這家大理雲龍縣的雲上四季酒店真的很不錯，我一進大堂，前台小妹就直接叫出了我的姓氏，功夫十分了得，我有點吃驚，還給我升級了房間，讓我受寵若驚，當向她問詢附近水果店，她十分熱情的介紹了天添超市，解決了問題，水不夠喝，再添兩瓶也沒問題，這位小妹服務態度好，業務嫻熟，值得表揚； 這家店的房間也很大，整體感覺整潔乾淨衞生，很舒服；床品也不錯；衞生間乾濕分離，水量水壓水温也很好；停車也方便； 遺憾的是這家店的早餐太簡單了，實在是不敢恭維，當今酒店行業是存量博弈階段，早餐好壞極大的關乎客人體驗的好壞，能幫助提升房價，希望老闆能認識到這個問題，加以改進之； 總之，從前台和客房二個方面講，這是一家很好的店，我還是給予五星的好評。如果早餐能改進提高到位，這家店一定是客人到雲龍縣旅行的首選。
