Caesar's Hotel

This hotel was nice and large and the room was very comfortable. The whole place has been neglected. It must have been a wonderful hotel at one time, but now it is very worn looking. The shower in the bathroom was grungy looking. The staff were very accommodating though and quite helpful. Breakfast was very good.

Ok so this might take some time but I think everyone should know what follows before even thinking on book at this hotel. THIS IS NOT A 4 STAR HOTEL!!! It's a scam!!! I did book here for 13 nights and I literally had to go away after two nights as the rooms are ridiculously old, full of issues, and incredibly uncomfortable!!! After the first night, I woke up with extreme back pain due to the extremely poor quality of the mattress!! Seriously the worst ever slept on in 20 years of travelling!!!! The staff at the reception though, very kindly did agree to change my room. Unfortunately, the new one was even worse and with more issues!!!! I could not sleep at all due to a very loud machanic / electric noise coming from the bathroom's ceiling that goes off every 2 minutes sharp!! Literary every 2 minute period you had to listen at this strong noise which made impossible for me to sleep. So at 2am I had to go to the reception to ask to fix the issue which unfortunately, it couldn't be fixed as that is the way it is in that hotel!!! Apparently for them it's normal!! In addition the super loud music from the restaurant downstairs it is on up to almost 1am!!! What a fraud!! Furthermore, even in this room qthe mattress was so old and flat that you couldn't sleep on it!! (see pictures attached) The bathroom of both rooms (so I suspect all of them) have no windows nor a fan!!!! Seriously????? In a 4 star hotel bathrooms without ventilation????? What a joke!!!!! I've been travelling for 20 years this year, and I have honestly not seen anything so badly maintained in my travel life!!! Probably the owners is friend to someone at the council, and paid them to get the 4 stars, tipical Italian situation. This is a real scam. This hotel does not deserve more than 2 stars. No gym, no pool, horrible mattress, no ventilation in the bathrooms nor a windows, noise!!! What on earth. I had to cancel the rest of my staying (10 more nights) and book somewhere else which did cost me 30% more. The only positive thing that can be saved from this experience is the staff. From the very kind ladies that clean the rooms, to the staff at the reception (both the day and night staff) and the people at the restaurant, they are all very good, professional and people with good heart. What a waste, I hope for them that they can find a better job in a better place as they deserve. Very disappointed of booking to sell this horrible place as a 4 star hotel. Unbelievable. Ridiculous.

Comfortable rooms, good breakfast, friendly personnel. A little bit far from the center, but this is probably associated to the highly affordable price. And the convenient 3-day or weekly bus tickets can help in this area. My only complaint concerns the free internet connection. It got saturated every evening, and could only be used efficiently in the morning or late at night.

Camere purtroppo super datate avrebbe bisogno di un bella ristrutturazione!! Ma colazione e cene veramente ottime soprattutto la cena prodotti super freschi e qualità estrema con personale super attento !!! Metto nella media purtroppo per lo standard delle camere veramente basso !

Esperienza a dir poco deludente al ristorante. Pietanze accettabili ma conto assolutamente discutibile: alla cassa il costo dei piatti differisce da quello del menù digitale, coperto 4 euro, il pane senza glutine confezionato e costoso. Stesse pietanze e conti differenti tra colleghi.

Abbiamo appena fatto il check-out al Caesar’s Hotel e ho colto l’occasione per scrivere questa recensione. Abbiamo prenotato una Camera tripla Comfort e ci é stata assegnata una camera accessibile alle persone in sedia a rotelle, noi non essendo in grado di utilizzare il bagno l’abbiamo fatto presente e alla nostra segnalazione i gentilissimi membri dello staff si sono scusati e ci hanno cambiato di camera. Buffet colazione molto vasto e vario. Per quando riguarda la struttura in sé andrebbe tutto molto restaurato e rimodernato anche le camere andrebbero rimodernate. La struttura ha molto potenziale soprattutto la terrazza panoramica, quella é abbandonata a se stessa e andrebbe curata e valorizzata. In generale siamo stati molto bene

Un punto di riferimento per me nei miei viaggi di lavoro a Cagliari. Staff cordiale e sempre disponibile. Camere dotate di tutti i comfort e pulite. Anche se la struttura non è di recente costruzione nell'insieme è tenuta bene. Ma l'attenzione al cliente da parte di tutto lo staff rende le piccole imperfezioni trascurabili.
