Le Collective Busan Station

Beautiful home. Big clean spacious. Near to Busan train station. Short walk to subway. Family love the place.

The place has a scenic view and very clean. It is also spacious to fit 7 people. We had to walk through the bridge from the Busan station and go up and down the lift to reach the building which is a little troublesome but it’s still accessible to many tourist attractions. However, it’s slightly difficult for foreigners as we did not receive the email regarding the procedure for self check in hence we took a while to contact the staff. Some appliances such as the kettle and clock were not working. As for the TV, there was audio but no image for all apps (YouTube, Netflix etc) Generally, we still enjoyed our stay and we will still recommend other people to stay here.

the process of check in not convenience, and the info not clearly hv email them few day before the check in day but didn’t reply or give me any information also the location a bit different to find after found the luggage storing room I need to waste a lot time to follow the instructions in the front door to contact the ai bot and it hard to communicate with the bot and waste me a lot time to receive the password for the luggage room and the details of how to get in the room except the process of check in , the room is very nice n clean

Management very prompt in addressing any concerns with the property despite there being no front desk. Facility is very nice and spacious plus kept extremely tidy and clean. Will definitely stay again if in Busan.

The aparthotel is very near to Busan station and accessible via connecting bridge, the apartment is well furnished and we really like it. The check in process is not really pleasant as we were not given any details and can't reach the given contact number at level 3 storage area. Only able to check in when there is a young guy coincidently came back from lunch.

Location is good. Only no specified instructions given and no proper description of bed type, no service desk and language barrier.

Tòa nhà bảo mật tốt nên mỗi lần đi vào đều hơi khó, nhưng quen rồi sẽ không sao. Hướng dẫn đi qua 3 lớp bảo an nếu bạn ở Block B: Nếu đi KTX đến Busan thì tìm exit 10 để đi cầu thang trên cao dẫn thẳng sang Marina G7, đi theo hướng dẫn để đến Block B và thang máy, khi đến thang máy nghĩa là bạn đã đứng ở tầng 3 tòa Marina G7. Do tầng 3 không nhận quét QR, nên hãy ấn thang xuống tầng 1. Đứng trong thang máy ở tầng 1, quét mã QR mà chủ nhà gửi cho, rồi ấn thang máy lên tầng 4. Đến tầng 4, ra khỏi thang, đi vào khu quầy lễ tân, gần đó có 1 cánh cửa ra vào bị khóa mã, ở đó bạn nhập password cho building entrance: nhập đoạn mã #+4 số# trước, chờ 1 chút sau đó nhập tiếp 4 số tiếp theo, mở cửa đi vào tìm thang máy lên tầng phong của bạn. Vào thang máy, quét mã QR chủ nhà gửi cho (nếu không quét được nghĩa là màn hình điện thoại chưa đủ sáng, nên mở max độ sáng màn hình để quét QR dễ hơn), sau đó nhập số tầng của mình và enter. Lên đúng tầng, tìm phòng, nhập mã doorlock để mở cửa, và chào mừng bạn đến với thế giới tiện nghi!!!! Căn hộ rộng rãi, bếp riêng đầy đủ dụng cụ nấu ăn và nồi chảo ấm đun lò vi sóng tủ lạnh máy giặt..., phòng ngủ với giường và gối êm, phòng khách rộng rãi với salon siêu êm ái và TV to nhiều nội dung xem, vệ sinh tiện nghi sạch sẽ, phòng để quần áo rộng rãi có cả styler.... không có gì để chê và bạn được tận hưởng mọi tiện nghi trên với mức giá phải chăng. Tòa nhà nối liền với ga Busan bằng cầu trên cao nên rất thuận tiện đi lại, gần ga Busan là mọi cửa hàng và các tiện lợi sầm uất khác mà khách du lịch cần đến Mình đã yêu luôn căn hộ này, và chắc chắn nếu đến Busan lần nữa, mình sẽ chỉ chọn ở đây mà thôi!
