I recently stayed at this hotel, which just opened in September 2024, and I was thoroughly impressed. Everything is brand new and fresh, living up to the standard Ascott style of elegance and comfort.
The location is absolutely perfect for my needs, making it incredibly convenient for both work and leisure. On top of that, the hotel staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The modern design, pristine facilities, and warm service make this a top choice.

Bien manutentionné, attentif au détail et respectable personnel de garde de la conscience et de la maison. particulièrement Zhang Wei et Han Wen qui nous ont aidés très. Je viens toujours ici chaque été. Les fleurs Lingxiao à la porte battent leur plein. Xiaodu est toujours aussi froid et arrogant, mais malheureusement Kuan Kuan est allé à Meow Star. Le successeur Jiu Kuan est l'enfant de Kuan Kuan, qui est un peu timide envers les étrangers !
La dame de la réception a remboursé le tarif de la station de métro Wudingmen à l'hôtel et a surclassé la chambre. C'était tellement prévenant.

During our stay at this hotel, we were truly impressed by the thoughtful service and excellent amenities. The location is fantastic—convenient and close to everything we needed. The rooms and facilities were spotless, making our stay incredibly comfortable. One of the unexpected perks was the free self-service laundry, which was a great bonus, especially for longer stays.
What really stood out was the hospitality of the staff. We mentioned how much we enjoyed the local snacks, and to our surprise, they packed some for us as a parting gift when we checked out. It was such a kind and personal touch that made our experience even more special.
Overall, we highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, convenience, and warm hospitality. Would definitely stay here again!

L'emplacement de cet hôtel est vraiment bon. Il est situé juste à côté d'un grand centre commercial avec de nombreux bons restaurants et magasins. Il est situé à quelques pas de la porte Xuanwu 玄武门 et du lac Xuanwu 玄武湖. Il se trouve juste à côté d'un métro qui permet d'accéder facilement à d'autres parties de Nanjing comme le musée de Nanjing 南京博物院 ou le quartier du temple confucéen 夫子庙.
Les chambres étaient propres et tout y était de grande qualité. La vue sur Nanjing depuis ma chambre était magnifique.
Bien que le personnel de l'hôtel soit très sympathique, j'ai noté le service et les équipements comme 4/5 pour plusieurs raisons. Premièrement, la lessive est relativement chère alors qu’à Atour 亚朵 elle est gratuite. Si je me souviens bien, ils voulaient que je paie environ 35 RMB par vêtement. Deuxièmement, l'hôtel permet la livraison de plats à emporter mais ils ne les envoient pas dans votre chambre comme ils le font à Atour 亚朵. Vous devez vous rendre au hall et le récupérer vous-même. Ce sont les deux seules choses qui m’empêchent de donner tous les 5/5. A part ça, j'ai adoré cet hôtel surtout pour son emplacement et ses chambres confortables.
Si vous ne vous souciez pas de faire la lessive ou de commander des plats à emporter directement dans votre chambre, alors ces deux critiques sont des choses relativement mineures. J'ai vraiment apprécié mon séjour dans cet hôtel malgré tout.

La chambre dans laquelle j'ai séjourné était une chambre double. Les équipements de la chambre sont comme indiqué sur la photo. L'hygiène est correcte. J'ai une mauvaise impression du service.
1. Je suis arrivé vers 18 heures. Il y avait un garçon et une fille lors de son premier jour à la réception. La fille ne connaissait pas l'entreprise et l'enregistrement a été très lent. Je me suis également trompé dans l'une des chambres. Je lui ai dit ma carte d'identité et mon type de chambre un par un, mais c'était toujours faux. La réception qui connaissait l'entreprise ne m'a pas donné l'enregistrement. voyageaient avec moi. Les enfants étaient très fatigués après avoir joué pendant une journée et voulaient arriver tôt dans la chambre. L'ensemble du processus de repos a duré environ une demi-heure.
2. Lors de l'enregistrement, je me suis renseigné sur la possibilité de prendre le petit-déjeuner à l'hôtel. Dis-moi que c'est 48 yuans par personne. J'ai demandé s'il y avait une réduction et on m'a répondu non. Au total, six chambres ont été réservées et le prix n'était pas bon marché. Les membres d'Atour peuvent prendre leur petit-déjeuner, mais ils n'en ont pas été informés
3. Le lendemain matin, mes compagnons avaient besoin de manger à l'hôtel, j'ai donc de nouveau communiqué avec la réception et j'ai reçu la même réponse que la veille. Plus tard, après diverses consultations et communications, j'ai été autorisé à demander une adhésion. Même si j'ai été autorisé à demander une adhésion Gold dès le début, ils ne m'ont jamais dit que je réglerais les frais selon le plan qu'ils m'avaient donné. au début (qui était plus cher que le prix final de l'adhésion). Je suis toujours comme ça. En fait, ils m'ont menti et m'ont dit que je pouvais devenir membre après avoir longuement communiqué. Je n’entrerai pas dans les détails.

Clean and spacious room, close to xuanwu lake. Close to metro and Nanjing railway station. Breakfast is OK. Receptionists on the first day when arriving are willingly helpful. Only smell of tobacco painted in the room is allergically disturbing, though 2 room changed already.

YyongkhengsL'hôtel est très confortable et confortable, et le personnel de la chambre est très confortable. Il n'y a pas 10 minutes pour aller à Nanjing pour tomber. C'est vraiment pratique. Étant donné que les touristes internationaux n'ont pas de numéros nationaux, la réception Ya aide-nous à connecter le réseau. SSir Eric JohnStaying at the Jumeirah Nanjing is a ”must” experience for all travelers to the city. The hotel has a perfect location, being only 5min from the olympic stadium area and the Nanjing eye scenic area. The hotel staff are polite, friendly, and speak perfect english. The hotel rooms, whether city view or river view, are all sublime. Spacious room with spacious bathroom and complimentary drinks in the mini-fridge, the holiday feeling when you enter the room is immediate. The hotel has is home to a number of restaurants that offer a range of meals. Additionally, the hotel buffet is great (cost approx 350CNY) and includes a variety of meal options from seafood to steak to vegetarian options. I stay at this hotel once or twice per year and i thoroughly enjoy the stay each time.

TTinaMThis is the first time I've had an absolutely 10/10 experience with any hotel. This particular hotel also outranks every other Marriott I've ever stayed at. I genuinely could not think of a single negative point. I was only in Nanjing for 2 nights, in town for a meeting, and I'm so glad I chose to stay here.
Firstly, the room is exactly as advertised. Marriott hotels always have the fluffiest pillows, but this particular hotel had the most HEAVENLY pillows. The bed was so comfy that I ended up postponing my day plans just so I could sleep in! I didn't realise how desperately I needed that rest and recuperation, and am glad I chose to stay here and get what I needed. Also, this hotel does not skimp on the water - most hotels will only give you 2 tiny bottles a day, which if it's blazing hot outside, can be frustrating, especially if you want to boil water for tea/coffee in the morning. This hotel provides 4-5 complimentary bottles of water per day. In many ways, I felt like they anticipated what I'd need and would provide it before I even had the chance to ask. There is also an ironing board stowed in the room, which for me was a lifesaver as I had an important meeting.
As other reviewers have mentioned, the location is indeed fantastic. I was so relieved to find that after a long train journey, I only needed to hop on the subway for 1 stop - I didn't even need to exit the building, as the hotel is located inside the mall connected to the subway station.
The breakfast spread is not too bad either, with the highlight for me being the espresso machines. When I tell you this machine delivers the most divine coffee in 10 seconds, I am not kidding. It was one of my favourite things and a great way to kickstart a busy day.
At check-in, the reception staff ensured they gave me all the info I needed. I noticed this is often skipped at other hotels as staff are shy or reluctant to speak in English, which results in foreign guests missing out on relevant info or complimentary perks - but the Marriott team refused to let language be an obstacle. I was glad to learn free snacks and coffee were available in the executive lounge each evening. While I was there, the executive lounge manager - I think her name is Sheila, apologies if I've gotten this wrong - took the time to introduce herself and ask if I needed anything. She was so polite and genuinely seemed to want to improve the experience for guests. To me, these small touches are what set a service-oriented luxury hotel apart from others.
On my first night, I'd arrived pretty exhausted after having sat on a delayed train for hours, and I wanted to order takeaway as I didn't have the energy to go out. They have Meituan lockers positioned right at the hotel entrance, which you can unlock with your phone and collect your deliveries. Being a foreigner who doesn't understand Chinese very well, I wasn't sure how to navigate this, but the reception staff went out of their way to help me, ensuring they stayed with me until I'd collected my parcel - it was not at all necessary for them to help me so much, but they did, and I'm very grateful for that :)
I spent the entire month traveling in China and so, looking back, am able to compare all of the hotels and experiences from this trip. This particular hotel ranks 10/10 for me not only because of the location, but also because of the kindness and professionalism of staff. Things can sometimes be confusing or overwhelming for foreigners, and this was the only hotel where staff didn't hesitate to rush in and offer to help, no matter how small the issue. Even the gentleman at the coffee bar in the lobby was so kind and polite - and might I add, everyone at this hotel speaks English, so they really do cater to an international crowd. Housekeeping staff too were very sweet, always greeting you and asking if you needed extra bottles of water.
Thank you for a relaxing, delightful stay! I hope to come again and stay longer next time.

SsteelbossI am from New York and am based in Suzhou, China. I stayed at this hotel during a busy holiday and was very concerned about Nanjing traffic. This hotel has an excellent location near the university city and many theme parks, such as Nanjing Happy Valley. The level of elegance of the rooms was comparable to the now-extinct 6-star rating. You would have to see it to believe it, including the electric toilets and beveled glass doors.
However, I decided to post a comment because of the restaurant. I have been in China for 23 years and usually travel for business. Breakfast at most hotels is not good, and nothing like in Western hotels. Because of this, I drove to a fancy restaurant and wasted a ton of money on horrible food. The next day, upon checkout, I decided to eat at the in-hotel restaurant and was totally shocked to find two interconnected dining facilities, consisting of a hot pot buffet on one side and an À la carte buffet on the other. I chose the À la carte because my son saw the grilled beef kabobs and had to have it.
Here is the best part: When you enter the buffet, you get a small card you pre-charge with money. I charged RMB 300, or about $41.66. You go through the buffet, take what you want, and swipe the card for each item. You only pay for what you eat. There had to be no less than 80 items on the buffet, from vegetable dishes, soups, pasta, beef (tenderloin), rib steak, short-rib steaks, fish, shrimp, traditional noodles, eggs, omelets, various bread, fruits, and many traditional Chinese dishes. There were four of us, and we were stuffed. Ultimately, I returned the charge card and was refunded RMB 35. This means I spent RMB 265 for four people or RMB 66.25 ($9.20) per person for a spectacular buffet.
This was hands-down the best hotel experience I've had in China, for room, and dining.
I really did not like one thing. A workstation outside deals with tiles, marble, masonry, and maintenance. It does not look good, and that was my view. The laydown area uses part of the parking lot. The yard needs to be cleaned up, and the work site covered or contained in a shop. This is a major management gaff void of marketing awareness. I still rate the hotel a 5-star.

IInvitéLe Greenland InterContinental Hotel a ajouté une touche merveilleuse à mon voyage à Nanjing : tout d'abord, j'ai réservé une chambre avec vue sur le lac. En tant que membre, j'ai été surclassé gratuitement dans la version de luxe, avec une baignoire ronde, ce qui a permis à ma famille fatiguée de se détendre. avec le temps. Deuxièmement, le petit-déjeuner est servi au restaurant Horizon au 45ème étage. Nous choisirons des sièges dans des directions différentes. chaque petit-déjeuner pour voir davantage de Nanjing.
Finalement, après le check-out, comme nous devions encore attendre une heure avant de nous rendre à l'aéroport, nous avons choisi d'aller au bar du 78ème étage pour prendre le thé de l'après-midi. Apprenons-en davantage sur Nanjing, une ville au patrimoine historique et aux paysages magnifiques à haute altitude.
Je pense que je choisirai à nouveau Greenland Intercontinental la prochaine fois que je viendrai à Nanjing !

PPatrickeblevinsMa femme et moi faisons de notre mieux pour avoir des enfants, mais cela a été très difficile. Nous avions besoin d'un endroit près de l'hôpital et avons décidé d'essayer l'hôtel Qingmu car il était idéalement situé et avait l'air confortable de l'extérieur et avait pour la plupart des critiques positives sur trip.com.
En tant qu'étranger parlant très peu le mandarin, j'étais préoccupé par la communication avec le personnel de l'hôtel. Mais j’ai été agréablement surpris de l’efficacité avec laquelle ils ont résolu ce problème. Nous avons pu discuter avec l'aide de WeChat et de Google Translate. Ils connaissaient également plus d’anglais que je ne le pensais. Bientôt, nous étions très sympathiques et avons trouvé un moyen productif de communiquer mes besoins et d'obtenir la meilleure chambre possible. Ils nous ont également aidé à porter nos sacs de voyage et nous ont fourni de l'eau et une collation. Je me suis senti très heureux et à l'aise avec leurs services et ils ont fait en sorte que cela ressemble plus à une maison qu'à un séjour à l'hôtel.
La chambre était très attrayante et sentait fraîchement nettoyée. Le lit était très confortable et ma femme avait mal au dos mais elle a dit que le lit était parfait pour elle. C'était bien qu'ils puissent conserver nos médicaments dans un réfrigérateur à température contrôlée pendant que nous continuions à travailler vers la conception. Nous avions une vue magnifique sur la ville et la salle de bain contenait des éléments essentiels pour nous rafraîchir entre les séances. La douche avait de l'eau chaude et une tête amovible et pouvait accueillir deux personnes.
Nous avions accès à un four à micro-ondes pour réchauffer notre déjeuner et à une laverie pour répondre à nos besoins de nettoyage de vêtements de voyage.
L'hôtel est situé à proximité du métro et est entouré de nombreux restaurants et autres formes de divertissement. En séjournant ici pendant le Nouvel An chinois, vous pourrez ressentir les festivités tout autour de vous, avec des décorations aux couleurs vives et de la musique.
L'hôtel était également agréablement décoré de fleurs dans nos chambres ainsi que dans le hall.
Je recommande vivement cet endroit à tous ceux qui recherchent un excellent séjour, à un prix encore meilleur, ma femme et moi reviendrons certainement ici. Je joins ci-dessous quelques photos de mon séjour.
