Avis : Sheraton Qingdao Licang Hotel

The location is a bit far away from the city.However the service is good and the room is clean.Will come back again !

I was extremely disappointed with my stay at the Qingdao Licang Sheraton. The hotel is old and poorly maintained. The first room we were assigned had a broken shower head, forcing us to move rooms at 5:00 am — a huge inconvenience. The bathroom walls also showed significant wear and tear, which added to the unpleasant experience. The front desk service was even more frustrating. They were dishonest about the charges for my laundry service. I was presented with a bill for RMB 320, but I was charged over RMB 380 at check out. When I asked for an itemized statement to clarify the discrepancy, they refused to provide one. Considering my flight schedule, I had no choice but to pay the incorrect amount and leave, but this was completely unacceptable. Moreover, the staff at the front desk often displayed a poor attitude toward customers. As a loyal Bonvoy member, I expect a much higher standard of service, but this hotel fell far below expectations.

Friendly and helpful staff, and quite nice facilities. The room was well-appointed and the bed was comfortable. Will stay here again.

Had an amazing stay at Sheraton! The staff was super friendly, the room was clean and cozy, and the bed was so comfortable I didn’t want to leave. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options, and the location was perfect—close to everything.

Good location, big room, staff super helpful. The negative point it was the shower, that doesnt work very well.

We’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times. Great location right across the street from a good mall with a lot of food options. Sheraton also has a great buffet and a Japanese restaurant. We also love the pool! The only negative was that this particular stay l, our executive suite room smelled like someone lived there for at least a week and smoked a pack a day.

Very nice property. Big size rooms. Front desk staff Judy and Alice were coperative and helpful. Supported us with late checkout. Cleanliness staff Qingjao was also very prompt and helpful.

Hotel is located next to the construction site, so every room will be noisy, check the video. After contacting the front desk service the stuff made we wait for another few hours to place me in another room, i wasn’t even offered water. They are definitely aware that all floors one side hotel in all rooms will be noise from outside. I didn’t hear any apologies, no comments at all. The service is horrible, breakfast not delicious, I only can say that rooms itself are nice, but you won’t enjoy because of the attitude the employees bring.

For this price, the room was super huge and nice. The bed can easily sleep 4 pax honestly. The toilet had 2 mirrors, 2 basins, so convenient for sharing. Huge room and clean. The receptionist were helpful as well. Honestly a very good experience here and totally would love to come again.

The location was great. Living in peace. Nearby area is really good to have a walk.

We stayed here a couple of nights when we arrived in Qingdao and had a lovely time. Breakfast was tasty with lots of options, the room was clean and comfortable, service was great, and I loved the location, next to a little park that was great for running. I would definitely stay here again.
