Avis : Hotel Cala Bona

卡拉伯納作為四星的酒店，總體來説還算是可以，外部環境特別加分，尤其是內部有泳池還靠海。早上打開窗户的時候真的不要太美了。 這次馬洛卡島之行很是享受，美景美食美人都盡收眼底！

Accueil, personnel très attentif, chambre tout confort avec ménage quotidien, buffets exceptionnels. Nous sommes ravis de cet hôtel aussi bien que son emplacement. Nous recommandons sincèrement. Quel bonheur ce séjour! Merci a la team cala bona. Laurence (France)

Lorsque nous sommes arrivés ils nous ont demandés de payer une deuxième fois malgré nos justificatifs de paiement / au bout 1/2 h ils ont enfin trouvé notre réservation mais ils n’ont trouvé qu’une chambre alors que nous en avions réservé 2 … rebelote… 1/2 après ils comprennent que nous en avons réservées 2… et comme ils se sont trompés dans notre réservation (en plus de vouloir nous refaire payer) nos enfants n’étaient pas à côté de nous dans la chambre !!! Le gars de l’accueil… un véritable abrutis !!! Par contre le personnel du self … un vrai plaisir… de même que le cuisto … une vraie perle 👍

The hotel and staff are lovely the whole hotel as whole is clean and tidy. The only improvement i would give is make sure you specify the main building as some people got put in a block that was quite far away from everything such as food and the pool. We were told we had a sea view room and didn’t we faced a wall and could only see a small bit of the sea on one side but a part from that it’s a lovely place

This is our 4th time at cala bona hotel. The hotel is lovely nothing posh but clean & will organized. Our room this time was the best we've had quite big lovely walk in shower & large terrace. The only thing that irritates me is there's no drawer space for underwear & costumes. The pool is spacious plenty of sun beds Claire the lady that runs the pool bar is very friendly. The entertainment not only in the hotel but in the area is brilliant drinks a good price. The 2 things that's annoying is having to pay for water at evening meal & a key for safe that's already there in the room cost us 30 euros for 11 nights. After been to cala bona 4 yrs in a row we have decided to have a change & try a different hotel in cala bona nxt yr. The reason for this is we thought the choice of food at evening meal & verity was poor. The breakfast was spot on. Just 1 more thing always email the hotel & request to be in the main building because there's another block further down the street so you have to walk back up to the main building

We spent a week at this hotel and had a great holiday. We had a sea view room in the pergola block, the room was small but clean and big enough for the two of us. The view was lovely. The shower was over the bath which was fine for us but be aware for people who would struggle with that and need a walk in shower. There was noise coming from the bar below which did keep us awake numerous nights as it was quite noisy . Breakfast was plentiful and delicious every morning, evening meals, we had some we really enjoyed but some nights were abit repetitive, the pool area was lovely and the snack bar, always found a sunbed. The evening entertainment was great yet we found drinks quite expensive. Cala bona itself was busy, lots of restaurants yet could do with more bars. Overall we had a great holiday. We really liked the hotel and we would return.

Overall very good. But wish the aircon.was as good in the rooms as it is in the reception. Pool area good but very busy. And yes the towel brigade are out very early nabbing the sunbeds. Restaurant good but keep an eye out for the surly manager, got a rude remark because we didn't sit where he thinks we should have. He's hardly in there anyway. Always see him having a sly smoke down one of the alleyways.

Lovely hotel right in the centre, staff all well mannered and efficient with a smile , our room was excellent, we were half board after coming off a cruise ship, we found breakfast better than the ship , evening meal very good with plenty of choice of a good quality, entertainment every night, nothing negative I could say about this hotel, they strive to make it good, would highly recommend and would return.

Lovely spotless hotel food good, pool area lovely My daughter was ill our first night had upset stomach so blocked the toilet, rang down to get some help the male night reception staff was so rude he didn’t even come into our room stood at door then said to my 17 have piled your plate up how rude she was so embarrassed then left so we unblocked the toilet ourselves appalling really, a couple of staff arnt as friendly as previous staff esp one bar server never smiled ignored us at times won’t put us off as the location food cleanliness is great

5th time at this once unbeatable hotel booked for the 4th year running because of previous fabulous experiences. Sadly assigned an apartment in the Azul block with a view of a wall, chickens breaking the peace very early every morning and strong smell of urine from the alley below the balcony for the first time despite requests for main building or bar building. Totally unsuitable and more akin to an apartment block than a hotel. We love the security and interaction with the reception staff so this was very disappointing as a repeat visitor. On that subject the new receptionist was abrupt and surly, not like the lovely usual staff who always recognise return guests. Breakfast and evening meals were of the usual high standards and the vast majority of the other staff were, as usual, brilliant, even the new waiters were great fun and fit in very well, thanks lads. Anyone reasonably mobile please don’t be put off, the hotel is still great but, the Azul block is just to far away from the main building and just doesn’t suit us at all. Sadly we will not run the risk of allocation in that block again so doubtful we will return. HCB seem to have lost the personal touch with the ever increasing footfall.

Be prepared to be split up from your extended family and that could mean an apartment block some 6 minutes walk away from the main hotel. The main hotel has a lovely swimming pool but bear in mind if you are in the furthest away block you have to walk through the streets in your swimming costumes. Also you will have to walk a good distance every meal time. So not ideal for pensioners. We were separated from my son and his wife all of us have the same surname and the same booking so why didn’t they put us in the same building wasent aware of these things when we booked. Still I’ve given it a 3 out of 5 mark.

My family and I had a really nice time staying at this hotel for 12 days! Everywhere was lovely and clean, around the hotel and also our rooms! We stayed in room 312, our maid was the friendliest lady! If I was being really picky, I would say the floor in our room needed mopping/cleaning a little more regularly, it wasn’t a massive issue to us! There were always clean towels! The air con was great! The fridge was a definite must too, with no extra cost, as we were in a superior room. Reception staff were friendly, always happy to help with any queries! An English lady working at the hotel was especially friendly! I didn’t get her name, unfortunately, she booked taxis for us and was always happy to help. I do think an ‘hello and a smile’ goes a long way! One lady at the reception was very stern but I chose not to ask for help the days she was working! All the restaurant staff were amazing, so friendly, always made time to say ‘hello’ with a friendly smile 😀 Food in the restaurant was always great at breakfast, such a wide selection to suit everyone! some evenings were a little repetitive and not to my taste, but without being too picky, there was something for everyone! Lovely desserts and salad, meats, soup and much more… The pool area definitely became more busy while we were there! The pool being quite small became a little overcrowded at times! Now to the pool bar! The lovely Claire and Pablo make this place! 😃 The friendliest two (mum & son)!! Always smiling, chatting to all the guests and also working very hard!!! Credit to them! They deserve some recommendation ⭐️ I have stayed in Cala Millor/Cala Bona for many years, it’s our first time at this hotel, we will definitely return!! I can see why so many guests return year after year!!! Always evening entertainment! Bar staff friendly in the main bar! All in all, a great stay at a lovely hotel over looking the beautiful harbour!!!

We stayed in hotel cala bona it was a most enjoyable stay the hotel is very clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful especially Claire and Pablo in the bar by the pool.. we will come back again
