Honestly, I can't say enough about how great this experience was! Rose and Paul were fun, flexible and overall wonderful hosts. My husband and I stayed for a week in August 2021 for our 15th anniversary. I am allergic to lactose and gluten intolerant, and we had pretty much given up on B&B's years ago because of those things and how poor the experiences became. We decided to give it another shot when we came across The Maple Springs Inn. I was blown away by the AMAZING job Rose did as chef! She went above and beyond! Stuffed blueberry french toast, delicious breakfast quiches with lactose friendly cheese, fresh scones and muffins in different flavors everyday. You name it, we had it. We've traveled all over, and her food was truly amazing, gourmet level. We ate so well we didn't even need lunch most days. We stayed in the Downstairs Carriage House. It was beautiful, clean, very comfortable, and has a lovely view of the inn and the lake. The staff and service of the room was great, and they had good suggestions of places to visit or things we might enjoy checking out in the area. We went out on the boat and had breakfast at the marina one morning, which was a special treat to spend the morning on the water. The lake access is peaceful and beautiful, and sitting by the bonfire was the perfect way to end each day. Thank you, Rose and Paul for a really amazing, fun experience that we will treasure!
