Malesef jakuzi caliştikça pislik cıkıyor ekstra ücret aliyorlar ama temizlik malrsef yok parkeler eskimiş.

L'environnement est bon, l'eau est propre

Ailecek gittik Termal ile hiç alakası yok , tavanı basık soğuk bir havuz, 2 kişinin ancak kullanabileceği bir hamam , pencereler kapalı olsa bile danki sokakta yatıyorsunuz, daha yazılcak çok olumsuz yanları var ama bunlar size fikir olsun. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmem.

Bellboyların ilgi ve alakası için çok teşekkür ederim oda biraz küçük olmasına rağmen yatak çok rahattı komidinlerin arkaları ve altları bile tertemizdi tam bir F/p oteli

Otel çekirge bölgesinde, biz yemeksiz rezervasyon yapmışız o yüzden akşam yemeği yada kahvaltı yapmadık, otelin otopark alanı kısıtlı olduğundan anahtarı teslim ettiğimiz arkadaşlar aracımızı otelin yaklaşık 150 metre ilerisinde yol kenarına park etmiş (benim için problem değil buarada), f/p bir otel diyebilirim

odalar geniş temiz. fakat misafirim memnun kalmadı. eşyaların eski olduğunu ve sesten uyuyamadığını söyledi. termal havuz var fakat masaj vs yok. bursaya iş için gittiyseniz tercih edilebilir. otoparkı var

Superior oda aldık ancak oda bakimsizdi duş giderleri tıkalı ve lavaboda eşik olmadığı için sular odaya kadar girdi odanın birçok yerinde toz ve boya kalıntıları vardı. Şampuan duş jeli ve kişisel bakım ürünleri konulmamıştı. TV dekoderi he an düşecek şekilde duruyordu. Şehir manzaralı oda seçtik ancak manzarayı pek göremedik onu oldukça kapalıydı. Havuza bone şartı vardı.

We arrived as a travel group of 41people, in the he lobby is an old timer firefighter car -amazing! And a -sadly- colored in gold -old motorbike. At the counter were two friendly employees with big smiles, one called Ana (or do you spell it Anna?) and another i couldn't remember the name i am sooo sorry, sounded similar to a snack i remember that. Check in was fast and painless. In my room I had a water issue, in the bathroom so i explained the problem and instantly got another room. Yes the hotel is not the newest and yes you can see it a little. The hotel is clean, the rooms are nicely sized. The Dinner was soooo tasty, it felt like made with care - from the minute i stepped i o this hotel, no joke, it felt like it has “soul” remembering back i still think this was a great hotel to go to and i may actually visit it again! After dinner had a little chat at the counter with the employees and told even them how “home” it feels and that i feel the soul n love put into it… Breakfast was yummy aswell, tea coffee variations of cold n warm food just to much for me to chose from so early. We left the the hotel soon after and I got asked on our first stop if I forgot something, i denied... But there was a picture of my suitcase at the lobby so i joked it was so nice it wanted to stay. I would be fine to get it days later in Antalya but a co traveler also forgot his luggage n needed it. The he owner of the hotel had some business to do that week close to our next hotel and he decided to do it he same day and to bring us our luggage free of charge. When i heated that i just repeated “i told you i felt soul in that hotel” hands down, even without this big gesture, amazing hotel and worth a visit!

The hotel was below expectations. It os listed as a 4 star but nothing about it was 4 star. The lobby floors were dirty The furniture old. The elevator button did not function properly. The hair dryer wire was frayed and the bed and pillows uncomfortable. The good point was that the staff was very helpful and and tried to make us comfortable.

The worst hotel, we ever went too. We stayed for one night. We were a tour group and everyone in our group complained about the room. The bathroom was really dirty, with mould. I refused to sleep in that condition and were offered the Presidental Room which was more spacious but still dirty with mould. Dinner buffet was terrible, breakfast was slightly better.

This hotel is near the city center. It has a good breakfast,but the glasses and the forks aren't clean. The hotel is very noisy. It isn't a family hotel. The bedroom is very dirty. The bed and the TV are broken. The phone is broken,too. There aren't any clean towels. There aren't refreshments. There is a safe in my room,but not in all rooms. There is an air conditioning. The staff are lovely. There are historical buildings near the hotel. The hotel doesn't have a gym,mini golf and tennis.

I am a South African and travelled to Turkey on holiday.We were booked into this hotel by travel agent. Upon arrival, service was good. We arrived in the late evening and supper wasn’t much variety or good. This could be because we arrived late. Staff were friendly. The lifts are small and can fit 2 people with 2 x big luggage and 2 x small luggage bags. We had a long wait for the lift due to the number of people on the tour. When we get to our room (double bed room), to our disgust the room smelt like cigarette. Shower was filthy with mould in the shower. Hairdryer didn’t work, aircon blowed just warm air. Reported same to manager who sent up his technician. We were then moved to the jacuzzi suite. Which was much more cleaner and better. Breakfast was good..better variety than supper and it’s tasty.

Resepsiyondaki bekleyişten sonra çalışan arkadaşların garip tavırları ile otele giriş yaptık. Ya biraz tecrübesizler ya da kafaları karışık.( Öyle ki gece 21.40 civarı arayıp TC no'yu yanlış almışız diyebiliyorlar) Otelin yeri ***et iyi. Temizlik konusunda da hakları yenemez. Odadaki tarihi eser klima soğutmuyor diye aradık, teknik servise bildiriyorum cevabı aldık. 10 dk sonra resepsiyonsu yine biz aradığımızda teknik servis "beklesinler kendine gelir dedi" gibi bir cevap aldık. Fakat biz tekrar aramadan bize bilgi verme zahmetine bile katlanmamışlar. Her neyse gidilir mi gidilir fakat çalışanlarla ne kadar az muhatap olursanız o kadar keyifli geçer.
