Grand hôtel/appartement service.
Tout à fait, ce sera un bon endroit pour rester une fois que tous les magasins au centre-ville se démarre, pour maintenant un bon groupe de restaurants dans le fondement et L1 et même un KTV et si garder en bonne santé est votre chose la salle de sport était fabuleuse.
Si quelque chose à améliorer était simplement le service général et le saluer du personnel était un peu insuffisant pour une marque internationale de norme Ascott.

La villa de quatre étages avec des tuiles vertes et des murs blancs est conçue dans le style d'un jardin en contrebas de Jiangnan. Deux étages se trouvent au premier et au deuxième étage sous le sol, ce qui est très spécial. J'habite au premier étage sous-sol, ce qui est très unique.
Installations : Tout est soigneusement agencé, poétique et pittoresque, vous pouvez prendre des photos à volonté, et il y a deux chats à poil court américains et britanniques, qui sont doux et beaux et peuvent être caressés à volonté. si mignon!
Environnement : Élégant et calme, style chinois. Juste à l'extérieur de la porte se trouve Lao Mendong, où vous pouvez manger, boire et vous amuser ! Il faut dix minutes à pied pour se rendre au temple de Confucius. À douze minutes à pied de la station de métro Ligne 3.
Inconvénients : La ventilation et l'éclairage au premier étage souterrain sont un peu médiocres et il y fait un peu humide. Le prix est bas et le rapport qualité-prix est bon. Le seul problème est que je ne peux pas regarder la télévision dans ma chambre.

L'emplacement de cet hôtel est vraiment bon. Il est situé juste à côté d'un grand centre commercial avec de nombreux bons restaurants et magasins. Il est situé à quelques pas de la porte Xuanwu 玄武门 et du lac Xuanwu 玄武湖. Il se trouve juste à côté d'un métro qui permet d'accéder facilement à d'autres parties de Nanjing comme le musée de Nanjing 南京博物院 ou le quartier du temple confucéen 夫子庙.
Les chambres étaient propres et tout y était de grande qualité. La vue sur Nanjing depuis ma chambre était magnifique.
Bien que le personnel de l'hôtel soit très sympathique, j'ai noté le service et les équipements comme 4/5 pour plusieurs raisons. Premièrement, la lessive est relativement chère alors qu’à Atour 亚朵 elle est gratuite. Si je me souviens bien, ils voulaient que je paie environ 35 RMB par vêtement. Deuxièmement, l'hôtel permet la livraison de plats à emporter mais ils ne les envoient pas dans votre chambre comme ils le font à Atour 亚朵. Vous devez vous rendre au hall et le récupérer vous-même. Ce sont les deux seules choses qui m’empêchent de donner tous les 5/5. A part ça, j'ai adoré cet hôtel surtout pour son emplacement et ses chambres confortables.
Si vous ne vous souciez pas de faire la lessive ou de commander des plats à emporter directement dans votre chambre, alors ces deux critiques sont des choses relativement mineures. J'ai vraiment apprécié mon séjour dans cet hôtel malgré tout.

Overall, it was very good. The view from the room is amazing. The staff in front of the lift asking as to register even when we already told him that we already check in and showed him the card. Just feel like that was not respectful but we do understand that he needs to do his job.

Le service global de l'hôtel est excellent et son emplacement est idéal. Nous avons pu visiter la librairie Pioneer de Wutaishan, le lac Xuanwu et le zoo forestier de Hongshan depuis l'hôtel, ce qui était très pratique. Le service de Xiao Cao à la réception était excellent et enthousiaste.
Nous sommes restés une nuit de plus. Après avoir joué dehors, nous avons constaté que les objets encombrants avant notre départ étaient tous soigneusement emballés. Merci au serveur Zhang Yanli.
Le soleil brillait ce matin, chaud et magnifique.

UUtilisateur anonymeThe best hotel I’ve stayed in China so far! Located right beside Nanjing Railway Station and its metro station. Take Exit 11 from Nanjing Railway metro station and the hotel is right in front of it. Check in counter is located on level 2 of the building. The service by the front counter was good too! They served us with drinks while they were checking us in. We were at first given a room on level 2, but when we entered, there was a strong cigarette smell. We immediately informed the front counter, and they immediately changed our room to another room on level 3. They even help to bring our luggage up to the room. Room was big and comfortable for 3 of us. Price of this hotel was decent too. We were amazed by the clean room, and the kids playpen within the room! The playpen would be a plus point for families wtith kids but it was a great photo spot for us! The TV had screenshare functions but I had difficulties connecting my phone to the TV. Wifi connection was stable but as usual we could only use China approved apps through wifi. Opposite the hotel and on the first level of the hotel, there was a stretch of restaurants providing different types of food. There was also 2 mini marts along the stretch of restaurants. Laundry room was on level 3, beside the elevators. 2 washing machine and 2 dryers available, laundry detergent and softners are provided too. Steam iron is available in the laundry room. Laundry service was also provided, you can wash your laundry in the washing machine before heading out in the morning. Take the notepad provided by the side and leave your room number and type of washing service you need. the housekeepers will help to complete the washing and drying if needed. They also helped us to fold the clothes and left them in a laundry bag in the laundry room for us to collect when we go back at night. There was also the delivery robot there to deliver our delivered food. Overall would love return to this hotel again!

PpaigeneoLe service était de premier ordre. L'emplacement est également pratique, à 5 minutes à pied de la sortie 5 de la ligne de métro. La chambre était très propre et nous nous sommes bien amusés à jouer avec les commandes de l'IA (il suffit de la commander avec ”Xiao du Xiao du”).
Astuce : l'hôtel ne compte qu'une trentaine de chambres sur un seul étage, ils ne présentent donc pas tous les éléments disponibles au petit-déjeuner, mais vous pouvez simplement demander des nouilles fraîchement cuites, des boulettes, du café et du thé et ils vous seront servis par le personnel à votre table.

YYANJe voyage à Nanjing avec quatre personnes âgées et j'ai l'intention de rester à Xinjiekou. Après avoir recherché plusieurs hôtels, celui-ci a la note la plus élevée. L'expérience de séjour réelle est également très bonne. Je recommande à tout le monde de le réserver👍🏻.
1. L'hôtel est situé juste en face de Deji Phase II. Tant que vous traversez un passage piéton, c'est pratique pour faire du shopping et manger. Il y a aussi de nombreux magasins de 7 à 11 heures et de petit-déjeuner. Après un séjour de trois jours, le vieil homme. Je me suis levé tôt et je suis sorti pour le petit-déjeuner. Les collations reviennent. Si vous prenez le métro, la gare va directement à Xinjiekou. Depuis la sortie 6, marchez tout droit pendant six à sept minutes jusqu'à l'hôtel. Les clients autonomes peuvent également se garer (mais le parking n'est pas particulièrement grand). Je voudrais faire l'éloge du métro et des taxis de Nanjing. Par rapport à d'autres villes, ils sont incomparablement plus pratiques et moins chers.
2. Bien que l'hôtel soit un peu vieux, les principales installations auraient dû être rénovées. La pièce n'est pas particulièrement grande, mais les baies vitrées offrent une bonne luminosité et une bonne vue sur la rue. TTinaMThis is the first time I've had an absolutely 10/10 experience with any hotel. This particular hotel also outranks every other Marriott I've ever stayed at. I genuinely could not think of a single negative point. I was only in Nanjing for 2 nights, in town for a meeting, and I'm so glad I chose to stay here.
Firstly, the room is exactly as advertised. Marriott hotels always have the fluffiest pillows, but this particular hotel had the most HEAVENLY pillows. The bed was so comfy that I ended up postponing my day plans just so I could sleep in! I didn't realise how desperately I needed that rest and recuperation, and am glad I chose to stay here and get what I needed. Also, this hotel does not skimp on the water - most hotels will only give you 2 tiny bottles a day, which if it's blazing hot outside, can be frustrating, especially if you want to boil water for tea/coffee in the morning. This hotel provides 4-5 complimentary bottles of water per day. In many ways, I felt like they anticipated what I'd need and would provide it before I even had the chance to ask. There is also an ironing board stowed in the room, which for me was a lifesaver as I had an important meeting.
As other reviewers have mentioned, the location is indeed fantastic. I was so relieved to find that after a long train journey, I only needed to hop on the subway for 1 stop - I didn't even need to exit the building, as the hotel is located inside the mall connected to the subway station.
The breakfast spread is not too bad either, with the highlight for me being the espresso machines. When I tell you this machine delivers the most divine coffee in 10 seconds, I am not kidding. It was one of my favourite things and a great way to kickstart a busy day.
At check-in, the reception staff ensured they gave me all the info I needed. I noticed this is often skipped at other hotels as staff are shy or reluctant to speak in English, which results in foreign guests missing out on relevant info or complimentary perks - but the Marriott team refused to let language be an obstacle. I was glad to learn free snacks and coffee were available in the executive lounge each evening. While I was there, the executive lounge manager - I think her name is Sheila, apologies if I've gotten this wrong - took the time to introduce herself and ask if I needed anything. She was so polite and genuinely seemed to want to improve the experience for guests. To me, these small touches are what set a service-oriented luxury hotel apart from others.
On my first night, I'd arrived pretty exhausted after having sat on a delayed train for hours, and I wanted to order takeaway as I didn't have the energy to go out. They have Meituan lockers positioned right at the hotel entrance, which you can unlock with your phone and collect your deliveries. Being a foreigner who doesn't understand Chinese very well, I wasn't sure how to navigate this, but the reception staff went out of their way to help me, ensuring they stayed with me until I'd collected my parcel - it was not at all necessary for them to help me so much, but they did, and I'm very grateful for that :)
I spent the entire month traveling in China and so, looking back, am able to compare all of the hotels and experiences from this trip. This particular hotel ranks 10/10 for me not only because of the location, but also because of the kindness and professionalism of staff. Things can sometimes be confusing or overwhelming for foreigners, and this was the only hotel where staff didn't hesitate to rush in and offer to help, no matter how small the issue. Even the gentleman at the coffee bar in the lobby was so kind and polite - and might I add, everyone at this hotel speaks English, so they really do cater to an international crowd. Housekeeping staff too were very sweet, always greeting you and asking if you needed extra bottles of water.
Thank you for a relaxing, delightful stay! I hope to come again and stay longer next time.

SsteelbossI am from New York and am based in Suzhou, China. I stayed at this hotel during a busy holiday and was very concerned about Nanjing traffic. This hotel has an excellent location near the university city and many theme parks, such as Nanjing Happy Valley. The level of elegance of the rooms was comparable to the now-extinct 6-star rating. You would have to see it to believe it, including the electric toilets and beveled glass doors.
However, I decided to post a comment because of the restaurant. I have been in China for 23 years and usually travel for business. Breakfast at most hotels is not good, and nothing like in Western hotels. Because of this, I drove to a fancy restaurant and wasted a ton of money on horrible food. The next day, upon checkout, I decided to eat at the in-hotel restaurant and was totally shocked to find two interconnected dining facilities, consisting of a hot pot buffet on one side and an À la carte buffet on the other. I chose the À la carte because my son saw the grilled beef kabobs and had to have it.
Here is the best part: When you enter the buffet, you get a small card you pre-charge with money. I charged RMB 300, or about $41.66. You go through the buffet, take what you want, and swipe the card for each item. You only pay for what you eat. There had to be no less than 80 items on the buffet, from vegetable dishes, soups, pasta, beef (tenderloin), rib steak, short-rib steaks, fish, shrimp, traditional noodles, eggs, omelets, various bread, fruits, and many traditional Chinese dishes. There were four of us, and we were stuffed. Ultimately, I returned the charge card and was refunded RMB 35. This means I spent RMB 265 for four people or RMB 66.25 ($9.20) per person for a spectacular buffet.
This was hands-down the best hotel experience I've had in China, for room, and dining.
I really did not like one thing. A workstation outside deals with tiles, marble, masonry, and maintenance. It does not look good, and that was my view. The laydown area uses part of the parking lot. The yard needs to be cleaned up, and the work site covered or contained in a shop. This is a major management gaff void of marketing awareness. I still rate the hotel a 5-star.

J'ai été très satisfait pendant le séjour. J'ai passé une autre nuit aujourd'hui. C'est très bien. Les centres commerciaux environnants sont très pratiques. C'est facile de manger, de boire et de s'amuser. Longtemps, le service de Mango a été très bon pendant le séjour prolongé. Je voudrais faire un compliment spécial.
