Ce séjour agréable à Ascott Xuanwu Lake nous avons eu! Tout est sans spot et absolument magnifique! L'environnement de l'hôtel est vert et très moderne. Il y a beaucoup de boutiques et de restaurants dans plusieurs étapes. Le personnel va au-dessus et au-delà pour vous rendre confortables.

Lors de mes précédents voyages, j'ai toujours séjourné dans des hôtels modernes, mais cette fois, j'ai séjourné dans un hôtel traditionnel sur recommandation de ma fille. J'ai pu découvrir pleinement le charme de Nanjing. Les installations sont très propres et l'intérieur traditionnel est charmant. Il est séparé de la zone animée juste à côté, il est donc calme la nuit. Je le recommande à beaucoup de mes amis. J'ai perdu mon téléphone portable. I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spotless and provided a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring. Its location is incredibly convenient, making traveling around the area a breeze. One of the highlights of my visit was the breathtaking view of both the lake and the mountains. I stayed in a twin-bed room for two nights in late December. The hotel is very clean, lobby is tastefully decorated and classy, location is convenient as it is just next to a shopping mall, and with many eateries in the vicinity. The room is big and spacious (no smoke smell) and I enjoyed the little details like electric window blinds and clothes line in the bathroom. Reception and housekeeping staff are very friendly and courteous with fast service levels. Concierge staff are knowledgeable and able to provide accurate information on various tourist attractions.

Pour un voyage en famille pendant les vacances du 1er mai, l'emplacement de l'hôtel est incroyable. Il est très proche des sites touristiques centraux. Les zones fonctionnelles de l'appartement sont bien réparties. Les deux personnes ont leur propre espace indépendant, mais c'est un. un peu petit. Le petit déjeuner est moyen et mériterait d'être amélioré.
Éloge clé du service : j'ai laissé mes écouteurs dans la chambre à la hâte en partant. Heureusement, le personnel l'a trouvé et l'a ramené à la maison à temps. C'est super. Je voudrais également remercier le personnel de l'hôtel👍👍👍.

UUtilisateur anonymeThe best hotel I’ve stayed in China so far! Located right beside Nanjing Railway Station and its metro station. Take Exit 11 from Nanjing Railway metro station and the hotel is right in front of it. Check in counter is located on level 2 of the building. The service by the front counter was good too! They served us with drinks while they were checking us in. We were at first given a room on level 2, but when we entered, there was a strong cigarette smell. We immediately informed the front counter, and they immediately changed our room to another room on level 3. They even help to bring our luggage up to the room. Room was big and comfortable for 3 of us. Price of this hotel was decent too. We were amazed by the clean room, and the kids playpen within the room! The playpen would be a plus point for families wtith kids but it was a great photo spot for us! The TV had screenshare functions but I had difficulties connecting my phone to the TV. Wifi connection was stable but as usual we could only use China approved apps through wifi. Opposite the hotel and on the first level of the hotel, there was a stretch of restaurants providing different types of food. There was also 2 mini marts along the stretch of restaurants. Laundry room was on level 3, beside the elevators. 2 washing machine and 2 dryers available, laundry detergent and softners are provided too. Steam iron is available in the laundry room. Laundry service was also provided, you can wash your laundry in the washing machine before heading out in the morning. Take the notepad provided by the side and leave your room number and type of washing service you need. the housekeepers will help to complete the washing and drying if needed. They also helped us to fold the clothes and left them in a laundry bag in the laundry room for us to collect when we go back at night. There was also the delivery robot there to deliver our delivered food. Overall would love return to this hotel again!

IInvitéI booked Hanyuan because it is within walking distance to my folks home. And my grandma used to work at Nanjing Agricultural University, which the hotel is affiliated with. I read others’ reviews and knew it is an old facility. I did not have unrealistic expectations.
We arrived late at night. Taxi driver dropped us off at the side entrance that has numerous stairs to the door. We had lots of luggage. As we got out of the cab, we saw some staff member in the lobby looking out. Instead of coming out to help us, he walked away. My husband, myself and our seven year old all carried/dragged multiple items up the stairs to get into the hotel lobby.
We checked in and decided that we would need to add a bed for the kid. House keeping came quickly to set up the bed but was reluctant to provide pillows for the additional bed. I had to repeatedly ask before they agreed to bring an extra pillow. Don’t understand why there is such resistance to equip the additional bed with pillow- after all, we did pay for the additional bed.
Everything else was pretty good during our first three-day-stay. We then went away to visit families elsewhere for a week before coming back to this hotel.
This time, our car drove onto the ramp at the front entrance. As soon as we entered the building, lobby manager came to offer us help. He helped us deliver luggage to our room. We are very appreciative of his assistance.
We ran into some issues at the front desk this time. They asked for our passports again and took our pictures for a second time. When I mentioned that we were just here a week ago and all information was taken already, we were told that all information has been erased as we checked out. When we checked in/out the first time, we informed front desk that we were making the hotel our base camp and will be coming in and out a few times. It’s strange that they would delete our information and redo everything all over again.
Again we need to add a bed. House keeping brought a roller bed which has a stained mattress pad. I asked them to bring a clean one, they said they could not. They said they didn’t have any clean pads. They said the only option is to remove the pad and put the sheets directly on the mattress. They further suggested that since the sheet is clean, dirty pad doesn’t matter and that every mattress pad under bed sheets has urine stains. His words made my stomach turn but I was too tired to fight so they went ahead put sheets on top of the mattress pad that has a big yellow stain. Again I asked for pillows for the additional bed, they refused at first, upon my insistence, they agreed to bring pillows. They also took out a blanket from the cabinets under television and put it on the bed.
When the seven year old was ready for bed, I opened the blanket and realized it’s cover is dirty. It’s dusty and has multiple stings of hair on it. I called house keeping, a lady quickly bought over a clean duvet cover for the blanket but refused to take away the dirty one. She insisted that we keep the dirty duvet in the closet. I did not understand her rationale but there isn’t anything I can do. So that dirty duvet cover stayed in the closet.
Maybe I should not have come back to this hotel.

Formidable
YYANJe voyage à Nanjing avec quatre personnes âgées et j'ai l'intention de rester à Xinjiekou. Après avoir recherché plusieurs hôtels, celui-ci a la note la plus élevée. L'expérience de séjour réelle est également très bonne. Je recommande à tout le monde de le réserver👍🏻.
1. L'hôtel est situé juste en face de Deji Phase II. Tant que vous traversez un passage piéton, c'est pratique pour faire du shopping et manger. Il y a aussi de nombreux magasins de 7 à 11 heures et de petit-déjeuner. Après un séjour de trois jours, le vieil homme. Je me suis levé tôt et je suis sorti pour le petit-déjeuner. Les collations reviennent. Si vous prenez le métro, la gare va directement à Xinjiekou. Depuis la sortie 6, marchez tout droit pendant six à sept minutes jusqu'à l'hôtel. Les clients autonomes peuvent également se garer (mais le parking n'est pas particulièrement grand). Je voudrais faire l'éloge du métro et des taxis de Nanjing. Par rapport à d'autres villes, ils sont incomparablement plus pratiques et moins chers.
2. Bien que l'hôtel soit un peu vieux, les principales installations auraient dû être rénovées. La pièce n'est pas particulièrement grande, mais les baies vitrées offrent une bonne luminosité et une bonne vue sur la rue. Il est acceptable que deux personnes restent sans se sentir lésées, mais pour une famille de trois personnes, ne vous attendez pas à un lit supplémentaire. . L'intérieur est propre et bien rangé, les toilettes et la salle de bain sont séparées de l'eau et du sec, et la pression de l'eau dans la douche est suffisante ; les lumières et la climatisation sont contrôlées par des écrans électroniques, il y a des prises au chevet pour recharger, et le La vitesse d'Internet est également bonne.
3. La meilleure chose est l'attitude de service de l'hôtel. Tous les employés que j'ai rencontrés dès mon arrivée étaient très accueillants. J'habite au 9ème étage. Je me suis foulé le pied pendant le séjour. Le surveillant d'étage a pris l'initiative de m'appeler et m'a demandé si j'avais besoin de glaçons et d'huile médicamenteuse. Les plats à emporter ont également été livrés directement dans la chambre. Le service était très prévenant👍🏻

TTinaMThis is the first time I've had an absolutely 10/10 experience with any hotel. This particular hotel also outranks every other Marriott I've ever stayed at. I genuinely could not think of a single negative point. I was only in Nanjing for 2 nights, in town for a meeting, and I'm so glad I chose to stay here.
Firstly, the room is exactly as advertised. Marriott hotels always have the fluffiest pillows, but this particular hotel had the most HEAVENLY pillows. The bed was so comfy that I ended up postponing my day plans just so I could sleep in! I didn't realise how desperately I needed that rest and recuperation, and am glad I chose to stay here and get what I needed. Also, this hotel does not skimp on the water - most hotels will only give you 2 tiny bottles a day, which if it's blazing hot outside, can be frustrating, especially if you want to boil water for tea/coffee in the morning. This hotel provides 4-5 complimentary bottles of water per day. In many ways, I felt like they anticipated what I'd need and would provide it before I even had the chance to ask. There is also an ironing board stowed in the room, which for me was a lifesaver as I had an important meeting.
As other reviewers have mentioned, the location is indeed fantastic. I was so relieved to find that after a long train journey, I only needed to hop on the subway for 1 stop - I didn't even need to exit the building, as the hotel is located inside the mall connected to the subway station.
The breakfast spread is not too bad either, with the highlight for me being the espresso machines. When I tell you this machine delivers the most divine coffee in 10 seconds, I am not kidding. It was one of my favourite things and a great way to kickstart a busy day.
At check-in, the reception staff ensured they gave me all the info I needed. I noticed this is often skipped at other hotels as staff are shy or reluctant to speak in English, which results in foreign guests missing out on relevant info or complimentary perks - but the Marriott team refused to let language be an obstacle. I was glad to learn free snacks and coffee were available in the executive lounge each evening. While I was there, the executive lounge manager - I think her name is Sheila, apologies if I've gotten this wrong - took the time to introduce herself and ask if I needed anything. She was so polite and genuinely seemed to want to improve the experience for guests. To me, these small touches are what set a service-oriented luxury hotel apart from others.
On my first night, I'd arrived pretty exhausted after having sat on a delayed train for hours, and I wanted to order takeaway as I didn't have the energy to go out. They have Meituan lockers positioned right at the hotel entrance, which you can unlock with your phone and collect your deliveries. Being a foreigner who doesn't understand Chinese very well, I wasn't sure how to navigate this, but the reception staff went out of their way to help me, ensuring they stayed with me until I'd collected my parcel - it was not at all necessary for them to help me so much, but they did, and I'm very grateful for that :)
I spent the entire month traveling in China and so, looking back, am able to compare all of the hotels and experiences from this trip. This particular hotel ranks 10/10 for me not only because of the location, but also because of the kindness and professionalism of staff. Things can sometimes be confusing or overwhelming for foreigners, and this was the only hotel where staff didn't hesitate to rush in and offer to help, no matter how small the issue. Even the gentleman at the coffee bar in the lobby was so kind and polite - and might I add, everyone at this hotel speaks English, so they really do cater to an international crowd. Housekeeping staff too were very sweet, always greeting you and asking if you needed extra bottles of water.
Thank you for a relaxing, delightful stay! I hope to come again and stay longer next time.

RRemjous KimutaiGot a free upgrade to a premier king with a view of the river . The location, the views from the hotel, the lobby, the staff, everything was just amazing. Was celebrating my GF birthday and send a request for a mini deco and the staff delivered. The staff spoke English, check in and check out was easy. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.

WWONGEdwinOur trip to Nanjing left us with beautiful memories and a very positive impression. Largely attributable to the very pleasant stay at Swisstouches Hotel. We stayed in the suite from end May to early June.
1. Very clean and comfortable suite - About one of the most comfortable rooms I have had stayed in recent memory. Spacious, clean, well - kept, well - maintained. Reasonably priced. Whole place smelled good, no hint of musky odour, no tobacco smell, children had zero issue with allergy. Sound proofing was great.
I do wish the kitchenette is better equipped with microwave oven, utensils and simple crockery. Not that we cook in the room, but I guess it is more convenient to have simple utensils available in the kitchenette.
2. Courteous, attentive and responsive service - Reception was courteous, patient and reliable. Restaurant staff were obliging and prompt (requests were attended to promptly, room cleaning staff were responsible and detailed. (I accidentally left the Do-Not-Disturb sign on, they left a note reminding me about that, and took the initiative to return in the evening to clean up the room - all without any request from me. I thought of just going letting the room cleaning pass for 1 day). Such conscientious work attitude is hard to come by.
3. Food was hygienic and ample - The buffet breakfast was amply stocked and spread was decent. Not an emperor's feast, but way enough to surpass expectations for most people.
4. Location was decent, safe - The hotel is situated in the outskirts of Nanjing city. So you get the tranquil, but you wont have the hustle and bustle. There are convenience stores and eateries well within a stone's throw. Ride hailing taxis are easily available too. But if you are expecting to walk to the tourist spots, you will have to stay in the heart of the city. I personally prefer a location like Swisstouches' .
5. Facilities - I only tried the swimming pool and gym. Very decent. Good enough for exercise and workouts during travel. Gym was well equipped, albeit a little messy. But that's more of gym users rather than the set-up. Swimming pool was well maintained and monitored at all times. Great for lane swimming.
All in all, fantastic stay. Go back again? Big Yes.

Personne ne m'a ignoré lorsque j'ai envoyé un message sur WeChat. J'ai rappelé et un autre opérateur m'a dit que j'étais désolé et que je l'avais peut-être mal rempli. Ensuite, j'ai changé l'adresse et je vous en donne 5. yuan….Excusez-moi, cette serveuse sans voix, si vous ne voulez pas travailler, vous pouvez démissionner. Que font les autres ici sans voix ?

J'ai été très satisfait pendant le séjour. J'ai passé une autre nuit aujourd'hui. C'est très bien. Les centres commerciaux environnants sont très pratiques. C'est facile de manger, de boire et de s'amuser. Longtemps, le service de Mango a été très bon pendant le séjour prolongé. Je voudrais faire un compliment spécial. Je recommanderai à d'autres amis de rester ici à l'avenir .
