideally located, Close to Coles and Woolworth Metro. Numerous bottle shops are also close by. You can walk from Burleigh Point Park right up to Surfers Paradise if you wanted. The beach is great all the way there. Swimming is great right out front with three life quart stations set up on the beach.

Our room was on the southern end of the 15th floor where obviously the view ocean was captivating (especially sunrise) - even the view from the second room over the suburbs to the hills was impressive. The room was spacious, clean, nicely appointed. It was also air-conditioned, which I don’t think is a luxury, more a necessity. Only stayed for the weekend. Wish it was longer.

Do not risk booking here. My brother and I had booked an apartment for a long weekend in November 2022, only to be called and asked to cancel booking as the owner wanted to unit for that date. At the time of booking their were 2 apartments available which I was told was no longer the case and I had no other choice they did not have anything for us. As it is only a few weeks out the other options are much more expensive.

Stayed here for 3 weeks in a 2 bedroom apartment.Views we’re amazing and apartment was fantastic . Facilities here are great everything you need and more . Management so helpful from day 1 and always there to help with anything you need . Would most definitely stay again .

They need to stop false advertising this accommodation- there is NOTHING luxury about this apartment complex as stated on the dated sign out the front or the images on websites. Our room ( 12) was on the 4th floor. Furniture old fashioned- However in saying that the kitchen was updated white & fresh & the apartment was clean & the views of beach great. We were a family of 4 - 2 adults & 2 teens. They do not provide face cloths. This really irritated us as this is the first time ever we have not been given face cloths or hand towels at any accommodation. As we were from NZ we had to go buy extra towels. Cold showers. Every day one of us had cold showers as the hot water ran out quickly. The wifi was absolutely terrible, the first day we were given a replacement router ( thanks for that) However it was still very bad & very inconsistent so if you are from overseas I suggest you buy extra data. Small bedrooms , small bathrooms. Main entrance feels & looks a bit depressing & dated. , surely it’s not too much to put a face cloth , an xtra dishwash, wash sachet into each apartment. This is our 5th visit to the Gold Coast over the years , unfortunately our Least favourite accommodation BUT we also are very aware of how tough it’s been over the past 2 years with covid , however it’s the little things that count , the lady on reception is rude & blunt however her husband was very pleasant to deal with . As business owners I totally get that some days you are tired & over it which we understand. We would not recommend for the price & suggest that you look elsewhere . It’s not bad but nor is it quite good enough- but It’s only our opinion & as we all are aware all apartments are privately owned so can vary .

11th floor views magnifcent 2 small balconies with some privacy Newy renovated bathrooms fantastic Pool and area is great Beds and pillows very comfy Rest of unit very tired, chocolate carpets tired and show every spec Kitchen benches from the 80s Desperately need a paint throughout Small TV and lack of quality sound was painful

My order confirmation (for superior room) said there was air conditioning- there was none. My poor kids kept getting woken up by their light turning on at random times throughout the night- I suspect faulty wiring. The laundry light didn’t work. The bedside and bathroom lights were blindingly bright- I’d suggest you switch to warm white bulbs- sounds like nitpicking, I know! Great location and friendly managers on site but for $500 a night I would have expected more. Glad we only stayed a night.

We stayed in Unit 5 and upon arrival I was told that it had been refurbished and it was a lovely space. I was very excited with this news but upon entering, the room was very dated. Reminded me of my grandparent's house in the 80s. It had a strange smell too which eventually went away with some open doors. The skirting boards, sliding door runs, lamp shades, window sills, toilet roll hangers and fake plants were caked with thick layers of dust and were dirtiest places. If I could attach photos I would because it was disgusting. The carpet is long overdue to be completely replaced. When my husband began unpacking his belongings for our week long stay, he found a random pair of dirty socks in the top draw of the main bedroom. The mould growing in the ensuite bathroom was a clear indication on how long it's been since a deep clean has been completed. Disappointing especially during covid and on the hotel information it states it is professionally cleaned. It also lacked a much needed air conditioner when the property listing clearly stated that the room would have air conditioning. My husband, toddler and I went downstairs to enjoy the indoor spa. The temp was lovely but we soon realised the pump cover on the bottom of the spa was not installed correctly as my calves and thighs were quickly ****** into the spa floor. I have bruises all over my legs from the suction of the spa. The next day when reception was open I made the male owner aware of the issue and showed him my bruised legs. He responded with "Yes I've been meaning to change the cover on that. I just need to empty all the water." He then led me to the maintenance cupboard to show me that he already bought the replacement cover. I'm sure this was to make me feel better but it only shocked me that he not only knew of the issue but also neglected to immediately replace the cover and still allowed guests in the spa! I am on lifelong blood thinners so my bruises are very large and nasty. I have photos. And not once through the entire interaction with the owner did he apologise. 2 days later I walked past the spa on my way to the outdoor pool and noticed the cover had been changed to the new replacement. When I arrived at the hotel I asked the owner what time facilities (pool, gym etc) closed and he told me 10pm. One night, my husband and I went out for a swim while my mother looked after my toddler. We didnt realise how much time had passed when we finished and noticed it was 10:20pm. We dried off and went to go back inside only to realise that our key would no longer work to let us back inside. Either the security system automatically locks at 10pm or the owner neglected to check if any guests were still outside prior to locking. Either way, a check should have been completed at 10pm to ensure all guests were inside before the system locked down. With no way to contact the owners, my husband and I had to climb the fence and entire through the front sliding doors. Due to this experience,
